Pb<sub>1-x</sub>Cd<sub>x</sub>I<sub>2</sub> 단결정의 구조적 광학적 특성 연구

$Pb_{1-x}$ $Cd_{x}$ $I_2$ (x=0.0, 0.2, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.0) single crystals were grown by using Bridgman method and their structural and optical properties were investigated from the measurement of X-ray diffraction, optical absorption and photoluminescence. As-grown single crystals have hexagonal closed packed layered structure. The values of lattice constant c decrease with increasing composition x. Direct and indirect transition optical energy band gaps are calculated from optical absorption spectra measured at room temperature. They increase exponentially from 2.3eV to 3.2 eV with increasing composition x. The energies of photoluminescence peak due to donor bound exciton measured at 6K increase with increasing composition . However, the peak energies of donor-acceptor pair (DAP) are independent of the optical energy band gaps of $Pb_{1-x}$/$Cd_{x}$ $I_2$ single crystals.
습식 분무 열분해 방법으로 제조한 코발트 도핑된 티타늄 산화막의 표면 및 광학적 특성

Titanium dioxide films $(TiO_2)$ doped cobalt transition metal were prepared on titanium metal by water spray pyrolysis technique. Micro-morphology, crystalline structure, chemical composition and binding state of sample groups were evaluated using field emission scanning microscope(FE-SEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD), Raman spectrometer, X-ray photoelectron spectrometer(XPS). $TiO_2$ films of rutile structure were predominately formed on all sample groups and $Ti_2O_3$ oxide was coexisted on the surface of cobalt doped-sample groups. The optical absorption peaks measured by using UV-VIS-NIR spectrophotometer were observed at specific wavelength region in sample groups doped cobalt ion. This result could be analyzed by introducing crystal field theory.
열자극 탈분극전류 방법에 의한 BaTiO<sub>3</sub>의 분극 특성 연구

The polarization properties of $BaTiO_3$ were investigated by using thermally stimulated depolarization current (TSDC) technique. Two peaks were observed at about 400 K (peak A) and 435 K (peak B) from TSDC spectra obtained from the temperature range of 280-500 K. Peak A shows a sharp decrease of TSDC due to extinction of spontaneous polarization above the phase transition temperature of $BaTiO_3$. The values of activation energy of peak A and peak B were calculated to be 0.70 eV and 0.87 eV respectively. From the results of TSDC measurement with a variation of polarizing electric field strength, we found that saturation of total current of TSDC was started from 3kV/cm. However, the amount of total current of TSDC was not affected by the variation of polarizing time.

Today introducing green building factors in dreary urban district is inevitable, so it is urgent to make green building office building fanning most of urban district. The purpose of this study is to consider green building factors applied in office buildings that lately acquired a certificate of Green Building Rating System in 4 countries, USA, UK, Japan, and Korea to deduce general conclusion, and to suggest energy saving, environment conservation, securing economic efficiency, and continuable possibility of developing existing urban office buildings.
석탄발전산업을 위한 지능형 CCTV 기반 스마트안전관리시스템 개발 연구

There has been a steady rate of accident in Coal Thermal Power Plants which have relatively higher chance of mortality. However, neither the systematic view of safety management nor the methodology such as safety factors or system requirements are yet to be studied in detail. Therefore, this study aims to propose a methodology to preemptively deal with safety issues and to secure fact focused responsibility in safety. It consists of two main parts. First, the Safety Measurement Index(SMI) with total 50 factors is proposed by analyzing the key factors that contribute to safety accidents based on failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and quality function deployment (QFD). To analyze the safety requirements, index presented by major countries and organizations are discussed. Second, main features of intelligent CCTV are studied to determine their relative importance for the framework of Smart Safety Management System (SSMS). Main features are discussed with four technological steps. Also, QFD was held to analyze to analyze how key technologies deal with Quality Measurement Index(QMI). The research results of this study reveal that scientific approaches could be utilized in integrating CCTV technologies into a smart safety management system in the era of Industry 4.0. Moreover, this reasearch provides an specific approach or methodology for dealing with safety management in Coal Thermal Power Plant.

지구온난화 원인물질인 이산화탄소의 신규 흡수제로 serine 칼륨염을 제안하였고, serine 칼륨염의 이산화탄소 흡수특성을 monoethanolamine(MEA)의 결과와 비교하고 평가하였다. 비분산적외선 방식의 CO₂ 분석기를 장착한 스크리닝 장치와 흡수평형 측정장치를 이용하여 각 흡수제의 CO₂ 흡수/탈거 성능을 속도론적·양적으로 분석하였다 Serine 칼륨염의 유효 CO₂ 부하능은 0.425로써 MEA의 0.230보다 거의 두 배나 높았으며, cyclic capacity는 각각 0.354와 0.298로써 serine 칼륨염이 더 우수하였다. 한편 serine 칼륨염의 반응속도는 CO₂ 부하능이 0.1 이상에서 급격히 감소하여 MEA의 절반을 유지하였다. 흡수속도 증대를 위해 반응 촉진제로 piperazine과 tetraethylenepentamine을 혼합한 결과 각 경우 포화 CO₂ 부하능이 13.7%, 18.7% 증대되었다 Serine의 카르복실기에 서로 다른 종류의 금속을 치환하였을 때(Li+, Na,+ K+), serine 칼륨염의 CO₂ 흡수량이 나트륨염과 리륨염에 비해 각각 29.2%. 35.0% 높았다. 비슷한 기본구조를 가진 아미노산인 valine과 isoleucine 칼륨염의 흡수실험 결과, 벌키한 side group의 영향으로 인해 흡수속도가 serine 칼륨염에 비해 다소 느렸다. 반응 중 발생하는 침전과 이의 긍정적 이용 방법을 문현에 근거하여 제안하였다. Aqueous potassium salt of serine was proposed as an alternative CO₂ absorbent to monoethanolamine (MEA) and its CO₂ absorption characteristics were studied. The experiment has been conducted using screening test equipment with NDIR type gas analyzer and vapor-liquid equilibrium apparatus. CO₂ absorption/desorption rate and net amount of CO₂ absorbed in cyclic process are the criteria to assess the CO₂ absorption characteristics in this study. Effective CO₂ loading of potassium salt of serine and MEA are 0.425 and 0.230 respectively. Cyclic capacities are 0.354 and 0.298 for potassium salt of serine and MEA. The absorption rate of the potassium serinate decreased sharply at CO₂ loading is 0.1 and were maintained approximately at half of MEA. To enhance the absorption rate of aqueous potassium salt of serine, small quantities of rate promoters, namely piperazine and tetraethylenepentamine were blended, so that rich CO₂ loading were increased by 13.7% and 18.7% respectively. The rich CO₂ loading of potassium salt of serine was 29.2% and 35.0% higher than those of aqueous sodium and lithium salt of serine, respectively. The absorption rate of potassium salt of valine and isoleucine which have similar molecular structures to serine were lower than that of serine because of the presence of bulky side group. Precipitation phenomena during CO₂ absorption were discussed by the aid of literatures.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to study the relative weights of Quality Scorecard (QSC) which was developed for a new quality concept, called Open Quality, in the era of Industry 4.0. Open Quality aims to ensure quality responsibility by accurately measuring the quality level and sharing the quality data with stakeholders. Methods: To analyze the importance of QSC, a survey study was conducted based on 10 types of industry. The relative weights of QSC measures are investigated by both the industry types and the organizational life cycle. Further, the relative importance of QSC was analyzed according to the organization’s lifecycle. By dividing the aspects with respect to the result data, application method for QSC is further provided. Results: The result indicates that there are significant differences among Korean companies in terms of the level of Industry revolution stages. Among ten industry types, manufacturing and finance sectors show the highest importance of QSC. QSC measures are also considered more importance in growth stage of the maturity cycle than generator and decline stages. Conclusion: When QSC is adopted for Open Quality, its relative weights must be considered to cope with the unique characteristics of industrial types. Besides, QSC's contribution may vary according to the level of maturity of the target company.
