Objective : This study was done to investigate the correlation between general quality of life(QOL) and disease specific QOL of tinnitus patients. Methods : 2009 National health and nutrition survey(NHNS) data were employed for analyzing the mean estimates of total population and tinnitus sub-group patients, and predicting the regression equation of mapping between EQ-5D and disease severity. Baseline statistical analyses and normality tests were done by using Student t-test, Chi-square test, Shapiro-Wilk test and ladder test. Hierarchial regression analyses were performed using related variables and predicted the optimal regression equations. Statistical significance was achieved if the probability was less than 5%. Results : Firstly, the standardized prevalence of tinnitus patient in South Korea was 18.69% and over 90th age-group was relatively higher than other groups. Mean value of domestic QOL measured by EQ-5D was estimated as 0.9486 and QOL of tinnitus subgroup(0.9169) was lower than the non-tinnitus subgroup(0.9559), significantly. Stratified by age and sex, QOLs of all sub-groups with tinnitus were lower than without tinnitus sub-groups significantly. Regression equations from 2009 NHNS data were developed using hierarchial regression analysis which is as follows. $$Y_{EQ-5D}=0.9224-0.0079{\times}T1-0.0261{\times}T2-0.0951{\times}T3+\sum_{i=1}^{n}{\beta}_i{\times}X_i\\{\hspace{95}}(0.0106){\hspace{3}}(0.0037){\hspace{30}}(0.0072){\hspace{30}}(0.0038)$$ ($X_i$=Other explanatory variables except Tinnitus QOL1, 2, 3, ${\beta}$= Regression Coefficient of Model 4) Conclusion : We confirmed the correlation among THI and EQ-5D and HUI-III, and developed the inference for regression equation of EQ-5D.
가감청상방풍탕(加減淸上防風湯)의 항염증 효과에 대한 실험적 연구

Background and Object : This study was carried out to investigate the effects of GCSBPT (Gagam-Cheongsang BangPungTang) on the in vitro and in vivo anti-inflammatory reactions. Methods : Vascular permeability and Cyclooxygenase inhibition assay are examined in vitro and nitric oxide inhibition assay, radical scavenging activity test, $TNF-{\alpha}$, COX-2 inhibition test are examined in vivo. Results : GCSBPT showed inhibitory effects on vascular permeability and leukocyte migration in animal test. In cyclooxygenase 2 inhibition assay, an ethanol extract of GCSBPT inhibited prostaglandin E2 generation at a concentration of $10{\mu}g/ml$. Among the herbal ingredients of GCSBPT, ethanol extracts of Nepetae Spica exhibited potent inhibitory activities. Ethanol extract of GCSBPT inhibited the release of nitric oxide and the gene expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase in RAW 246.7 cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide. Ethanol extract of GCSBPT exhibited radical scavenging activity of 54% at $100{\mu}g/ml$. Among the herbal ingredients of GCSBPT. Conclusions : According to the above results, I expected that GCSBPT was a potent anti-inflammatory prescription.

본 논문“ 운문을 이용한 공예문화상품 개발에 관한 연구”는 우리나라의 고유한 문화유산의 우수성을 알리고자 공예문화상품 개발에 목적을 두었다. 총 서론, 본론, 결론으로 구성되었으며, 서론에서는 연구목적, 연구방법에 관하여 정리하였고, 본론에서는 운문의 일반적 고찰, 문화상품의 현황, 디자인 개발 및 시제품으로 구성하였다. 한국 전통문양의 자료 조사를 통하여 전통문양의 우수성을 살펴보았으며 또한 운문의 종류 및 운문이 내포하고 있는 의미조사를 하였다. 이를 통하여 운문이 운문은 지금 까지 발견된 고대 유물들의 대부분에 표현이 되어있으며 각 시대마다 조금씩 다르게 표현이 되어 있지만 내포하고 있는 의미는 풍요, 순조로운 조화 등 길상의 의미를 가지고 있으며 우리의 민족성을 잘 표현하고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 문화상품의 현황에서는 문화상품의 중요성과 시장성 개발의 필요성에 관하여 조사하였으며 이를 통하여 최근의 지역 문화축제, 각종 국제행사를 통한 외국인의 방문, 여행객의 증가로 공예문화상품의 가치와 개발의 필요성이 높아지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 디자인 개발 및 시제품에서는 제품의 디자인과정을 서술하였으며 쥬얼리 캐드와 라이노 캐드를 활용한 CAD 이미지를 변화와 변형을 통한 디자인 개발을 하였으며 제작은 RP 장비를 통하여 제작하였다. 이를 통하여 내구성의 향상과 다양한 디자인의 활용, 전통문양의 정교성을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 이것은 제품이 질적인 부분의 향상과 타제품과의 경쟁력 향상을 가져올 수 있었으며 문화상품의 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 제시 하였다. With the coming of the age of cultural industry in the 21st century, foreigners and tourists are attracted by various local cultural festivals and international events. In this situation, there is an increasing need to develop and enhance the value of craft and cultural goods. With the exception of a few high‐quality ones, however, most of craftworks in the market are commercial products that are manufactured uniformly without understanding Korean unique beautiful culture. Thus, in order to develop various designs based on traditional and contemporary patterns, this study chose the cloud pattern, which contains auspicious meanings, among Korean traditional patterns and attempted to enhance design competitiveness through automated processing with originality and durability. Through developing cultural metal products that carry Korean traditional images and the characteristics of cultural products, we can supply goods of various uses and forms and high quality. Moreover, through research and development of Korean traditional patterns, we can find a wide variety of motifs, materials and technical application methods. Furthermore, this study aimed to develop products that are usable in daily life and, at the same time, exhibit the beauty of our culture. We designed trial products using Rhino CAD and Jewelry CAD for their precise measurements and easiness in modification in order to produce various forms of applied products, and reduced manufacturing time and enhanced the quality of cultural products by introducing a 3D automated system.
