        이용자 중심의 메타버스 공간 분석에 관한 연구 -지각된 가치 특성을 중심으로-

        (Background and Purpose) Currently, the metaverse is a field that expands the category of spatio-temporal activities and plays a role in connecting various areas. Therefore, research and interest are increasing in various and broad fields, and the number of users continues to increase, but research from the perspective of the users who use it is hardly progressing. This means that the metaverse is being developed based on the perspective of the creator such as the company rather than the perspective of the user. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to suggest the direction of the user-centered metaverse space by analyzing the perceived value, which is the value of the user's perspective, in order to develop a virtual space called the metaverse based on the user's perspective. (Method) In order to expand and study the metaverse, this study examines the web system and the tangible scope that make up the metaverse. Furthermore, in order to derive the value factor required in the metaverse, a comprehensive result is derived by interconnecting the factors of perceived value and the characteristics of the metaverse. The research method derives the correlation between factors such as pleasure, visual authority, self-expression, economic value, and continuity, interactivity, simultaneity, reality, economy, sharing, creativity, expandability, accumulation, and reproducibility, and connects them to a relational model. It concludes by proposing a comprehensive value- and space-oriented plan based on users' perspectives in the metaverse. (Results) In this study, the value that users want in the metaverse was examined through metaverse analysis from a value perspective. And a comprehensive conclusion was drawn according to each type of metaverse. When classifying types based on perceived values, augmented reality, motivation, and lifogging were classified as a single type based on perceived values, and the virtual world and the game purpose, communication purpose, motivation type, and presentation type were classified as having the same type of value.(Conclusions) In conclusion, it could be seen that the reason why humans enjoy the metaverse is that the value pursued by users exists, and the possibility of territorial development based on perceived values and characteristics has been seen. In the future, this paper predict to expand the metaverse into an area where the value of the user's point of view can be realized, and that various studies from the user's point of view will be conducted in the metaverse.

        플립 러닝 기반 초등 환경·SW 융합 교육이 SW 성향에 미치는 효과성 분석

        Flip learning can increase learning motivation and interest by allowing students to take initiative in class, SW education helps logical problem-solving ability, and SW convergence education has an educational effect. This study developed and applied the 16th elementary environmental curriculum using flip learning and SW for 4th graders of elementary school, and then analyzed the effect on students' SW propensity and the effectiveness of flip learning education. We identified that the effectiveness of environment/SW convergence classes, self-directed learning through flip learning through the 5th session and 11th session using SW/AI application. 플립 러닝은 학생들이 수업에서 주도권을 가지고 학습하여, 학습 동기와 흥미를 높일 수 있으며, SW 교 육은 논리적 문제해결력을 향상시키고, SW 융합 교육은 교육적 효과가 있다고 연구되었다. 본 연구는 초등 학교 4학년 학생들을 대상으로 플립 러닝과 SW를 활용한 16차시의 초등 환경 교육과정을 개발·적용한 후 학생들의 SW 성향에 미치는 영향, 플립 러닝 교육의 효과성 및 수업 만족도를 분석하였다. 플립 러닝을 위 한 5차시 교육과정 및 콘텐츠 개발, 11차시의 SW·AI를 활용한 교육과정 및 강의 콘텐츠 개발, 교육과정 적 용 결과 분석을 통해서 환경·SW 융합 수업의 효과성 및 플립 러닝을 통한 자기주도적 학습의 효과성을 확 인할 수 있었다.

        도시주거생활과 지진 안전성 검토 - 대구시 중구와 달서구를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this study is to present a standardized evaluation model through analysis of the situation of seismic design, and to derive policy implications that is relevance by evaluating Seismic safety in the area. Therefore, by looking at the transition of earthquake occurrence situation and seismic design target standards, an Seismic safety degree model with weights according to each criterion was derived. Seismic safety analysis was carried out by subdividing it into the same Grid unit for Daegu city Jung-gu and Dalseo-gu. As a result, the lowest rating, grade 5, accounts for a proportion of more than half, and the distribution has become pronounced in aging housing complexes. Almost aged and vulnerable to earthquakes, they can be prepared inadequately to prepare for disaster maintenance and safety measures. It is judged that it is necessary to create a comfortable and safe housing environment through regeneration of this aged housing. In conclusion, the model developed in this study identifies the current status of the earthquake-resistant design in the region and provides basic information for building a safe residential environment from earthquake-induced urban disasters so that information can be provided to residents. 본 연구의 목적은 내진설계에 대한 현황분석을 통해 표준화된 평가 모형을 제시하여 지역의 지진 안전도를 평가함으로써 적실성 있는 정책적 함의를 이끌어내고자 하는 것이다. 따라서, 지진 발생 현황 및 내진설계 적용 대상 기준의 변천을 살펴보고 각 기준에 따른 가중치를 부여한 지진 안전도 모형을 도출하였다. 사례지역으로 대구시 중구와 달서구를 대상으로 동(네)단위로 세분하여 지진 안전도 분석을 진행하였다. 그 결과, 5등급이 절반 이상으로 높은 비중을 차지하였으며, 노후화된 주거단지에서 분포가 두드러지게 나타났다. 대부분 노후화 되어 지진에 취약하였으며, 재난에 대한 정비 및 안전 대책에 대한 준비가 미흡함을 예상할 수 있다. 이에 노후화된 주거지의 재생을 통해 쾌적하고 안전한 주거환경의 조성이 필요하다고 판단된다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발한 모형은 지역의 내진설계 적용 대상의 현황을 파악하여, 지진으로 인한 도시재해로부터 안전한 주거환경을 조성을 위한 기본적인 자료 구축을 제시하여 주거생활자에게 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 한다.

        Rahnella aquatilis AY2000균 유래의 항 효모물질의 작용양상

        항 진균제의 인체에 대한 부작용을 완화시키는 방법은 부작용이 적은 새로운 항 진균제 개발이나 기존 항 진균제와 혼용하여 상승효과를 나타내는 물질이 필요하다. 이를 위해 Rahnella aquatilis AY2000가 생산하는 항 효모물질은 일종의 단백질성 고분자 물질이란 점에서 기존 항 진균제와 차이가 있다. 이 항 효모물질은 유도기나 대수증식 기에 있는 효모 생육을 억제시켰으며, cell cycle 분석에서 sub-G1기에 속하는 세포수의 증가 없이 세포를 arrest시켰다. 따라서 항 효모물질은 Candida albicans에 정균작용을 나타내었다. 또한 in vitro 실험에서 이 항 효모물질과 itraconazole이나 fluconazole을 병용한 후 fractional inhibitory concentration index 분석을 행한 결과 항 효모활성이 더욱 상승되었다. 결론적으로 이 항 효모물질은 정균 작용을 가질 뿐만 아니라 azole계의 항 진균제와 혼용하면 상승효과를 가짐으로 부작용이 적은 새로운 개념의 항 진균제로 개발할 가치가 있을 것이라고 생각된다. For reduction of side effects by anti-fungal agents, a less toxic anti-fungal substance or a synergistic substance with a new mechanism is needed. The anti-yeast substance (AYS) originated from Rahnella aquatilis strain AY2000 is like to be a heterogeneous protein. The AYS inhibited the growth of Candida albicans in culture broth, and AYS-treated cells were arrested in each phase during cell cycle. Among AYS-treated cells, the population of the cells belonging to sub-G1 phase was not increased during cell cycle. Therefore, AYS has rather yeaststatic than yeastcidal effect to C. albicans. Moreover, with combination of itraconazole or fluconazole, AYS had a synergistic anti-yeast activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae based on the analysis of fractional inhibitory concentration index.

        A Surgical Method for Determining Proper Screw Length in ACDF

        Objective: We describe a surgical tool that uses the distractor pin as a reference for determining proper screw length in ACDF. It is critical that screw purchase depth be as deep as possible without violating or penetrating the posterior cortical wall, which ensures strong pull out strength. Methods: We enrolled 81 adult patients who underwent ACDF using an anterior cervical plate from 2010 to 2012. Patients were categorized into Groups A (42 patients: retractor pin used as a reference for screw length) and B (39 patients: control group). Intraoperative lateral x-rays were taken after screwing the retractor pin to confirm the approaching vertebral level. The ratio of retractor pin length to body anteroposterior (A-P) diameter was measured as a reference. Proper screw length was determined by comparison to the reference. Results: The average distance from screw tip to posterior wall was 3.0±1.4mm in Group A and 4.1±2.3mm in Group B. The ratio of screw length to body sagittal diameter was 86.2±5.7% in Group A and 80.8±9.0% in Group B. Screw length to body sagittal diameter ratios higher than 4/5 occurred in 33 patients (90%) in Group A and 23 patients (59%) in Group B. No cases violated the posterior cortical wall. Conclusion: We introduce a useful surgical method for determining proper screw length in ACDF using the ratio of retractor pin length to body A-P diameter as a reference. This method allows for deeper screw purchase depth without violation of the posterior cortical wall.

        Box-Shape Cervical Expansive Laminoplasty : Clinical and Radiological Outcomes

        Objective: Box-shape cervical expansive laminoplasty is a procedure that utilizes a Miniplate® or Maxpacer® to achieve maximal canal expansion. This method is expected to show much larger canal expansion and good clinical outcome. So we investigated the clinical and radiological outcome of Box-shape cervical expansive laminoplasty. Methods: Between June 2008 and July 2013, we performed cervical expansive laminoplasty in 87 and 48 patients using the Box-shape cervical expansive laminoplasty, respectively. We analyzed the clinical results of these operations using the Japanese Orthopedic Association (JOA) scoring system and by assessing the position of intralaminar screws with postoperative computed tomography (CT) at POD-6 months. Results: A total of 48 patients with ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) (36 pts), cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM) (12 pts) were enrolled. Overall JOA scores improved from 11.49 to 14.22 at POD-6 months (OPLL: 11.32 -->14.3; CSM: 12-->14). Postoperative CT scans were performed in 39 patients at 177 levels for a total of 354 screws. The malpositioning rate of intralaminar screws was 3.4% and hardware-related neurologic complications did not occur. Conclusion: Box-shape cervical expansive laminoplasty creates maximal spinal canal expansion and leads to improved cervical myelopathy. The use of intralaminar screws to fix the remodeled lamina-facet does not represent a significant difficulty.
