        진성 신경성 흉곽출구증후군 1예, 전기생리학적 소견과 수술 후 예후를 중심으로

        True neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome is rare entrapment neuropathy. Its electro-physiologic findings and long term outcome after surgery are not well known. We report 21-year-old woman who presented with medial arm and forearm tingling sensation with intrinsic hand muscle weakness for 3 years. Electrophysiologic test revealed lower trunk brachial plexopathy (mainly T1 segment). Cervical rib was observed on X-ray. Surgical removal of cervical rib was done. 5 year after surgery, The clinical finding for the C8 segment was improved but T1 segment did not improved. Early detection and early treatment of true neurogenic thoracic outlet syndrome is important for its prognosis.

        복합운동과 칼슘섭취가 중년여성의 피로물질에 미치는 영향

        This study looks at a 12-week combined exercise program and how calcium ingestion affects LDH, ammonia, and lactic acid in middle-aged women. The composite exercise program was trained by adjusting the speed to meet the target heart rate (THR) on the treadmill for 30 minutes with 70% of the maximum heart rate (HRmax) after wearing a wireless pacemaker for each individual. After completing the aerobic exercise, the subjects conducted a weight training exercise of 70% of the weight of 1RM of each subject using the Weight Training Machine. This experiment was conducted over a total of 12 weeks, except for the period of kinetic adaptation. The experimental group consisted of four groups, 14 members of the combined movement + calcium intake group, 12 members of the combined movement + control group, nine members of the non-ex+Ca group, and nine members of the non-exercise control group. The results before and after the exercise program were observed for the study subjects and the following results were obtained. LDH showed significant reductions in timing in composite movement + calcium intake group, compound movement + placebo group, control + calcium intake group and control + placebo group (F=100.61, p<.001). Ammonia showed significant reductions between periods in the composite movement + calcium intake group, the combined movement + placebo group, the control + calcium intake group, and the control + placebo group (F=32.62, p<).001). Lactic acid did not show any significant difference. 본 연구는 12주간의 복합 운동프로그램과 칼슘섭취가 중년여성의 LDH, 암모니아, 젖산에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보는 것이다. 복합운동프로그램은 개인 별 무선 심박측정기를 착용 한 후 최대심박수(HRmax)의 70%수준으로 30분간 트레드밀 위에서 목표심박수(THR)를 맞추기 위해 속도를 조절하여 트레이닝을 실시하였다. 트레이닝 개시 후 4주 간격으로 운동의 적응성을 고려하여 HRmax(최대심박수)를 재 측정하여 새로운 목표심박수를 계산한 뒤 4주마다 새로운 운동 강도로 트레이닝을 실시하였으며, 훈련은 주 3회 1일 30분간 실시하였다. 유산소운동을 마친 피험자들은 10분간의 휴식 후 Weight Training machine을 이용하여 Chest press, Fly, Leg press, Leg curl, Back extension, Lat pull down, Shoulder press, Arm curl를 각 피험자의 1RM 70%의 중량으로 저항성 트레이닝을 실시하였다. 실험 집단은 총 4집단으로 복합운동+칼슘섭취군(Ex+Ca group) 14명, 복합운동+위약군(Ex+Control group) 12명, 비운동+칼슘섭취군(Non Ex+Ca group) 9명, 비운동+위약군(Non Ex+Control group) 9명으로 무작위 배정하였고, 본 실험은 운동 적응기간을 제외하고 총 12주에 걸쳐 시행되었다. 본 연구대상자를 대상으로 운동 프로그램 실시 전, 후의 결과를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. LDH는 복합운동+칼슘섭취집단, 복합운동+플라시보집단, 통제+칼슘섭취집단, 통제+플라시보집단에서 시기 간에 유의한 감소가 나타났다(F=100.61, p<.001). 암모니아는 복합운동+칼슘섭취집단, 복합운동+플라시보집단, 통제+칼슘섭취집단, 통제+플라시보 집단에서 시기 간에 유의한 감소가 나타났다(F=32.62, p<.001). 젖산은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다.

      • 12주간의 유산소성 운동이 정액 특성에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of seminal characters by Aerobic Exercise. Subject divided into systemic trained by composed of treadmile running or walking by 70% of HRmax for 12 weeks in Aerobic Exercise group(n=5) and not participate in systematic training program in none training group(n=5) by the department of physical education in H University. The result were as follows: Seminal Characters 1)Concentration showed no significant differences, in aerobic exercise group and none training group decrease among training duration. 2)Motility showed significant differences in aerobic exercise group increase(p<.05) and no significant differences in none training group among training duration. 3)Repid Cell showed significant differences in aerobic exercise group increase(p<.05) and no significant differences in none training group among training duration. 4)VSL showed no significant differences in aerobic exercise traing group and none training group among training duration. 5)VCL showed no significant differences in aerobic exercise trains group and none training group among training duration. 6)STR showed no significant differences, in aerobic exercise trains group and none training group among training duration. 7)BCF showed no significant differences, in aerobic exercise trains group and none training group among training duration.

      • 8주간의 웨이트트레이닝이 남성 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        남성 호르몬에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있는 운동 형태를 모색하기 위한 연구의 일환으로 8주간의 웨이트 트레이닝이 남성 호르몬에 미치는 영향을 규명하기위해 1RM의 70%로 전신 웨이트트레이닝을 수행한 운동집단(n=5)과 비운동집단(n=5)의 테스토스테론, 난포자극호르몬, 황체형성 호르몬, 프로락틴을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻게 되었다. 1. 테스토스테론은 운동집단에서 통계적으로 유의한 증가를 보였으나, 비운동집단에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 2. 난포자극 호르몬은 운동집단에서 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 보였으나, 비운동집단에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 3. 황체형성 호르몬은 운동집단에서 통계적으로 유의한 감소를 보였으나, 비운동집단에서는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 4. 프로락틴은 운동집단과 비운동집단에서 모두 증가하는 양상을 보였으나, 통계적으로 유의한 차이는 없었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of male sex hormone by 8 week Weight Training. Subject divided into systemic trained by composed of bench press, sit-up, leg squat by 70% of 1RM for 8 weeks in Weight training group(n=5) and not participate in systematic training program in non training group(n=5) by the department of physical education in H University. The result were as follows: 1) Testosterone showed significant increase in weight training groups(p>.05), in none training groups no significant differences. 2) FSH showed significant decrease in weight training groups(p>.05), in none training groups no significant differences. 3) LH showed significant decrease in weight training groups(p>.05), in none training groups no significant differences. 4) Prolactin showed no significant differences weight taining groups and none traing groups.

        휴식방법과 칼슘 섭취가 점증적 최대 운동 후 회복기 젖산 회복율에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to examine the effects of blood lactate recovery and rest methods when taking calcium after the maximum exercise. Twenty college students of physical education participated in the study. After the maximum exercise, the study measured the lactate concentration between an inactive recovery and an active recovery groups. (1) The recovery rate of lactate was different according to the recovery method. In the immediately after maximum exercise, it showed a small difference in the rate of recovery (p < 0.5) in the lactate concentration depending on the method. In 10 minutes after exercise, activity recovery was shown to be higher than inactivity recovery method at the recovery rate of the blood lactate. (2) The study found that calcium intake group had higher lactate recovery rates than non-calcium intake group. The recovery rate of lactate from calcium ingestion group showed a significant difference in recovery rate changes (p < 0.001) compared to other group that did not take calcium.
