지역공동체 성공요인 및 정책적 시사점 - 지역공동체 사례연구를 중심으로 -

This study is to perform a qualitative study of community organizations in order to identify key success factors and their policy implications for revitalizing local communities. We study two intermediate-supporting institutions, Wanju Community Business Center for representing in farming and fishing community and Ansan YMCA in city community; two social enterprises EJANG and E-Um; and 12 local communities in rural areas. Key success factors can be classified largely into four dimensions: regional resources, people, strategies, and supports. First, it is highly desirable to survey and develop regional resources that have economic potential. Second, a policy should be developed for discovering and nurturing talented persons so that they can realize their potentials and become confident leaders in the community, which should include the policy to support community animators. Third, a policy should be developed for strategic utilization of regional resources through rediscovery and/or creative reinterpretation. Fourth, the government should provide a differentiated policy service that could be a customized support to local communities in need of help.

α-Amylase로 전분 가수분해를 위한 PEG/Dextran 수성 2상계 구성

Polyethylene glycol/dextran 수성 2상계에서 polyethylene glycol의 분자량과 농도가 증가할수록 체적비는 증가하고 분배계수는 감소하였다. 또한 dextran의 분자량이 증가할수록 체적비는 감소하고 분배계수는 증가하였다. 한편 dextran의 농도가 증가할수 록 체적비와 분배계수는 감소하였다. Bacillus amyloliquefaciens IFO 14141로부터 생산된 α-amylase를 이용하여 polyethylene glyco1/dextran 수성 2상계에서 가용성 전분의 연속당화를 수행하였다. 이 system에서 미반응 starch와 α-amylase를 재이용할 수 있었다. 즉 α-amylase를 settler의 하층으로부터 reactor로 회수하여 재이용함으로서 α-amylase의 활성을 100시간 이상 유지할 수 있었다. In the polyethylene glycol/dextran aqueous two-phase systems, volume ratio was increased and partition coefficient was decreased with the increase of polyethylene glycol molecular weight and concentration. However the volume ratio was decreased and the partition coefficient was increased with the increase of dextran molecular weight. On the other hand, the volume ratio and the partition coefficient were decreased with the increase of dextran concentration. Continuous enzymatic hydrolysis of soluble starch with α-amylase which was produced by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens IFO 14141 was investigated in polyethylene glycol/dextran aqueous two-phase systems. Nonreacted soluble starch and α-amylase were reused in these systems. α-Amylase activity was maintained more than 100 hrs by recycling of α-amylase from bottom of settler to reactor.

Hope is an essential element for students to succeed in life. According to hope theory, hope is correlated with academic success, athletic achievement, various forms of social development, as well as the development of optimism, life satisfaction, and general well-being. Hope is also crucially involved in preventing depression, suicide and a sense of helplessness. In addition, hope contributes to students' moral development by changing their ethical goals, priorities, and sensitivities. In this regard, it is our duty and privilege, as moral educators, to help our students develop and maintain hope in their life journey. In this article, I tried to summarize basic tenets and characteristics of hope theory developed by Snyder and his colleagues. Based on the analysis of hope theory, I further tried to find the implications of hope theory to moral education. Hope theory can give fresh ideas to the domain of moral education, especially with regard to practice of moral life, meaning of life, and roles of moral educators. Finally, I suggested possible methods for enhancing hope in moral education. To raise high-hope students, it is imperative that moral educators should give students to appreciate moral beauty, help them set cooperative goals, and try to build hopeful atmosphere in the classroom. 희망은 학생들이 자신들의 삶을 성공적으로 영위함에 있어서 본질적인 것이다. 희망은 학업에서의 성공, 운동에서의 성취, 사회적 발달의 여러 형태와 밀접한 상관관계를 맺고 있으며 한 개인의 전반적인 행복감과도 깊게 연관되어 있다. 희망은 우울증, 자살, 무력감을 예방하는 데에도 도움을 준다. 또한 희망은 윤리적 목적, 우선성, 민감성을 변화시킴으로써 개인의 도덕 발달에 기여한다. 그러므로 학생들이 희망을 발달시키고 유지하도록 해주는 것은 도덕교육자로서 우리에게 부여된 의무이자 특권이다. 이에 이 논문에서는 문헌 분석에 근거하여 희망 이론을 도덕과교육에 적용하기 위한 방안을 모색하였다. 이 논문에서는 희망 이론의 개요, 희망의 측정 방법과 희망의 효과, 희망 이론의 적용 및 실천에 관한 다양한 연구 성과들을 살펴본 후에, 도덕교육에서 희망 이론의 의의와 도덕과교육을 통해 희망을 증진ㆍ향상시킬 수 있는 바람직한 방안을 제안하였다.
