        델파이기법을 활용한 국가 공공(公共)백신 연구개발 정책수립 기초조사

        Background: Vaccination is the most powerful and useful preparation against infectious diseases. However, developing vaccines costs a lot and requires extensive long-term efforts. Therefore, the government should research and develop vaccines with a national-level policy. To greatly enhance the success rate of vaccine development, the policy should be set up considering priorities such as the current status of domestic research, the importance for public health, the urgency of research. Methods: The Delphi technique was utilized to draft this survey, through a brainstorming stage, then two inquiries, and finally the final panel meeting where unresolved items were discussed, to draw the conclusion. Results: Among the results, firstly, the highest ranked item on centralized fields for vaccine development by the Ministry of Health was ‘self-sufficiency of vaccines.’ Secondly, ‘emerging infectious disease’ was most highly ranked in prioritized fields of vaccine development and research. Thirdly, for the vaccine that needs to be improved and developed further by the government to improve its efficacy and safety, BCG (Bacille de Calmette) for tuberculosis was ranked the highest on both types (intradermal and subcutaneous injection) from National Immunization Programme (NIP) and non-NIP. As for the high risk pathogens, ‘anthrax’ and ‘smallpox’ were first and second, consecutively. Lastly, ‘development and control of vaccine candidates’ was ranked the highest for the area in need for technique development in order to improve domestic vaccine’s research level. Conclusion: The results of this study will be put to good use as basic data for the national vaccine research and development (R&D) policy of the country. This study was first step and more studies should be carried out for the final decision of the national vaccine R&D priority.

        Clybourne Park에 나타난 교차적 억압

        This paper explores intersectionality in Bruce Norris’ Clybourne Park by focusing on the oppression structure over 50 years. In Act One, the Youngers, a black family in Lorraine Hansberry’s A Raisin in the Sun, moves to the white middle-class neighborhood of Clybourne Park in 1959. Set in the same house in 2009, Act Two shows a white family moving into the black community. While the ownership of the house moves from one race to the other, the play represents the interrelated power structures caused by not only race but also gender, class, sexuality, and even disability. All the characters get suppressed and alienated from one another at the point where theses identities intersect, finally causing conflicts and disputes about discrimination. To investigate the structure of intersectional oppression, this paper explains the intersectionality theory and the concept of “matrix of domination.” Patricia Hill Collins has defined intersectionality with the notion of “matrix of domination,” which refers to the four domains that organize power structure in society, especially to black women who are doubly oppressed by both race and gender. It is also argued that the oppression structure has been changed in Act Two and that the debate over political correctness exacerbates marginalization.

        식이제한이 마우스 신장의 글루타치온 대사과정에 미치는 영향

        Various benefits for the maintenance of metabolic homeostasis can be obtained through dietary restriction. Short-term fasting of mice may induce systemic metabolic remodeling, which may have a significant effect on the level of endogenous metabolites. This study was conducted to examine metabolic changes of sulfur-containing substances in the kidneys of fasted mice over 48 h. No change in the concentration of renal methionine was observed over 48 h; however, significant decreases in the concentrations of S-adenosylmethionine and S-adenosylhomocysteine were observed at both 24 and 48 h after fasting. A significant decrease in the concentration of renal cysteine was observed from 24 h, and this was maintained at 48 h. A significant decrease in the concentration of glutathione (GSH) was observed in the kidney at 48 h, whereas increased concentrations of taurine were observed 48 h after fasting. Although significantly increased expression levels of BHMT were observed, markedly decreased expression levels of CβS were observed at 48 h after fasting, indicating activated generation of methionine, but downregulation of cysteine synthesis. The expression level of γ-GCL was not altered by fasting for 48 h; however, a significant increase of cysteine sulfinate decarboxylase mediating the taurine synthesis was observed. Significantly decreased protein expression levels of solute carrier family 7 member 11, which imports extracellular cystine, were observed at 48 h. These results suggest that the renal methionine concentration was maintained during short-term fasting through an increase in the re-methylation of homocysteine. Moreover, a reduction in the concentration of cysteine was the result of an increase in the synthesis of taurine and a decrease in the uptake of extracellular cystine, which may result in a decreased concentration of renal GSH.

        인공신경망을 이용한 드레이프성 예측

        This study aims to propose a prediction model for the drape coefficient using artificial neural networks and to analyze the nonlinear relationship between the drape properties and physical properties of fabrics. The study validates the significance of each factor affecting the fabric drape through multiple linear regression analysis with a sample size of 573. The analysis constructs a model with an adjusted R<sup>2</sup> of 77.6%. Seven main factors affect the drape coefficient: Grammage, extruded length values for warp and weft (m<sub>warp</sub>, m<sub>weft</sub>), coefficients of quadratic terms in the tensile-force quadratic graph in the warp, weft, and bias directions (c<sub>warp</sub>, c<sub>weft</sub>, c<sub>bias</sub>), and force required for 1% tension in the warp direction (f<sub>warp</sub>). Finally, an artificial neural network was created using seven selected factors. The performance was examined by increasing the number of hidden neurons, and the most suitable number of hidden neurons was found to be 8. The mean squared error was .052, and the correlation coefficient was .863, confirming a satisfactory model. The developed artificial neural network model can be used for engineering and high-quality clothing design. It is expected to provide essential data for clothing appearance, such as the fabric drape.

        국가 화학물질 유해성정보 데이터베이스 구축 과정의 신뢰도 제고 방안에 관한 연구

        Objectives: According to the Act on Registration, Evaluation, Etc. of Chemicals, new and existing chemicals must be registered by 2030. In addition, industries need to submit hazard data as an attachment during the registration process. Therefore, we constructed a nationwide chemical database to support small industry by providing hazard data and original sources. During the process, we developed a new standard procedure for minimizing errors and increasing reliability. Methods: We analyzed the categories of errors and the cause of the errors through the verification results of the 2019 project. We present an improved database construction methodology and system. Results: Errors are categorized according to their causative factors into simple, technical, and structural type errors. Simple errors arise simply because of decreased concentration or negligence in following the instructions. Technical errors are caused by a discrepancy between the professional field and the type of data. Structural errors indicate systemic errors such as incomplete forms on the excel database or ambiguity in the guidelines. Lessons from the errors collected in the 2019 project are used to update the procedures for database authorization and technical guidelines. The main update points are as follows; ‘supplementation of review process’, ‘giving regular training to external reviewers’, ‘giving additional information to authors, like physico-chemical properties of substances, degradability, etc.’, ‘amendment of excel form’, and ‘guideline upgrades’. Conclusions: We conducted this study with the aim of improving the accuracy and reliability of the database of hazard information for chemical substances. The new procedures and guidelines are now being used in the 2020 project for construction of a hazard information database for Korea.

      • 사전 학습 모델 기반의 혐오 표현 분류 모델 구축 및 데이터 증강으로 인한 모델 성능 향상

        인터넷에 만연한 혐오 표현은 사회 구성원들 간에 갈등을 일으켜 집단의 통합을 저해하고 양극화를 심화시킨다. 이에 혐오 표현을 필터링하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 신경망을 이용한 혐오 표현 자동검출 알고리즘에 관한 연구가 선행되었다. 모델고도화에 집중했던 기존 연구들에 더해, 본 연구에서는 KoBERT 모델을 이용한 혐오 표현을 분류하는 모델을 구축하였다. 또한 중립 클래스 데이터를 추가함에 따라 모델 성능이 향상되는 것을 정량적 및 정성적으로 확인하였다.

        포토북의 물성적 구조에 따른 특성 연구 - 전시기획< As a Structure > 을 위한 자료조사를 중심으로-

        This essay aims to propose the possibilities that photobook can be developed as an experimental space as well as a genre of art. The concept is based on an interview with Gerhard Steidl. According to Gerhard Steidl, “A photo book is like building a building.“ Based on research and case studies, this paper offered the exhibition. Research on them was a basic step to broaden its argument as it consisted of a comprehensive notion. Also, we aimed to focus on the issue by visualizing the structural aspects of photobooks in an exhibition based on the case study. The exhibition visualizes with real-life exhibitions in mind built. An overview and contents of the exhibition and the space planning and the flow planning between photobooks were considered. Showing the process of analyzing the features of the book when it comes to displaying, in comparison to the usual display of the work hanging on the wall. Photobooks are a new medium that challenges general book media, and the attempt to examine features through their structural approach is going to surely be an opportunity to gain a broad understanding of photobooks. Throughout these studies, suggestions for an expanded interpretation of photobooks are what are meant to be noted.

      • 역량기반 비교과 교육과정 체계 모형 연구 : K 대학 사례를 중심으로

        본 연구는 역량기반 비교과 교육과정의 질 개선을 목적으로 비교과 교육과정 체계의 구체적인 모형을 제시하여 역량기반 교육의 효과를 증대시킬 뿐 아니라 대학 수준의 역량기반 비교과 교육과정 개편에 유용한 정보를 제공하자 한다. K 대학의 사례를 활용하여, 대내․외 환경분석을 통해 대학이 직면하고 있는 환경요인을 분석을 토대로 비교과 교육과정 운영 방향성을 제고 하였다. 더 나아가 역량기반 비교과 교육의 이론적 개념을 분석하여 환경과 수요자 요구분석의 결과를 토대로 역량기반 비교과 교육과정 체계 모형을 구축하였다. 역량기반 비교과 교육과정 체계는 마음․뇌․교육(mind, brain, and education)의 이론과 Bronfenbrenner의 생태체계시스템(ecological systems) 이론을 반영하여 학습자의 인지적․정의적․심동적 영역을 총체적으로 바라보고 학습자 개인과 주변 환경을 연결하여 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 체계 모형은 모든 대학에서 역량기반 비교과 교육과정 설계 시 유용한 틀을 구성하는데 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. To improve competency-based co-curriculum quality, the goal of this article is to increase the effectiveness of competency-based education as well as to provide useful information for competency-based co-curriculum reform at the university level by presenting a concrete co-curriculum framework model by utilizing the case of K University. According to the analysis of domestic and foreign precedent studies related to competency-based co-curriculum, theoretical discussion about competency-based curriculum has not been sufficiently carried out, and still adds ambiguity to the theoretical discourse. In physical education. it is clear that there is difficulty in maintaining uniform competency-based program management at the university level due to a lack of understanding as well as different perceptions of competency concepts at the implementation level. By using internal and external environmental SWOT analysis, a co-curriculum framework model is contemplated based on the environmental factors facing the K university. Furthermore, a co-curriculum framework model is established based on the analysis of the environment as well as the results of the program demand survey and the university stockholders’ focus group. The competency-based co-curriculum model applies the theory of Mind, Brain and Education as well as Bronfenbrenner’s ecological systems theory in order to encompass the learner’s cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects as a whole and to connect learners with their surroundings. The proposed approach can be readily used in practice. Also, the system model suggested in this study has implications for constructing a useful framework for competency-based co-curriculum work in all universities.
