        In this dissertation seven reinforced concrete rigid frame and masonry infilled wall and cut off type masonry infilled wall were constructed and tesed during vertical and cyclic loads simultaneously. Experimental programs were accomplished to evaluate the structural performance of test specimens, such as the hysteretic behavior, the maximum horizontal strengh, crack propagation, and ductility etc. Test variables are hoop reinforcement ratio and masonry infilled wall with on without. All the specimens were modelling in one-third scale size. After we consider the maximum horizontal capacity focusing on a rigid frame, in case of the curtain wall masonry infilled wall(IFB-1∼3), maximum horizontal capacity increased by 1.45 to 1.67 times. In the case of cut off the section of column masonry infilled wall(IFBC-1∼3), It increased by 1.73 to 1.98 times. As for the curtain wall masonry infilled wall type(IFB-1∼3), ductility increased by 1.04 to 1.59 times as the various hoop ratio increased. As the cut off the section of the column masonry infilled wall type(IFBC-1∼3), ductility by 1.10 to 1.39 times as the various hoop ratio of column increased.

      • DC bead를 이용한 간동맥 화학색전술에서 C-arm CT의 유용성

        최근 중재적 시술에서 C-arm CT를 이용한 시술의 사용빈도와 영역이 점차 확대 되고 있다. 이에 간세포암의 치료방법 중 DC bead를 사용한 간동맥 화학색적술에서 C-arm CT 사용의 유용성을 알아보고자 한다. 2011. 1월부터 7월까지 본원에서 간세포암으로 간동맥 화학색전술을 시행한 279명 중 DC bead를 사용한 67명을 대상으로 하였다. 시술방법은 일반적인 간동맥 화학색전술과 동일하며 이 중 C-arm CT를 시행한 환자와 시행하지 않은 환자로 구분하였다. DC bead를 사용한 67명중 C-arm CT를 시행한 환자는 63명 이였으며 시행하지 않은 환자는 4명이였다. 기존의 리피오돌을 이용한 TACE와 달리 DC bead를 이용한 TACE의 경우 항암제가 Fluoro상에서 종양조직에 흡수되었는지 확인하기 힘들다. 이에 시술직후 C-arm CT를 이용하여 종양조직에 흡수 유무를 정확히 파악할 수 있으며 필요시 추가 시술에 용이 하다.

        중학교 신·구 과학 교과서 중 생물 영역의 탐구활동에 대한 분석

        The purpose of this study is to comparatively analyse the middle school research activities in biology area of the science textbooks. This study was carried out with 5 different kinds of 15 old science textbooks published by the 5th curriculum, and d different kinds of 29 new science textbooks published by the 6th curriculum for the middle school. The results of this study re summarized as follows. 1. It was shown that the research activity of these new textbooks increased 23 times with respect to its frequency as compared with the old textbooks. It seems, that this fact also conforms to the recent STS(Science, Technology and Society) movement that emphasizes solution to problems on the basis of research programs. 2. It was also found that the field of the research activity became varied, such as observation, classification, measurement, test, data analysis, investigation, and discussion. 3. The subject of the research activity was composed of 149 kinds, which indicated an increase in 76 kinds as compared with 73 kinds of the old textbooks. In addition, the used material organisms consisted of 147 kinds, which showed an increase in 66 kinds as compared with 81 kinds of the old textbooks. 4. The instrument and material used for research activities were composed of 97 kinds, and their average usage indicated an increase of 63.1 tines, in the new textbooks. But there was not any remarkable difference in the use of chemicals. 5. As a result, It seems that it is necessary to develop instruments which will be used to evaluate the objective reliability for research activities.

      • 철근콘크리트 프레임면내 조적벽체의 내진성능 개선 기술 개발

        Experimental programs were accomplished to improve and evaluate the structural performance of test specimens, such as the hysteretic behavior, the maximum horizontal strength, crack propagation, and ductility etc. Test variables are restraining factors of frame, with or without masonry infilled wall, and masonry method. Six reinforced concrete rigid frame and masonry infilled wall were tesed and constructed in one-third scale size under vertical and cyclic loads simultaneously. For masonry infilled wall with restraining factors of frame, maximum horizontal capacities were increased by 1.26∼2.24 times in comparision with that of rigid frame. For masonry infilled wall with restraining factors of frame(IFWB-1), cumulated energy dissipation capacities wear increased by 1.60 times in comparision with that of masonry infilled wall(IFB-1) at final stage of testing.

      • 철근콘크리트 프레임 및 전단벽체의 경계기둥 띠철근비 변화에 따른 구조성능 평가

        본 연구는 수직하중과 정.부 수평하중이 동시에 작용하는 순수강접 프레임과 완전강접 바벨형 철근콘크리트 전단벽 시험체의 경계기둥 띠철근비를 주요변수로 하여 총 10개의시험체를 실물 크기의 약 1/3로 축소 모델화하여 제작한 후, 구조성능 평가를 위한 실험을 실시하여 이력거동 특성, 수평강성 및 최대내력,파괴형태, 연성능력등을 비교 고찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 순수강접 프레임 및 완전강접 바벨형 전단벽 시헴체의 경우, 각 시험체의 실험을 통하여 구한 이력거동곡선을 비교 고찰한 결과 기둥의 띠철근비가 클수록 최대하중에 도달한 후 강도저하 현상이 서서히 진행되었고, 연성적인 파괴형태를 나타내었다. 완전강접 바벨형 전단벽 시험체의 경우, 좌우기둥의 띠철근비가 적은 시험체는 비교적 띠철근비가 큰 시험체에 비하여 최종 파괴시의 파괴형태는 사인장 균열에 의해 지배됨을 규명할 수 있었다. 완전강접 바벨형 전단벽 시험체의 초대수평내력은 순수강접 프레임 시험체의최대수평내력보다 약 5.47~7.95배 증가하였다. Ten reinforced concrete rigid frames and infilled shear wall frames were tested under both vertical and cyclic loadings. Experiments were carried out to evaluate the structural performance of such test specimens, such as the hysteretic behavior, the maximum horizontal strength, crack propagation, and ductility etc. under load reversals. All the specimens were modeledin one-third scale size. Based on the test results reported in this study, the follwing conclusions can be made. For the rigid frame type and the fully rigid babel type shear wall specimens, the hysteresis diagrams indicate that the degradations of their strength were developed slowly beyond maximum carrying capacity. It was shown that when the hoop reinforcement ratio became higher, the energy dissipation capacity became larger and the failure mode became ductile. The specimens designed by the less hoop reinforcement for the fully rigid babel type shear wall, were mainly failed due to diagonal crack in comparison with the specimens designed by the larger hoop reinforcement ratio. Maximum horizontal resisting moment capacity of speciment designed by the fully rigid babel shear wall were increased by 5.47~7.95 times in comparison with the rigid frame type.

        A New Species of the Genus Agauopsis (Acari: Halacaridae) from Jeju Island, Korea

        A new marine halacarid species of the genus Agauopsis Viets, 1927 (Acari: Halacaridae) is recorded from Jeju Island, Korea. Agauopsis tetrasetosa n. sp. belongs to the microrhyncha group in sharing one ventral and three ventromedial spines on tibia of leg I, of which two ventromedial ones are adjacent to each other, with its 20 congeneric members. Agauopsis tetrasetosa n. sp. is most similar to A. miliaris Bartsch, 2005 and A. similis Bartsch, 1979 in sharing the similar chaetotaxy of legs I-IV, positions of the second and fourth dorsal setae, and non ‘H’- or ‘M’-shaped costae on anterior dorsal plate. However, the new species is distinguished from them by four pairs of perigenital setae in female, the relatively anterior location of gland pores on posterior dorsal plate, and three ventral spines on the tibia of leg II. We describe the new species herein, with detailed illustrations under a differential interference contrast microscope. We also make some brief comments on the affinities between the congeneric species of the microrhyncha group and the new species, based on a tabular key to species of the group.
