        두부외상 환자에서 전두엽 손상과 신경인지기능 변화에 따른 주관적인 증상 연구

        Objective : The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between symptom severity and neurocognitive factors in traumatic head injury patients. In addition, the effect of frontal lobe damage on these parameters was examined. Methods : We selected 18 patients who had brain damage for the moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (MSTBI) group, and 17 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) without the finding of brain damage for the comparison group. For the evaluation of neurocognitive function, K-WAIS, Rey-Kim Memory Test, K-FENT, WCST, and MMPI-2 were used. Results : The results of the comparison (using the malingering scale) revealed that the values of PDS and PK, which express the severity of symptoms, and the values of the validity scale F, F (B), and F (P) were significantly higher in the overly-expressed group. F (B) in overly-expressed group and PK, Pt, and Sc in the properly-expressed group had significant correlation with the severity of symptoms. F (B), S, and Stroop error inhibition in PTSD, and PK, Pt, Sc, and MQ in MSTBI had significant correlation with the severity of symptoms. The results of the comparison based on the finding of frontal lobe damage revealed that PDS, EIQ, and MQ ware significantly higher in the group without brain damage. Conclusions : It was revealed that each neurocognitive factor was correlated with the severity of symptoms. There was a decrease in complaints or symptoms reported by the frontal lobe injury group, and this is believed to be due to degenerative change in the personality and emotional functioning of these patients following frontal lobe damage.

      • 포화흡수체를 이용한 극미세선폭 FBG 공동 DFB 레이저

        DFB 레이저를 이용하여 긴 FBG 공동에서 극미세선폭 레이저광을 발생시키는 새로운 방법을 제시하였다 63㎞의 광섬유 지연선로를 사용한 자기헤테로다인 측정장치를 사용하여 레이저 선폭을 측정한 결과 3㏈ 선폭으로 20㎑를 얻었다. 이 레이저에 포화흡수체로 Er/sup +3/ 이 도핑된 광섬유를 사용하여 다시 선폭을 압축한 결과 자기헤테로다인 측정장치의 해상도 한계인 3㎑ 이하의 선폭을 얻었다. 이는 2×10/sup -8/㎚의 선폭에 해당한다. A novel ultra-narrow linewidth single longtudinal mode DFB semiconductor laser in the extended FBG cavity is proposed. The 3㏈ linewidth of 20KHz was demonstrated by using self-heterodyne measurement set-up with a fiber delay line of 63km. And this linewidth was further compressed to less than 3KHz, which is resolution limited performance, by inserting E $r^{+3}$ doped fiber saturable absorber. This is equivalent to 3㏈ linewidth of 2$\times$10$^{-8}$ nm.

        본 연구는 인코더를 사용한 Flatbed scanner DC 서보 모터시스템의 저속 제어기 설계 기법을 제안한다. 실제 구동되는 저속에서 DC 모터 시스템을 MSR 알고리즘으로 모델링하여 파라미터의 변동과 부하 외란을 추정하고, 속도 제어주기마다 위치 추종명령을 계산하여 실제 위치에 대한 에러를 보상하도록 설계함으로써 저속에서의 속도 추종능력을 향상시킨다.

        자동차 제조업의 사무직과 생산직 근로자의 작업위험요인 및 건강 관련 특성 비교

        Objective: This study compares occupational risk factors and health-related problems between office workers and production workers in the automobile manufacturing industry. Background: There are few comparative studies on occupational risk factors and health-related problems in office workers and production workers. Method: This study extracted 829 automobile manufacturing workers from the 5th Korean Working Condition Survey data. Among them, 337 were office workers, and 492 were production workers. Results: Even though work experience was similar, the average working hours per week were higher for production workers than for office workers. However, the average monthly incomes were higher for office workers than for production workers. Production workers were exposed to ergonomic risk factors such as repetitive motion, standing posture, awkward posture, and heavy material handling. Therefore, the rate of complaints of the upper limb, overall fatigue, and low limb was high. On the other hand, office workers had low exposure to risk factors, except for repetitive movements, and had a high rate of complaints of overall fatigue, headache and eyestrain, and upper limb. Conclusion: Production workers in the automobile manufacturing industry are relatively exposed to ergonomic risk factors and have musculoskeletal pains. So efforts and support to improve working conditions are required. Application: The results of this study can be used as basic data on work-related risk factors and health-related problems of automobile manufacturing workers.

        중ㆍ고등학교 유도지도자의 지도행동유형이 지도효율성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to seek appropriate and ideal roles of judo coaches among other sports and provide fundamental materials to standardize effective teaching behaviors while sports directors teach players by analyzing the teaching behavior patterns of coaches who teach judo at middle and high schools and examining the influences of the teaching patterns on the effectiveness of guidance. The results of this study were as followings: Based on the results of the analysis on the relations between the patterns of teaching behaviors and teaching effectiveness, correlations were observed in all variables except positive rewards, autocratic behaviors, and functional improvement. Among the patterns of judo coaches' teaching behaviors, it was observed that positive rewards, autocratic behaviors, and social support had significant influences on teaching satisfaction in the teaching effectiveness. In the patterns of judo coaches' teaching behaviors, positive rewards and social support had significant influences on functional improvement in teaching effectiveness.

      • 서울시 중앙버스전용차로 네트워크化 및 운영 개선 방안

        Reformation of Seoul public transportation systems in 2004 including median exclusive bus lanes has led to a great improvement of bus operations and transit services. However, among many factors causing operational inefficiencies in bus services, the lack of connectivity in the exclusive bus lane system has been pointed as one of the main reasons for deteriorating the quality of bus services. In order to resolve the problem and enhance competitiveness of bus services, completion of the median exclusive bus lane network and expansion of express bus services were proposed. This study evaluated the proposed alternative on a 6.8km test corridor from Sungsan to Susek using a microscopic traffic simulation model, The analysis result showed that the travel speed of express buses could reach 30 km/h, Accordingly, it is expected that the goal to allow passengers traveling within 30 minute between districts by bus can be achieved by completing the median exclusive bus lane network in Seoul. Seoul bus lines were designed to go through or turn around the CBD, which has led to concentration of bus traffic in the CBD. The heavy bus traffic in the CBD has become a main reason for lowering bus travel speed in the area and deteriorating efficiency of the bus system. As an alternative, it was proposed to build a one-way 2-lane median exclusive bus lane circulating the CBD. Simulation results showed that the bus travel speed in CBD could be improved by 51% (9km/h) and reach 26.1 km/h on average when employing the circular median exclusive bus lane and reducing CBD bus traffic by 20%. It is expected that the circular bus lane will enable creating pedestrian-oriented space in the CBD by coupling with internal tram systems and road diets. Therefore, this study recommends that the median exclusive bus lane network be completed and the circular median exclusive bus lanes be built in the CBD for improving bus services in Seoul.

        There are plenty of traffic information centers lying scattered under Seoul city. Each center has the characteristics for each center, but they perform the duplicated functions partially and the similar types of traffic information centers are placed separately and in operation. For these reasons, the matter of integration has been suggested for considerably long time, but the solution accompanied by the validity of integration could not be suggested or executed in the process of deciding policy. The integrated traffic information center of Seoul needs to play the role of the integration center having the future-oriented characteristic not the physical integration of existing traffic information center and the necessity to integrate, separate and enhance the duplicated or specialized function of the existing centers are increased for that. The traffic information centers which are being operated within the jurisdiction of Seoul are the traffic information center (TOPIS), urban expressway information control center, signal operation office and traffic broadcasting that belong to Seoul city and the integrated information center belonged to National Police Agency is also in operation. Now that the integrated traffic information center of Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency is not operated by Seoul city and it requires the preliminary process for the integration of traffic information center separately, the task was progressed excluding the integrated traffic information center. Collection and division of traffic information of each center are duplicated, but the duplication and inefficiency of work are slight as most of them collect and provide with the information through connecting information. The main functions are discriminated for each agency and the functions of traffic information provision are duplicated partially, but it is difficult to regard them as problem because it is the provision of information through various channels. Currently the centers and systems under Seoul city have reached the point of time to be changed for dealing with forthcoming future demands, preparation for potential demands and future traffic environment effectively. The paradigm change of traffic control was already progressed worldwide including Seoul. So, it is needed to understand and accept such environmental change in process of integrating traffic information centers of Seoul. And, in order to improve the low traffic readiness of Seoul, it is required to involve in the signal operation positively and analyze and provide with the detour routes. Especially, the traffic information center needs to control the operation actively based on information collection and monitoring regarding signal operation, but it is difficult to apply the positive signal operation in the current situation that the traffic information center and signal operation office are separated. It is desirable to grasp the requirement for embodying the service functions such as providing the custom-tailored information and securing the traffic readiness of Seoul and accomplish the integration of centers by stages. It was suggested to control the signal operation and public traffic by integrating the traffic information center (TOPIS) and signal operation office first at the initial stage and take charge of inclusive function of traffic information and that the traffic information center takes charge of operating FTMS of urban expressway and arterial highway and maintaining the facilities. Two plans were suggested as medium and long term integration plan. Plan 1 suggested to perform all functions such as collection/connection/processing/provision of traffic information in integrated way as the final shape of the integrated traffic information center, and perform the maintaining function of facilities by entrusting or consigning it to the external agency (ex. facility management corporation), Plan 2 suggested to perform the functions of TMC (Traffic Management Center) which can manage the traffic of Seoul in integrated way as the traffic information center performs the maintenance of facilities. In case of medium and long term integration plan, the integrated traffic information center needs to perform the task of signal operation as well as installation and management of traffic safety facilities, but it is difficult to do so in respect of job assignment pact between Seoul city and Seoul Metropolitan Policy Agency currently. For smooth operation of the integrated traffic information center from now on, the joint working system through the efficient job assignment is needed to be built up according to new task pact between Seoul city and Seoul Metropolitan Policy Agency. In case of space volume and required budget of the integrated traffic information center for each phase, it was suggested to calculate the physical space volume of the integration plan and the estimated values of moving/installing expenses at the initial stage based on current system and the space volume and composition of the integrated traffic information center at final stage and its related moving expenses (plan). In order to deal with future traffic environmental change and social demands, it is required to grasp the problems of each center and integrate and enhance the functions. The prompt correspondence to the change of traffic environment is possible through that and the various traffic indexes can be collected, processed and provided. For successful integration of traffic information center, the functional and physical integration with system should be accomplished and the organizational integration plan between the related divisions of Seoul city should be considered together.
