      • 한부모가정 아동의 자아존중감과 공격성을 위한 집단미술치료에 관한 이론적 고찰

        자신의 의지와는 상관없이 소중한 대상과의 분리 또는 상실을 경험한 한부모가정 아동들은 심리·정서적으로 어려움을 경험하게 된다. 이들의 부정적 정서를 안전하게 표출시키고 적절히 다루는 것은 학령기 아동의 정체감 형성과 이후의 청소년기 적응문제에도 영향을 준다. 이에 본 연구는 한부모가정 아동의 개념과 심리적 특성에 대해 알아보고, 자아존중감과 공격성을 중심으로 미술치료가 이들의 심리·정서적 어려움에 어떠한 영향을 미칠 수 있을지를 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 미술치료사의 관점에서 한부모가정 아동에게 적절한 치료적 개입이 무엇인지 살펴봄으로써 이들의 심리·사회적 발달 및 적응 방안에 대해 고찰하였다.

      • 훈육평가의 타당성 검토 (적성평가를 중심으로)

        This study was a descriptive survey to examine the cadets' aptitude evaluation system of the Armed Forces Nursing Academy, by investigating the validity of the components of cadets' aptitude evaluation instrument and the relationship between the results of the aptitude evaluation and the cadets' real performance. The study was conducted from March 2006 to March 2007. The researcher surveyed 345 cadets and 23 nursing officers on the adequacy of the aptitude evaluation component. The cadets' records of aptitude evaluation for 4 years and their records about cadet life in order to examine the relationship between the results of the aptitude evaluation and the cadets' real performance, The data was analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program. The results of this study were as follows. 1. With regard to the adequacy of the aptitude evaluation instrument, 'sincerity', and 'responsibility' were scored the highest, 'real courage' was scored the lowest. Many participants described the detailed items of the aptitude evaluation instrument were vague, and required more definite and specific description on them. 2. In comparison analysis, the results of the aptitude evaluation and the cadets' real performance showed the statistical correlation. The GPA was statistically correlated with the results of the aptitude evaluation in one class among 4 classes. The cadets' experience on leadership was statistically correlated with the results of the aptitude evaluation. The aptitude evaluation results of cadet group in high score or low score tends to maintain for 4 years. 3. More than half of the responders answered that one time evaluation at the end of the year was appropriate. They also suggested the proportion of cadets' evaluation should be increased. A computerized evaluation was suggested by some cadets. In conclusion, the cadets' aptitude evaluation instrument should be modified to apply according to the results of this study. The school is planning to establish the Complex Computerized Information System, in 2007 and the computerized program of the aptitude evaluation system will be a part of it.       • 차세대 국방의료정보체계 구축에 따른 사용자 만족도에 관한 연구

        Objectives : The purpose of study is to analyze the differences and the correlation between each specific groups through researching user's satisfaction rate and recognition rate, and also giving a way how to use the basic data for the materialization of Electronic Health Record and how to introduce the NDEMIS by the studying of corroborative evidence. Methods : This study is the result of the rate of satisfaction and recognition through the questioning 297persons all told in one Military hospital. We use the following methods : SPSS ver 18.0 / Parameter ANOVA / Non Parameter Kruskal-Walls test. Results : Regarding satisfaction rate, The highest is Management support as 3.35 while Function and efficiency reached lowest as 3.02. The satisfaction with support dept and management varied in accordance with gender, education background, occupational category, rank and working places. Especially we found that the people who have less one year duty period have much more satisfied than more than one year. Conclusions : The study introduced the factors to be considered for the NDEMIS take root in Korea Armed Force and also it should be the foundation for the future Medical Information system in early stage.

        ICNP 기반의 군병원 전자간호기록 시스템 개발

        연구목적: 본 연구는 군병원 간호장교의 간호기록을 질적·양적으로 향상시키기 위하여 확장성과 표현성을 인정받고 있는 간호용어체계인 ICNP 기반의 전자간호기록 시스템을 개발하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구방법 :본 연구는 ICNP 기반의 군병원 전자간호기록 시스템을 개발하기 위한 서술적 연구이며, 시스템 수명주기 모델(System development life cycle model)을 근거로 하였다. 개발단계는 1단계 표준간호진술문의 pool 구성및 ICNP 매핑과, 2단계 사용자 화면 구성의 두 개 단계를 주요 과정으로 하였다. 1단계는 2011년 3월 시작되어 2012년 2월 현재 계속 진행 중이며, 2단계는 2011년 3월부터 2012년 1월 말까지 수행·완료되었다. 연구결과: 총 113개의 간호진단을 도출하였으며, 간호사정 진술문 총 22,471개와 간호중재 진술문 총11,805개로 표준간호진술문 pool을 구성하였으며, 간호평가의 지표가 되는 간호결과 진술문은 간호사정진술문에 포함되었다. ICNP 매핑은 간호사정 진술문의 56.1%, 간호중재 진술문의 31.2%가 완료되었고 프로그램을 시범 운영하면서 지속 시행할 계획이다. 사용자 화면은 사용자들이 간호과정을 준수하며 작성할 수 있도록 구성하였고, 입·퇴원, 검사 및 시술 등 절차 기술을 위한 간호기록은 프로토콜 메뉴를 이용하여 간략하게 작성할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 결론: 본 연구는 ICNP 기반의 군 병원 전자 간호기록 체계를 개발하였으며 이를 통해 간호장교들이 보다 효과적·효율적으로 간호기록을 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

      • 한국군 신병에서 수막알균의 보균율과 혈청형의 변화

        Objective: Carriage rate of Neisseria Meningitidis is known to be very high in the group of university students and army population although the general carriage rate is about 10%. 60∼ 80% of carriage rate was reported in the army population. To gain current information about the nasopharyngeal carriage of Neisseria meningitidis, this study was carried out. Method: 391 recruits of Korean army were swabbed two times. 1st swab was taken on the day of beginning of the army training and 2nd was done 5 weeks later. Results: Overall carriage rate was 17.6%(69) at first swabs and raised to 21.7%(85) at the second. Of 69 isolates from 1st swabs, 4 serogroups including B, C, W135, E29 were identified and 39.1%(278) were done as non-groupable. Results of serogrouping 85 isolates from the 2nd swabs were same with the 1st examination. B, C, W135, E29, non-groupable were identified. Serogroup B account for 31%(22) of 1st isolates and 60%(51) of 2nd isolates. 17 positive results converted into negative at 2nd swab. Conclusion: The carriage rate of the army recruits was higher than normal population but didn't go up so high as reported. Only 4 goups which are likely to causes disease were identified. Duration of carriage should be evaluated in the following study with longer follow up.
