The air traffic are getting a lot of the impact of the weather delays, cancellations, etc. occur frequently. In particular, the phenomenon of global warming, extreme weather events have not experienced one after another and the various damage to users and operators are constantly occurring. In this respect, Take-off Minima of this study are presented need for standardization of ICAO Doc 9365(All Weather Operations). And Incheon International Airport to the introduction of a comprehensive improvement process will be introduced in the future to look forward to take advantage of domestic and international airport officials. In addition, implementation of the Take-off Minima to get direct and indirect economic effects, and will be introduced.

문식성 연구의 국제 동향 ―Literacy Research Association(LRA)의 2016 - 2018 학술대회를 중심으로

이 연구에서는 미국 LRA에서 주최하는 최근 3년(2016 - 2018)간의 학술대회에서 발표된 연구 제목들의 키워드 기반 내용 분석을 통해 문식성 연구의 국제적 동향을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 최근의 LRA 학술대회는 비판적 문식성을 매우 강조했다. 비판적 문식성에 기반한 다양한 접근법들을 토대로 흑인이나 다중언어 화자, 소외된 학생들의 문식활동에 대한 연구들을 중요시하고 있었다. 둘째, 읽기 연구보다는 쓰기 연구들에 더 관심을 가졌다. 예비교사 및 현직교사에 대한 쓰기 교육, 학교 현장에서의 쓰기 교수와 학습 실태, 학생들의 학교 안팎에서의 글쓰기에도 많은 관심을 기울이고 있었다. 셋째, 문식 행위가 어떻게 공동체의 번영과 사회 변환을 장려하면서도 서로 다른 언어와 문화를 가진 다양한 인종, 성별, 민족들 사이의 갈등을 해결할 수 있을지에 관심을 가졌다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 결과가 국어교육에 주는 시사점을 비판적 문식성, 다양성, 쓰기 교육의 세 가지 측면에서 논의하였다. This study aimed to identify international trends in literacy research by conducting a keyword-based content analysis of research titles that were presented at the annual conferences of the Literacy Research Association (LRA) during the last three years (2016-2018). The findings are as follow. First, it was found that recent LRA conferences heavily emphasized critical literacy. They mainly focused on studies of the literacy practices of black people, multilingual speakers, and marginalized students using a variety of critical literacy approaches. Second, the conferences covered more writing research than reading research. For example, a great deal of attention was given to writing education for preservice and in-service teachers, teaching and learning writing in K-12 contexts, and students’ writing practices in- and out-of-school. Finally, recent LRA conferences highlighted how literacy could resolve conflicts between various racial, gender, and ethnic groups with different languages and cultures while promoting the prosperity of the community and social transformation. The findings of this study have important implications for literacy research in Korea. First, it is necessary to shift the focus of literacy research and education in Korea from functional literacy to critical literacy. Second, researchers need to focus on diversity issues as well as excellence related to literacy education in Korea. Last but not least, educators, researchers, and policy makers should make every endeavor to promote writing education.

변혁적 리더십이 적응수행에 미치는 영향 : 학습조직의 조절효과 중심으로

변화하는 환경에 적절히 대응하는 직원의 능력을 의미하는 개념인 적응수행은 최근의 경영 환경에서 살아남기 위하여 조직이 반드시 고려하고 관리해야할 요소로 자리 잡고 있다. 본 연구는 적응수행에 영향을 미치는 여러 변인 중 변혁적 리더십에 주목하고 변혁적리더십이 적응수행에 미치는 영향력을 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 또 다른 목적은 변혁적 리더십과 적응수행간의 관계에서 학습조직의 조절효과를 확인하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내 다양한 산업에 종사하는 조직 구성원 228명으로부터 수집한 데이터를 바탕으로 실증 분석한 결과, 변혁적 리더십과 적응수행간의 정적인 관계를 확인하였으며, 학습조직의 수준이 높을수록 변혁적 리더십과 적응수행간의 관계가 더 강하게 나타나 변혁적 리더십과 적응수행간의 관계에 Adaptive performance, employees` abilities to respond to the changing environment effectively becomes critical for organizations to survive in the rapidly changing business situations today. The first purpose of this study was to examine the impact of transformation leadership on adaptive performance. The other purpose of the study was to investigate the moderating effect of learning organization in the relationship between transformational leadership and adaptive performance. Based on 228 data from employees working in various industries in Korea, the study results demonstrated the positive impact of transformational leadership on adaptive performance. This study also confirmed the moderating effect of learning organization, in that the relationship between transformational leadership and adaptive performance was stronger when the level of learning organization was higher. The theoretical and practical implications of the research are discussed.

대학생 진로발달의 종단적 변화와 영향요인

이 연구의 목적은 진로발달의 하위요인인 진로관심도, 진로계획성, 진로효능감, 진로독립성을 중심으로 대학생 진로발달의 종단적 변화양상과 진로발달 변화궤적에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 진로발달 지원방안 모색 시 고려해야할 사항을 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 한국고용정보원의 청년패널조사(YP)의 5차∼10차 데이터를 활용하였고, 잠재성장모형(Latent growth modeling)을 적용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로관심도의 종단적 궤적은 시간의 흐름에 따라 평균적으로 변화하지 않으나 개인차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로계획성은 선형적으로 증가하는 것으로 나타났으며 학점이 진로계획성 초기치에, 부모진로 관심도가 진로계획성의 초기치와 변화율에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 수도권 대학여부가 진로계획성 변화율에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 진로효능감은 선형적으로 감소하는 양상을 보였으며 부모진로관심도, 학점, 전공, 성별이 진로효능감 초기치에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 진로독립성은 선형적으로 증가하는 양상을 보였으며 수도권 대학여부가 진로독립성의 초기값과 변화율에, 가구소득은 진로독립성 초기치에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 향후 대학생 진로발달 지원방안 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to explore factors affecting the longitudinal change patterns of career development and career development change trajectories of university students, focusing on career interest, career planning, career self-efficacy, and career independence, which are sub-factors of career development, and based on this, it reveals the things to keep in mind when designing a support plan. To this end, the 5th to 10th data of the Youth Panel Survey (YP) of the Korea Employment Information Service was used and the data were analyzed by applying the Latent Growth Modeling. The findings are as follows. First, the longitudinal trajectory of career interest does not change on average, but there is a difference between students in the rate of change of career interest. Second, it was found that career planning increased linearly, and the grade was analyzed to have a significant influence on the initial value of career planning, and parents' career interest had an impact on the initial value of career planning and the rate of change. Also, whether or not a university in the metropolitan area had an impact on the rate of change in career planning. Third, career self-efficacy decreased linearly and parents' career interest, grades, majors, and gender had an impact on the initial value of the career self-efficacy. Fourth, it was found that career independence increased linearly and whether a university in the metropolitan area had an effect on the initial value and rate of change of career independence, and household income had an effect on the initial value of career independence. The result of this research is expected to be used as basic data for establishing a support plan for the career development of university students in the future.

일측 특발성 안면마비를 주소로 내원한 헤르페스 뇌염 환자 1예

Herpes simplex encephalitis (HSE) is a rare, but lethal infectious disease characterized by inflam-mation of the brain parenchyma. The annual incidence rate is reported as one case per 250,000- 500,000 population. Patients present with various non-specific symptoms including headache, fever, decreased consciousness and many other focal neurologic deficits, which often lead to difficult and delayed diagnosis. In the absence of proper management, prognosis is very poor with a mortality rate of about 70%. Here, we discuss about a case of HSE diagnosed after brain magnetic resonance imaging scan, who initially presented with facial paralysis with hearing loss and dizziness.

기계학습을 이용한 오픈소스 생존 가능성 예측

Open-sources are used in modern software development projects. However, some of open-sources are interrupted. Discontinued support of open-sources causes problems such as aging of language and unresolved errors, which seriously affects development projects. To minimize these problems, open-sources with high survivability should be used in software development. In this paper, we propose a method for predicting the survivability of open-sources using machine learning. We predicted development, bug issue resolution, and average contribution tendencies, and categorized survivability of open-sources as Growth, Stagnation, and Decline. Through the proposed method, we found that projects with high survivability tend to increase all in development, bugs, and contributions, while projects with low survivability either have less development or decrease all.

유아 문제행동으로 인한 초임 유아교사 지원 연구 : 유아 문제행동 사례 공유 커뮤니티

본 연구는 유아 문제행동 지도에 각종 어려움을 겪는 유아반 초임교사 대상 지원을 위해 경력교사와의 유아문제행동 사례 공유를 위한 온라인 커뮤니티를 제안한다. 유아기 문제행동 개입에 있어 교사의 역할은 점점 더 중요해지고 있다. 그러나 초임교사의 경우 교육경험이 경력 교사에 비해 부족하여 지도에 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구는 Double Diamond 디자인 프로세스 기법과 최소기능제품(Minimum Viable Product; MVP)을 사용한 커뮤니티를 디자인하였다. 사용자 조사를 통해 초임교사의 유아 문제행동 경험, 현재 사용하고 있는 해결 방안과 사용자의 니즈를 확인하여 커뮤니티 서비스 개발의 필요성을 제기하였다. 이후 도출된 디자인을 기반하여 시범운영을 통해 효과성 검증 및 제안점을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 온라인 서버를 통해 시공간의 제약과 관계 없이 참여할 수 있다는 점에서 이용지속가능성이 높은 서비스를 제안한다. 또한 초임교사는 제공된 관찰노트 작성을 통해 회고 함으로써 스스로 유아의 문제행동을 구체적으로 분석할 수 있다. 또한 작성한 관찰노트를 기반으로 초임교사는 경력교사에게 조언 및 공감의 댓글을 받음으로써 지도법의 어려움 뿐만 아니라 심리적 어려움 해소에 도움을 받을 수 있다.
