중량 충격원에 의한 층간소음 문제가 공동주택 내에서 지속적으로 발생에 따라, 이를 제어할 수 있는 방법과 그에 대한 실효성 문제가 대두되고 있다. 그러나 국내 관련 기준 등은 유럽, 일본 등의 국외 기준을 참조하여 머물러 있는 실정이며, 관련 실험에 관한 연구가 체계적이고 연속적으로 이루어진 사례가 드물다. 본 연구에서는 바닥충격음 차단구조시스템이 적용되지 않은 맨바닥구조와 뜬바닥구조인 표준바닥구조시스템 각 1종을 선정하여 임팩트해머를 통한 진동특성을 파악하고, 현행 국내 기준을 바탕으로 바닥충격음 성능을 평가하여 비교분석하였다.

The pre-qualification system related to floor impact noise is considered ineffective, and thus, the introduction of a post-verification system is being prepared. This is because the performance, which was notarized in the qualification test due to various reasons, was not uniformly confirmed on building construction fields. Industry practitioners perceive that this is due to the influence of factors such as the flatness, levelness and/or thickness of the floor. However, it is very difficult to confirm such facts in a short period of time on the fields, and since the practical application of technology to measure and evaluate quantitatively and the establishment of a system are insufficient, it cannot be said to be a problem that can be brought to the surface. In fact, even when considering the conventional measurement of the dynamic modulus of elasticity, measurements are performed under controlled variables, such as placing a 200mm×200mm buffer material on a flat test-floor. However, in the fields, it is common to lay down larger productions(for example, 900mm×600mm) on the bare floor where significant variables are not controlled, and to construct finishing layers corresponding to the pre-qualified floor system without separately confirming the realization of the dynamic modulus of elasticity in the field conditions. In this study, spatial information of the bare floor on the field was measured and evaluated through a laser scanner. Technical methods for assessing the smoothness, flatness, and thickness of construction surfaces were reviewed, providing key insights for grading the quality of construction based on these criteria. Through further detailed and thorough investigations, it is expected that results suitable for practical application and systematization will be derived.
기존 건축물 내진성능 향상을 위한 철골 골조 외부부착 보강공법

Seismic retrofitting technologies have been paid attention to structural engineers for rehabilitations of existing building structures vulnerable to seismic loading conditions. This paper introduces the traditional strengtheing method applying externally-bonded steel frames to column and beam elements, and compares with the improved scheme using the frames with additional energy dissipation systems. Throughout experimental studies, it was observed that the method can be effective for promoting the seismic performance of seismic force-resisting systems by guaranteeing strong column-weak beam mechanism. Compared to the traditional manner, it was found that the new scheme can be more efficient for confirming capacity design concept, while energy dissipation systems can provide additional damping effects corresponding to lateral deformation which occurs at seismic force-resisting systems exposed to seismic excitations.
부지응답해석에 기반한 지반운동 선정 및 보정에 관한 고찰

In the recent seismic design code KDS 41 17 00, selection and modification procedures of ground motions which are used for nonlinear dynamic analyses were adopted. However, its practical applications are still limited due to the lack of literatures. This paper introduces case studies which used site-response analyses to select and modify ground motions for nonlinear dynamic analyses. Based on the case studies, design criterion for site-response analyses were reviewed thoroughly in the viewpoint of practical applications. It was found that design requirements related with bedrock motions are too conservative that ground motions are selected and modified in the excessive manner. It is especially true for low-rise building structures with period ranges including acceleration-sensitive regions. Even though surface motions have shown appropriate responses, such building structures have to re-select and re-modify ground motions based on pre-analysis procedures rather than post-ones according to the current seismic design code. Also, it was observed that building structures with soft soils under strong ground motions need more comprehensive investigations on soil properties and efficient analysis methods in order to perform site-response analyses. This is due to the fact that lack of reliabilities on soil properties and analysis methods could result in unstable site-responses. 최신 내진설계기준 KDS 41 17 00에 비선형동적해석에 사용될 지반운동 선정 및 보정에 관한 절차가 반영되었으나 관련 문헌 부족으로 실무적 차원에서의 적용이 여전히 어려운 실정이다. 본 연구는 비선형동적해석 수행을 위한 지반운동을 선정하고 보정하기 위해 부지응답해석을 수행한 사례를 소개한다. 이에 근거하여, 현행 설계기준에 명기된 부지응답해석 관련 조항을 실무적용 차원에서 검토하였다. 그 결과 암반운동선정에 관한 설계조항이 지나치게 엄격하여 과도한 결과를 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 가속도 민감 구간을 포함한 관심주기범위를 지닌 저층 구조물일수록 더욱 부각되는 것으로 판단된다. 특히 표면지진파가 기준에 적합한 응답을 보였음에도 불구하고, 해석 전 절차의 암반운동선정과 관련된 조항으로 인해 해석 후 절차와 관계없이 지진파를 다시 선정 및 보정해야만 했다. 또한, 연약지반이거나 해당 지반에 강한 지진이 발생하는 경우에는 지반물성과 적절한 해석 기법을 올바르게 선정하기 위해 더욱 엄격한 조사가 선행되어야 한다고 판단된다. 지반물성과 해석기법에 관한 신뢰도가 조금이라도 문제가 있다면 설계용도로 사용하기에 부적합한 결과를 초래할 수 있기 때문이다.

Shear walls have long been recognized as one of structural elements which can effectively control lateral response of a lateral-force-resisting system. Boundary elements in a special shear wall are required to satisfy strict detail requirements by current seismic design codes. From KBC2009 special shear wall systems was introduced as one of seismic-force-resisting systems. However, there is few researches and design applications of special shear wall systems to building frames. In this research, comparative seismic response between ordinary shear walls and special shear walls was performed for a prototype building.
