Flexible shape change of an object in a controlled matter has begun to be exploited in robotics, electronics, and architectures thanks to recent advances in smart and soft materials. Although new materials allow us to envision a system that challenges the physical limitations of traditional mechanical systems, the large deformations are still limited only in a preprogrammed mode. In this study, we introduce a mechanical morphing system, a morphable liquid interface coated with dielectric particles, which can reversibly and rapidly change its shape under an electric field. The field transforms the so-called ‘particle rafts’ into a mound and a tower within seconds and causes them to move horizontally. We experimentally and theoretically show that the raft morphing is controlled by electrostatic attraction and electric discharge between electrodes and particles. This presents a highly deformable and electrically controllable mechanical system that can be applied to soft robotics and smart architecture.

This paper presents how to make controller using frequency-response in power electronics. First, To make controller, a frequency response of plant are showed and then a controller is made as the procedure. That way give the easy method to make controller for power electronic converter.
