Solution-processable fluorene derivative for organic thin-film transistors

New fluorene derivatives with donor-acceptor-donor (D-A-D) structure were synthesized and characterized as solution-processable organic semiconductors for top-contact/bottom-gate organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). Physicochemical properties of the new compounds were characterized by cyclic voltammetry (CV), UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), and density functional theory (DFT) calculation. All compounds were TFT active and compounds with strong electron withdrawing groups showed ambipolar semiconductor performance with electron mobility of up to 0.1 ㎠ V^-1 s^-1 and current on/off ratio of > 10⁶.

생태적 교육배경을 지닌 부모의 부모 되기 경험의 의미: 잉태준비기·임신·출산·양육과정을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and reality of being parents for parents with ecological education experience. The subjects in this study were eight selected graduate students in P university who took a course in eco-early childhood education. Each of them was interviewed in depth to gather data from January to April and from July to August, 2014, and the collected data were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: As for the experience of being parents in the period of pre-pregnancy, they tried to cultivate a sound lifestyle and to prepare healthy living environments, and they also tried to keep themselves in control in order to endure a long wait, ease pressure and improve emotional stability. Concerning the experience of being parents in the period of pregnancy, they realized the preciousness of their unborn babies. In the period of childbirth and initial parenting, they were conflicted about the method of childbirth and considered ecological childbirth. After childbirth, they combined attachment parenting and traditional parenting and let their babies play traditional games. They encouraged their spouses and families to cooperate with them in ecological parenting, but they were in conflicts with their acquaintances. The knowledge of traditional parenting that are stressed in being ecological parents are quite well known, but it's still required to lay the solid theoretical foundation for the development of parent education programs geared toward prospective parents, married couples and families in order to help these people to become good ecological parents. The findings of the study are expected to pave the way for the development of an ecological education system. 본 연구의 목적은 생태적 교육 배경을 지닌 부모들이 경험하는 부모 되기의 의미와 실제를 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위해 생태유아교육관련 강의를 수강한 P대학 대학원생 8명을 대상으로 2014년 1월부터 4월, 7월부터 8월까지 개별 심층면담을 통해서 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구결과, 예비부모들은 자녀를 잉태하기 전 준비과정의 부모 되기 경험으로는 건강한 생활습관 만들기와 건강한 생활환경 만들기를 실천하며, 잉태의 기다림과 부담감을 마음 다루기를 통해 극복하며 정서적 안정을 꾀하고 있었으며, 임신과정의 부모 되기 경험으로는 태아의 생명성을 인식하고 건강한 식생활과 생활습관을 실천하였다. 출산 및 초기 양육과정에서는 생태적 출산을 실천하기 위한 선택과 갈등을 경험하며, 출산 후에는 애착육아와 전통육아법을 통한 고유놀이를 실천하고 있었으며, 배우자 및 가족들의 생태적 양육의 동반 실천을 꾀하고 있는 한편, 주변 지인들과는 관계적 갈등을 경험하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 생태적 부모 되기에서 강조하는 전통육아와 자연주의적 접근의 지식은 보편적으로 알려져 있으나 개인의 삶에 적합한 생태적 부모 되기를 지속적으로 실천할 수 있도록 예비부모, 부부 및 가족을 위한 부모교육 프로그램의 이론적인 토대와 환경의 정비가 필요할 것이다. 이러한 연구 결과는 앞으로 생태교육시스템 구축을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

재생 촉매를 이용한 EFB 열분해

EFB (Empty Fruit Bunches)는 인도네시아, 말레이시아, 태국 등의 아열대 지방에서 FFB (Fresh Fruit Bunches)의 껍질형태로 나오는 부산물이다. 이러한 바이오매스의 열화학적 처리방법인 열분해공정을 통해 액체 연료인 바이오 오일을 생산할 수 있지만 단순한 열분해로 만들어진 바이오 오일은 높은 수분과 점도, 산소 함량을 가지고 있고 발열량이 낮아 실질적으로 사용하기에는 많은 문제점이 있다. 이러한 바이오 오일의 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 촉매를 사용하여 촉매열분해를 진행하는데, 이 또한 촉매의 비싼 가격 때문에 경제적인 문제점이 뒤따른다. 따라서 이번 연구에서는 EFB를 zeolite촉매를 이용하여 촉매열분해를 진행하고, 또한 촉매를 재생하여 재활용의 가능성을 확인함과 동시에 오일의 개질 정도를 파악하는 연구를 진행하였다.

Solution-processable diketopyrrolopyrrole derivatives having acetylene, 2,5-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3-(5(phenylethynyl)thiophen-2-yl)-6-(thiophen- 2-yl)-2,5-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione (3), 2,5-bis (2-ethylhexyl) -3-(thiophen-2-yl)-6-(5-(thiophen-2-ylethynyl)thiophen-2-yl)-2,5-dihy dropyrrolo[3,4-c] pyrrole-1,4-dione (4), and 6,6’-((thiophene-2,5-diylbis (ethyne-2,1-diyl))bis(thiophene-5,2-diyl)) bis(2,5-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3- (thiophen-2-yl)-2,5-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione) (5) were synthesized and characterized as organic semiconductors for organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). For the fabrication of thin films based on solution processable compounds, drop-casting (DC) and solutionshearing (SS) were employed. Thin films of compound 5 exhibited p-channel characteristics with carrier mobility as high as 5.7×10^-4 ㎠/Vs and a current on/off ratio of 10⁴-10⁶ for top-contact/bottom-gate OTFT devices.

New diketopyrrolopyrrole derivatives end-functionalizaed with phenyl acetylene, 2,5-bis(2-ethylhexyl)-3,6-bis(5-(phenylethynyl)thiophen-2 -yl)-2,5-dihydropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione (1) and 2,5-bis(2-ethylhexyl) -3,6-bis(5-((4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)ethynyl)thiophen-2-yl)-2,5-dihy dropyrrolo[3,4-c]pyrrole-1,4-dione (2), were synthesized and characterized as organic semiconductors for organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). Compound 1 exhibited p-channel characteristics with carrier mobility as high as 10^-3 ㎠/Vs and a current on/off ratio > 105 for top-contact/ bottom-gate OTFT devices.

한반도 육상지역에서의 위성기반 IMERG 월 강수 관측 자료의 정확도 평가

강수는 기상학, 농업, 수문학, 자연재해, 토목 및 건설 등 분야에서 매우 중요한 기상 변수들 중 하나이다. 최근 이러한 강수를 탐지하고, 측정 및 예보를 하기 위해서 위성원격탐사기술은 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국항공우주국(National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA)에서 발사한 전 지구 강수 관측 위성인 GPM 위성을 기반으로 다양한 자료와 합성된 강수 자료인 IMERG 자료의 정확도를 한반도, 특히 남한지역에 대해 지상관측자료와 비교분석 하였다. 기상자동관측 장비인 AWS의 관측 강수량을 검증 자료로 사용하여, 2016년 1월부터 12월까지 1년간의 기간 동안 한반도의 육상부분에 대하여 IMERG의 월 강수량 자료를 비교 검증하였다. 잘 알려진 대로 위성은 해안가와 섬 지역 같은 부분에서 단점이 있지만, 별도로 비교 분석하였다. 위성 자료인 IMERG와 지상 관측 자료인 AWS를 비교한 결과, 상관계수가 0.95로 높은 상관성을 보였으며, Bias, RMSE의 오차 비교에서도 각각 월 15.08 mm, 월 30.32 mm의 낮은 오차를 산출하였다. 해안지역에서도 육상지역과 마찬가지로 0.7 이상의 높은 상관계수를 산출하며, 강수 자료로서 IMERG의 신뢰도를 검증하였다. Rainfall is one of the most important meteorological variables in meteorology, agriculture, hydrology, natural disaster, construction, and architecture. Recently, satellite remote sensing is essential to the accurate detection, estimation, and prediction of rainfall. In this study, the accuracy of Integrated Multi-satellite Retrievals for GPM (IMERG) product, a composite rainfall information based on Global Precipitation Measurement (GPM) satellite was evaluated with ground observation data in the inland of Korea. The Automatic Weather Station (AWS)-based rainfall measurement data were used for validation. The IMERG and AWS rainfall data were collocated and compared during one year from January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016. The coastal regions and islands were also evaluated irrespective of the well-known uncertainty of satellite-based rainfall data. Consequently, the IMERG data showed a high correlation (0.95) and low error statistics of Bias (15.08 mm/mon) and RMSE (30.32 mm/mon) in comparison to AWS observations. In coastal regions and islands, the IMERG data have a high correlation more than 0.7 as well as inland regions, and the reliability of IMERG data was verified as rainfall data.

초저열량식이와 체감의이인탕을 병행한 한방비만치료가 체성분과 신체지수에 미치는 영향

Objectives : This research have been in order to study the effect of VLCD with herbal diet medication, Chegamuiyiin-tang (Tǐjiǎnyìyǐrén-tāng), on body composition, body size, and bone mineral density (BMD). Methods : This clinical retrospective research carried out in 127 cases of obese female outpatients with 1 month treatment. Bioelectrical impedence analysis (for body composition), body size and Z-score (for BMD) were estimated in pre-treatment and post-treatment to evaluate the effects of VLCD with Chegamuiyiin-tang (Tǐjiǎnyìyǐrén-tāng). Results : 1)After 1 month treatment, the weight (8.78±1.79%), fat free mass (2.78±2.59%), body fat mass (18.78±5.04%), and percent body fat (10.99±4.84%) were decreased. 2)The skeletal muscle mass was decreased. But, the percent body skeletal muscle and the Z-score for BMD was increased despite of weight reduction. 3)In the changes of body size, the waist circumference was the biggest and calf circumference was the smallest. Conclusions : These results suggest that the effects of VLCD with Chegamuiyiin-tang (Tǐjiǎnyìyǐrén-tāng) were to decrease weight mainly with not fat free mass but body fat mass.
