        습식 분무 열분해 방법으로 제조한 코발트 도핑된 티타늄 산화막의 표면 및 광학적 특성

        Titanium dioxide films $(TiO_2)$ doped cobalt transition metal were prepared on titanium metal by water spray pyrolysis technique. Micro-morphology, crystalline structure, chemical composition and binding state of sample groups were evaluated using field emission scanning microscope(FE-SEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), Raman spectrometer, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS). $TiO_2$ films of rutile structure were predominately formed on all sample groups and $Ti_2O_3$ oxide was coexisted on the surface of cobalt doped-sample groups. The optical absorption peaks measured by using UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer were observed at specific wavelength region in sample groups doped cobalt ion. This result could be analyzed by introducing crystal field theory.

        Pb<sub>1-x</sub>Cd<sub>x</sub>I<sub>2</sub> 단결정의 구조적 광학적 특성 연구

        $Pb_{1-x}$ $Cd_{x}$ $I_2$ (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0) single crystals were grown by using Bridgman method and their structural and optical properties were investigated from the measurement of X-ray diffraction, optical absorption and photoluminescence. As-grown single crystals have hexagonal closed packed layered structure. The values of lattice constant c decrease with increasing composition x. Direct and indirect transition optical energy band gaps are calculated from optical absorption spectra measured at room temperature. They increase exponentially from 2.3eV to 3.2 eV with increasing composition x. The energies of photoluminescence peak due to donor bound exciton measured at 6K increase with increasing composition . However, the peak energies of donor-acceptor pair (DAP) are independent of the optical energy band gaps of $Pb_{1-x}$/$Cd_{x}$ $I_2$ single crystals.

        열자극 탈분극전류 방법에 의한 BaTiO<sub>3</sub>의 분극 특성 연구

        The polarization properties of $BaTiO_3$ were investigated by using thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) technique. Two peaks were observed at about 400 K (peak A) and 435 K (peak B) from TSDC spectra obtained from the temperature range of 280-500 K. Peak A shows a sharp decrease of TSDC due to extinction of spontaneous polarization above the phase transition temperature of $BaTiO_3$. The values of activation energy of peak A and peak B were calculated to be 0.70 eV and 0.87 eV respectively. From the results of TSDC measurement with a variation of polarizing electric field strength, we found that saturation of total current of TSDC was started from 3kV/cm. However, the amount of total current of TSDC was not affected by the variation of polarizing time.

The purpose of this study is to consider green building factors applied in office buildings that lately acquired a certificate of Green Building Rating System in 4 countries, USA, UK, Japan, and Korea to deduce general conclusion, and to suggest energy saving, environment conservation, securing economic efficiency, and continuable possibility of developing existing urban office buildings.

        대학생의 개인특성과 교육환경특성이 중도탈락의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학생의 개인특성과 교육환경특성이 중도탈락 의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위한 연구로 P 대학교의 사례를 통하여 현재 대두되고 있는 중도탈락 감소를 위한 대안을 모색하기 위한 목적이다. 본 연구를 위하여 중도탈락 의도와 만족도에 관한 설문을 개발하고 총 203부의 설문지를 대상으로 SPSS를 활용하여 빈도, 상관분석, 이항로지스틱분석을 통한 중도탈락의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 개인특성에서 중도탈락 의도 차이를 보였는데 여성이 중도탈락의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육환경특성이 중도탈락에 미치는 영향으로 교육환경특성의 하위요인인 교수학업환경, 비교과활동환경, 대학활동환경 모든 영역에서 중도탈락의도에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 개인특성과 교육환경특성이 중도탈락 의도에 미치는 영향에서는 개인특성요인에서는 성별과 거주지역이, 교육환경요인에서는 비교과활동과 교육환경특성에서 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통하여 교수학업환경뿐만 아니라 비교과 프로그램 개발을 통한 교육만족도 향상과 중도탈락감소를 위한 노력이 필요하다고 제언할 수 있다. This study is designed to examine the impact of university students' individual characteristics and educational environment characteristics on their intention to drop out. The purpose of this study is to find alternatives to reduce dropout, which are currently emerging through the case of P University. For this study, a questionnaire regarding dropout intention and satisfaction was developed. A total of 203 questionnaires were used to analyze the impact on dropout intention through frequency, correlation analysis, and binary logistic regression analysis using SPSS. As a result of the study, firstly, there was a difference in the intention to drop out in terms of personal characteristics, and it was found that women had a higher intention to drop out. Second, due to the influence of educational environment characteristics on dropout, it was found that all sub-factors of educational environment characteristics, such as teaching/study environment, extracurricular activity environment, and university activity environment, affected dropout intention. Third, in terms of the impact of personal characteristics and educational environment characteristics on the intention to drop out, gender and residential area were found to have a statistically significant influence on the intention as personal characteristic factors, and extracurricular activities and educational environment characteristics were found to have a statistically significant influence on the intention as educational factors. Through these results, it can be suggested that efforts are needed to improve educational satisfaction and reduce dropout through the development of non-curricular programs as well as the teaching and academic environment.

        발달장애인의 자아존중감에 관련 국내 연구 동향 분석

        The purpose of this study is to prepare data that will be the basis for the study of self-esteem of persons with developmental disabilities through analysis of domestic research trends on self-esteem of persons with developmental disabilities. To this end, a total of 48 academic papers were selected from 2003 to 2020. Analysis methods were classified according to general trends, year, field, subject, age, research method, and variable of the papers, and research methods, which are subordinate factors, were nomadicized according to variables such as experimental research and research research. As a result of the study, social science papers such as special education and education showed the highest frequency of papers related to self-esteem of persons with developmental disabilities. Classification by age was in the order of adults (43%), adolescents (41%), and children (16%). Experimental studies (66.7%) and survey studies (23%) were the main research methods, followed by qualitative studies (8.3%) and literature studies (2%). The experimental research was classified into counseling, developmental rehabilitation, and educational activities. In most experimental studies, in addition to self-esteem, we studied with dependent variables such as social adaptation, attention, emotional stability, and self-expression. In the research study, family relations, local and school adaptation, and life satisfaction were analyzed. Through these analysis results, it was summarized that there are many studies on self-esteem of people with developmental disabilities in adults and adolescents, and that they are being studied with various variables rather than a single variable of self-esteem. Through this, a follow-up study on the effect analysis was suggested along with a study on the self-concept in childhood of the developmentally disabled. 본 연구의 목적은 발달장애인의 자아존중감에 관한 국내 연구 동향 분석을 통하여 발달장애인의 자아존중감 연구에 기초가 될 자료를 마련하는 것이다. 이를 위해 2003년부터 최근 2020년까지 한국연구재단등재지(후보지)에 게재된 학술논문 총 48편을 선정하였다. 분석방법으로는 논문들의 일반적 동향, 연도별, 분야별, 대상자, 연령, 연구방법, 변인에 따라 분류하였고, 하위 요인인 연구방법은 실험연구, 조사연구 등 변인에 따라 유목화하였다. 연구결과 발달장애인의 자아존중감 관련 논문은 특수교육학, 교육학 등 사회과학 논문들이 가장 높은 빈도를 보였다. 연령에 따른 분류는 성인(43%), 청소년(41%), 아동(16%) 순이었다. 연구방법으로는 실험연구(66.7%)와 조사연구(23%)가 주를 이루었고 질적연구(8.3%), 문헌연구(2%)순으로 나타났다. 실험연구에는 상담, 발달재활, 교육활동으로 분류되었다. 대다수 실험연구에서 자아존중감과 더불어 사회적응, 주의집중, 정서안정, 자기표현 등의 종속변인들과 함께 연구하였다. 조사연구에서는 가족관련, 지역 및 학교 적응, 생활만족도 등을 포함하여 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 결과를 통하여 발달장애인의 자아존중감 연구는 성인 및 청소년기 연구가 많으며, 자아존중감 단일 변인보다 다양한 변인과 함께 연구되어지고 있다고 요약하였다. 이를 통해 발달장애인의 아동기 자아개념 연구와 더불어 효과분석에 관한 후속 연구를 제언하였다.

        석탄발전산업을 위한 지능형 CCTV 기반 스마트안전관리시스템 개발 연구

        There has been a steady rate of accident in Coal Thermal Power Plants which have relatively higher chance of mortality. However, neither the systematic view of safety management nor the methodology such as safety factors or system requirements are yet to be studied in detail. Therefore, this study aims to propose a methodology to preemptively deal with safety issues and to secure fact focused responsibility in safety. It consists of two main parts. First, the Safety Measurement Index(SMI) with total 50 factors is proposed by analyzing the key factors that contribute to safety accidents based on failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and quality function deployment (QFD). To analyze the safety requirements, index presented by major countries and organizations are discussed. Second, main features of intelligent CCTV are studied to determine their relative importance for the framework of Smart Safety Management System (SSMS). Main features are discussed with four technological steps. Also, QFD was held to analyze to analyze how key technologies deal with Quality Measurement Index(QMI). The research results of this study reveal that scientific approaches could be utilized in integrating CCTV technologies into a smart safety management system in the era of Industry 4.0. Moreover, this reasearch provides an specific approach or methodology for dealing with safety management in Coal Thermal Power Plant.
