        The education in this age of information and globalization requires great change in teaching-learning and assessment methods as well as operation of traditional educational system and contents. The 7th Curriculum Reform aims to promote students' sound personal development and maximize the growth of individuality and creativity. It intends to teach to the students' levels and build up the ability adjusting to the information age. The history education in this changeful 21st century needs the general reflection of teaching-learning methodology for its goal attainment The students should grow information processing and historical thinking ability through inquiry procedures. They should also escape from the passive learner roles who only accept the well-arranged facts by their teachers or textbooks. At this trend of the times, learners came to realize the necessity for paying attention to learning through making history newspaper as one of the teaching-learning methods, which leads to the generalization drawn from all the procedures such as data collection, analysis, criticism and synthesis according to the proper research method of history. Learning through making history newspaper is known as a generally applicable teaching model, however, is considered to be more proper for the vocational high school students who have relatively low burden of classwork progress on the present educational circumstances. Therefore this study intends to suggest the appropriate class model for our educational situation using the re-enacting learning of history through making history newspaper, and demonstrate the utility and possibility in the real classrooms applying to real history classes and analyzing its results. The subjects of the investigation were collected from the S girls' commercial high school in Kangdong-ku, Seoul. 210 first-year students from the information processing department were experimented in 2001 and subsequently 200 third-year students from the identical department in 2002. As for the procedures of study, literature review was first made on learning through making history newspaper. Afterwards, the first questionnaires about historical consciousness were carried out to the subjects. On this basis, guide handouts and chronological table of each age were distributed for the history newspaper production, and the subjects made their history newspapers by groups for about 5 months. Then the report about each group's newspaper were followed. Finally second questionnaires concerning the students' responses and teachers' evaluation were executed after finishing all the history newspaper classes. The results from analyzing each group's newspaper work and report are as follows : Learning through making history newspaper elevated students' investigating skills which enabled to discover and solve tasks for themselves going through all the processes like information gathering, analyzing, writing and editing. It could also improve the ability for students to grasp historical facts logically and systematically in current of history. This learning method is also turned out to an effective way for performance assessment as it contains the whole processes of newspaper production. Learning through making history newspaper let the students participate in history classes highly motivated and interested and learn more effectively about the lessons as expected in this study. In addition, it could raise democratic civil consciousness of dialog and negotiation by group activities like sharing newspaper articles and editing. Most of students came to have higher cooperative spirit and positive transfer under democratic discussion in the process of making history newspaper. Learning through making history newspaper is an attempt to find the ways of history lessons which is lively animated and student-centered getting out of cramming education of textbook knowledge. Nevertheless, there have been so scarce systematic researches on this field while so abundant studies on traditional student-centered teaching-learning methods. Therefore it would take a lot of time and effort to establish new class models and their development. It is hoped that more studies and researches will be succeeded in order to generalize the effect of this kind of teaching and learning as the subjects of this study were only from the commercial high school students.

        혈중 납이 비흡연자들의 혈압에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The effect of lead on blood pressure remains controversial in spite of the numerous studies which have been conducted in the recent years. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of exposure to lead on blood pressure among non-smokers. Methods: In this cross sectional study, 1416 male and female non-smokers were enrolled, aged 20 years or older, from the Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey 2008. Blood pressure, blood lead levels (BLLs), height, weight, and cotinine level were measured for all subjects. Results: Geometric mean BLLs of the participants was 2.20 ${\mu}g$/dl. BLLs were higher in the older, male, and lower education groups than the younger, female and higher education groups. After adjusting for age, sex, education and BMI through multiple regression analysis, a significant positive association between systolic blood pressure (p = 0.0357), diastolic blood pressure (p = 0.0111) and BLLs. Also, among the normal BMI group (18.5 kg/$m^2$ < BMI < 25 kg/$m^2$), we also found a significant positive association between diastolic blood pressure and BLLs (p = 0.0370). Conclusion: The present study showed that blood lead serves as a good predictor of blood pressure changes and that there was a statistically significant association between blood lead and blood pressure, especially diastolic blood pressure.

        The purpose of this study is to clarify some of the variables which is related to the sex role learning in later childhood. It has been known that the sex role learning in the process of socialization, depends on the variables of family relations and personality traits as the theories of learning and personality development. (Brode rick 1966. Heilbrun 1968. Payne Mussen 1659) The hypothesis of this study is as fallows; I. The degree of acceptance of sex role would be related to the birth order. II. The parents with positive self-concept who has been a pertinent sex role model for their childern, would be postively related to childern's sex role learning. III. The family climate would be influence upon the children's personality development and the acceptance of sex role playing. VI. The parental attitude in child rearing practice would be influence upon the children's acceptance of sex role. V. The children's self concept would be positively related to the degree of sex role development. The hypothesis II, III, V, were supported and IV was rejected, however, the hypothesis I was partly supported. The results of this study shows that the parental satisfaction, the family climate and the children's self-concept are the three variable which were testified as the important variables for sex role learning of children.

      • 인지부하 난이도가 운전자 시야각에 미치는 영향에 관한 모의주행 연구

        정보통신기술의 발달과 더불어 운전 중 정보기기의 사용이 증가함에 따라, 운전부주의가 교통사고의 주요 요인으로 급부상하는 부작용을 낳고 있다. 이러한 운전부주의를 줄이기 위한 노력의 일환으로 음성인식 기술이 활발히 도입되고 있으나, 그 효과에 대한 객관적인 연구 결과는 제한적이다. 즉, 음성명령에 따른 음성적 인지부하 또한 운전자의 주의력을 낮춰 운전자의 지각 및 조작행위를 지연시키거나 방해함으로써 긴급상황 시 적절히 대응치 못하도록 할 수 있다는 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 음성적인 인지 부하의 복잡도가 운전자에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위하여, 15명의 젊은 남성운전자가 음성 인지적 이중과업을 수행하면서 운전하는 동안 운전수행능력과 시야각의 변화를 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 인지 부하의 난이도가 증가함에 따라 시선 집중화 현상(Visual Tunneling)도 증가됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서, 시각적 부주의를 유발하지 않는 음성인식인터페이스를 사용할 경우에도 인지부하 증가에 따른 운전부주의 유발 가능성을 염두에 두어야 함을 알 수 있었다.
