        진동 자극 유무에 따른 호흡 저항 훈련 시 폐 기능과 호흡근의 즉각적인 차이가 있을까?

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of whole body vibration combined breathing resistance on lung capacity and respiratory muscle and to suggest a mediation method for improvement of respiratory function and lung function in the future. Methods: This study was a preliminary study design of two groups of 54 healthy young adults who were randomly assigned to an experimental group (n=27) with core exercise combined with respiratory resistance and whole body vibration and a control group with respiratory resistance and core exercise (n=27). All interventions consisted of 6 core exercises every 40 seconds and rest for 20 seconds. To compare the effects of intervention, we measured spirometry and respiratory muscle strength. Results: Both the experimental group and the control group showed a significant increase in Forced vital capacity (FVC) and Maximum voluntary ventilation (MVV) (p<.05). However, FEV1 and FEV1% were significantly increase only in the experimental group (p<.05). FVC, FEV1%, Maximum Inspiratory Pressure (MIP), Maximum Expiratory Pressure (MEP) showed more significant increase in the experimental group than the control group. Conclusion: These findings indicate that whole-body vibration combined breathing resistance is an effective intervention for people, with FVC, FEV1%, MIP, MEP increase.

        Al고압주조공법에서 사출슬리브 온도 조절을 통한 Chill layer의 최적 제어

        In this study, the effect of chill layers occurred in shot sleeve on the molten metal filling was analyzed through computer simulation. The behavior of chill layers with temperature variation of shot sleeve set from 200 to $280^{\circ}C$ was also investigated. The simulation results showed the chill layers set in the in-gates during the injection process change the main filling direction and cause turbulent flow pattern, resulting in porosities inside the castings. The amount of chill layers with the increasing temperature of shot sleeve was considerably reduced. Particularly, at the setting temperature of $280^{\circ}C$ by heat control unit, the biggest reduction in chill layers, excellent trimmed surface and the highest density were achieved, suggesting that as the optimal sleeve condition in aluminum high pressure diecasting, especially for highly complex parts like valve body.

        퉁퉁마디를 가해하는 퉁퉁마디뿔나방 Scrobipalpa salinella (Zeller) (나비목, 뿔나방과)의 재발견 및 피해

        전남 신안군의 퉁퉁마디 재배지에서 대 발생하여 피해를 초래한 해충이 뿔나방과의 Scrobipalpa salinella (Zeller)로 확인되었다. 본 종은 Park & Ponomarenko (2006)에 의해 국내에서 처음 보고된 바 있다. 그러나 동정이 어려운 암컷 한 개체를 대상으로 하였으며, 염생식물이 없는 산간지역에서 발견된 점 등으로 분포에 대한 의문점이 상존해 왔었으나 금번 조사결과로 국내 분포가 재 확인되었다. 종의 분류동정을 위한 성충과 생식기의 사진 제공과 함께 유충의 발생 및 피해에 대해 조사된 내용을 기술하였다. In a cultivated field of Salicornia europae in the Jeonam Province, Korea, Scrobipalpa salinella (Lepidoptera, Gelechiidae) which feeds and leads to a serious damage was found. The discovery of this species is to reconfirm its distribution in Korea because the first report by Park and Ponomarenko (2006) was based on a single female and it was collected in a montane area far from seaside where its host plants, halophytes, are planted. For identification, photos of imago and genitalia are given, and the damage by larvae on Salicornia europae are noted.

        국부가압 다이캐스팅 공정에서 3차원 유동 및 응고해석을 통한 자동차 변속기 Gear Housing의 주조방안 설계 최적화

        In the partial squeeze casting process, the filling behavior of liquid metal and solidification pattern in thick area have significant influence on the quality of casting products and die life. For the optimal casting design of automobile transmission gear housing, various analyses were performed in this study by using computer simulation code, MAGMAsoft and the simulation results were compared and analyzed with experimental results. By air pressure criteria, internal porosities caused by air entrap during the mold filling were predicted and reduced remarkably by modification of gating system. Also, optimal squeeze-time lag to apply partial squeeze pin in thick area was calculated and the castings was free from shrinkage defects with the result of solidification analysis. Consequently, casting design for automobile transmission gear housing was optimized and approved by Computer Tomography.

        아동기에 주의력결핍 과잉행동증상을 경험한 성인의 정신병리와 기질 성격 요인

        Objectives:The objective of this study is to find out the differences in psychopathology, temperament, and character factors between young adults with and without childhood attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) symptoms. Methods:The subjects consisted of 314 university students (male=72, female=242) in Gongju. They were divided into childhood ADHD group (N=54) and normal group (N=260) to the Wender-Utah Rating Scale. Participants were assessed using Korean Adult ADHD Scale, Beck Depression Inventory-II, Beck Anxiety Inventory, Kimberly Young’s Internet Addiction Test, Barratt Impulsiveness Scale, Paranoia Scale, Korean-Schizotypal Ambivalence Scale, Lubben Social Network Scale, and Temperament and Character Inventory-Revised. Descriptive statistics, t-test, chi-square, spearman correlation, and stepwise multiple regression were applied to analyze the data. Results:Participants with childhood ADHD symptoms had high level of adult ADHD symptoms (p<.001), impulsiveness(p=.001), depression (p<.001), anxiety (p<.001), internet addiction (p<.001), paranoia tendency (p<.001) and low level of selfesteem (p<.001) compared to normal group. Self-directedness (p<.001) was lower, Harm avoidance (p=.001) and Self-transcendence (p=.029) were higher in the childhood ADHD group. In correlation and stepwise multiple regression, childhood ADHD symptoms were significantly associated with cooperativeness (r=-0.515 and β=-0.547, p<.001 respectively). Conclusion:This result showed that young adults with childhood ADHD symptoms had various forms of psychopathology and childhood ADHD symptoms were influenced by character such as cooperativeness. Therefore, more thorough evaluation regarding childhood ADHD symptoms is needed.

      • 선천성 장 폐쇄증의 임상적 분석

        1994년 1월부터 2003년 6월까지 경북대학교 의과대학 외과학 교실에서 경험한 선천성 장폐쇄증 환자 36명을 대상으로 재태기간과 출생시 체중, 산전진단 및 출생장소, 임상소견, 수술전 검사, 동반기형, 수술방법, 형태학적 분류, 합병증 및 사망률을 후향적으로 검토하였다. 총 36예의 환자중에서 십이지장 폐쇄증 17예, 공장 폐쇄증 11예, 회장 폐쇄증 8예 있었다. 남녀비는 십이지장 폐쇄증은 1.4:1, 공장 폐쇄증 2.7:1, 회장 폐쇄증의 경우는 7:1 이었다. 형태학적 분류에서 십이지장 폐쇄증은 3형이 7예로 가장 많았으며, 공장 및 회장 폐쇄증은 1형이 10예로 가장 많았으며, 3a형이 7예 있었다. 임상 소견은 담즙성 구토와 복부 팽만이 가장 흔한 증상이었다. 수술 전 검사는 십이지장 페쇄증은 전예에서 단순복부촬영만으로 정확하게 진단이 가능하였다. 동반 병변은 십이지장 폐쇄증 환자 중선천성 심기형 6예, 다운증후군이 3예 있었고, 공장 및 회장 폐쇄증에서는 3예에서 태변성 복막염이 동반되었다. 수술방법은 부분절제술을 시행한 경우가 13예로 가장 많았다. 술 후 합병증은 문합부 유출 3예, 장 폐색증 3예, 창상 감염이 3예 있었으며, 십이지장 폐쇄증 환자 2예 9사망률:11.8 %)에서 동반된 선천성 심 기형으로 사망하였으며, 공장 폐쇄증 환아 2예(사망률: 18 %)는 폐혈증과 3b 형에서 장 절제 후 단장 증후군으로 각각 사망하였다. Intestinal atresia is a frequent cause of intestinal obstruction in the newborn. We reviewed the clinical presentation, associated anomalies, types of atresias, operative managements, and early postoperative complications in 36 cases of intestinal atresia treated at the Department of Surgery, Kyungpook National University Hospital between January 1994 and February 2003. Location of the lesion was duodenum in 17 patients, jejunum in 11 patients and ileum in 8 patients. The male to female ratio was 1:1.4 in duodenal atresia (DA), 2.7:1 in jejunal atresia (JA) and 7:1 in ileal atresia (IA). The most common type was type III (41.1 %) in DA, and type I (52.6 %) in JA and IA. The most common presenting symptoms was vomiting(88.2 %) in DA, but in jejunoileal atresia, vomiting(89.4 %) and abdominal distension(89.4 %) were the most common sign and symptom. All cases of DA were diagnosed by plain abdominal radiography. There were 6 cases of DA with congenital heart disease, 3 cases of DA with Down syndrome and 3 cases of JA with meconium peritonitis. Segmental resection was performed in 13 cases, duodenoduodenostomy in 11 cases, membrane excision in 7 cases, jejunojejunostomy in 2 cases, gastroduodenostomy in 2 cases and ileocolic anastomosis in 1 case. There were 9 postoperative complications including 3 each of anastomotic leakage, wound infection, and intestinal obstruction 3 cases. The mortality rate for DA was 11.8 %(2/17). Both deaths in DA were attributed to congenital heart disease. The mortality rate for JA was 18% (2/11). Both cases died with sepsis and short bowel syndrome.

        자연분해비닐 논토양 피복이 저서성 대형무척추동물의 군집구조에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 2009년 5월부터 9월까지 경기도 수원시 당수동에 자연분해비닐을 피복한 논의 저서성대형무척추동물의 종류와 군집구조 영향을 파악하기 위해 조사하였다. 실험구는 5개로 왕우렁이농법(GF), 자연분해비닐+유기농법(NOF), 자연분해비닐+화학농업(NCF), 관행농법(CF), 무처리구(NF)를 설정하였다. 조사결과 저서성대형무척추동물의 종수와 개체수 각각 NOF>GF>NF>NCF>CF, NOF>NCF>CF>NF>GF순으로 나타났다. 우점도지수(DI)는 각 실험구에서 0.43~0.95로 나타났으며, 평균 우점도지수는 GF>NCF>NF=CF>NOF 순으로 각각 나타났다. 종다양도지수(H')는 0.49~2.93로 나타났으며, 평균 종다양도지수는 NOF>NF>GF>CF>NCF 순으로 각각 나타났다. 비닐 피복 후 시간이 경과함에 따라 저서생물은 조금씩 회복이 되어가는 경향이 있었으나, 거머리류와 수서딱정벌레류가 증가하는 경향이 있었다. 비닐피복에 의해 민감하게 반응한 분류군은 환형동물문과 연체동물문이었으며 피복 후 종수와 특히 개체수가 매우 떨어졌으며, 이후 종수는 회복되는 경향이 있었으나 개체수는 줄어들었다. This study was conducted to investigate the influence of natural degrading polymer film covering in rice paddies on the benthic macroinvertebrate community structure in Dangsu-dong, Suwon, Gyeonggi-do from May 2009 to September 2009. We compared 5 treatments: golden apple snail farming (GF), natural degrading polymer film + organic farming (NOF), natural degrading polymer film + chemical farming (NCF), conventional farming (CF), and no fertilization (NF) as the control. The total number of species was highest in NOF followed by GF, NF, NCF, and CF. The total number of individuals was highest in NOF followed by NCF, CF, NF, and GF. The Dominance index (DI) ranged from 0.43 to 0.95. The highest dominance index was in GF followed by NCF, NF=CF, and NOF. The species diversity index (H') for each experimental plot ranged from 0.49 to 2.93. The average species diversity index was highest in NOF followed by NF, GF, CF, and NCF. After the natural degrading polymer film covered the paddies, the benthic macroinvertebrates tended to recover, but leeches and aquatic beetles increased. Mollusca and Annelida, which are sensitive taxa, decreased in both species and individual numbers after the soil was covered with the natural degrading polymer film. The number of species tended to recover. However, the number of individuals continued to decrease.d, especially individuals. Since then, the number of species tended to recover. However, the number of individuals decreased.

        Larva of Lilioceris (Lilioceris) ruficollis (Coleoptera: Chrysomelidae) from Korea

        약용식물로 알려진 마류($Dioscorea$ spp.)를 기주로 하고 있는 고려긴가슴잎벌레[$Lilioceris$ ($Lilioceris$) $ruficollis$ (Baly, 1865)]의 유충에 대한 그림과 기재를 처음으로 보고하였다. 또한 그들의 분류학적 소견 및 생태적 특징도 작성하였다. Detailed morphological descriptions and illustrations of the last instar larva of $Lilioceris$ ($Lilioceris$) ruficollis (Baly, 1865) with the host species, $Dioscorea$ spp., are presented for the first time. Taxonomical and ecological remarks on their biology are also given herein.

      • 고속 고밀도 WDM 광전송 시스템에서의 ASK-SSB와 PSK-SSB 변조 방식의 성능 분석

        This research investigates the performance of the optical transmissions systems using the SSB modulation format The focus was on the spectral efficiency of the WDM systems and the transmission penalties due to the fiber nonlinearities. By investigating the performance obtained with ideal SSB signal, we set the upper limit of the performance which can be obtained by SSB technology. Furthermore, we investigated the performance obtainable with SSB signals which can be generated with realizable devices. Since SSB formats are more susceptible to the fiber nonlinearities, SSB formats exhibited inferior transmission performances compared to the DSB format. However, within the 500~1000 km transmission range, which is the focus of this research, it was found that the WDM systems with 12.5 GHz channel spacings might benefit from the SSB modulation techniques. 본 논문에서는 SSB 변조를 이용한 광전송 시스템의 주파수 효율성 및 비선형성에 대한 저항성 등을 규명하였다. 이상적인 SSB 신호를 사용하여 도달할 수 있는 성능의 한계를 확인하는 한편, 실제 제작이 가능한 SSB 변조기가 생성할 수 있는 신호에서 얻을 수 있는 성능을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 SSB 변조된 신호는 일반적으로 DSB 변조된 신호에 비해서 광섬유의 비선형성에 취약하나 본 연구에서 목표로 삼고 있는 전송거리가 500~1000 km 미만인 12.5 GHz 채널 간격의 WDM 시스템에서는 SSB 신호가 DSB 신호에 비해 우수한 성능을 보일 수 있음을 확인하였다.
