Influence of Mesenchymal Stem Cells on Cryopreserved Tracheal Allografts in Rabbits

Background: Ischemic injury and the rejection process are the main reasons for graft failure in tracheal transplantation models. To enhance the acceptance, we investigated the influence of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on tracheal allografts. Methods: Extracted tracheal grafts from New Zealand white rabbits were cryopreserved for 4 weeks and orthotopically transplanted (control group A, n=8). In group B (n=8), cyclosporin A (CsA, 10 mg/kg) was injected daily into the peritoneal cavity. In group C (n=8), MSCs (1.0×107 cells/kg) from the same donor of the tracheal allograft, which had been pre-cultured for 4 weeks, were infused intravenously after transplantation. In group D (n=8), MSCs were infused and CsA was injected daily. Four weeks after transplantation, gross and histomorphological assessments were conducted for graft necrosis, measuring the cross-sectional area of the allograft, determining the degree of epithelization, lymphocytic infiltration, and vascular regeneration. Results: The morphologic integrity of the trachea was retained completely in all cases. The cross-sectional areas were decreased significantly in group A (p=0.018) and B (p=0.045). The degree of epithelization was enhanced (p=0.012) and the lymphocytic infiltration was decreased (p=0.048) significantly in group D compared to group A. The degree of vascular regeneration did not differ significantly in any of the groups. There were no significant correlations among epithelization, lymphocytic infiltration, and vascular regeneration. Conclusion: The administration of MSCs with concurrent injections of CsA enhanced and promoted epithelization and prevented lymphocytic infiltration in tracheal allografts, allowing for better acceptance of the allograft.

형법에서 사전 관점과 사후 관점의 부합원칙

The fundamental prerequisite to impose criminal sanctions is a infringement of obligation by the subject of crime. The infringement of obligation exists only to the extent possible the ability of the subject of crime. This is the basic precondition of criminal dogma. It is confirmed by the ex-post judgment that there was the infringement of certain obligation. However, such an obligation must always exist in advance(=ex-ante) in that it can be set only towards the future. The principle of correspondency means that ex-post judgement is must be made within the scope to be determined through ex-ante judgement. Judging by ex-ante, there must be the risk, the possibility of actions, the knowability, and the behavioral norms in order to say that there is a obligation for actor. This is the primary imputation. If the primary imputation was recognized in a individual case, we will be to judge whether he pulled the fulfill its obligations. This is the secondary imputation and ex-post judgement Namely, in order to impute the results that have already occurred to the offender, the risk that had been determined to be important in ex-ante should be realized. If it is determined to be riskless in ex-ante, there is no risk be created in ex-post. Thus in this case there is no need to consider whether the realization of the risk. In the extent corresponding between ex ante and ex post review, it is possible to be impute the criminal sanction. The principle of correspondency is not only to play a key role in the objective imputation of a result. This principle has important implications in the overall problem of criminal law theory such as intent and negligence, feasance and nonfeasance, consummation and attempt, impossible attempt. 형법적인 귀속에 있어서 의미가 있는 모든 사후 판단에는 하나의 사전 판단이선행하게 되는데, 이러한 사전 판단을 통해서 정해진 범위 내에서 사후 판단이 이루어져야 한다는 것이 사후 판단과 사전 판단의 부합원칙이다. 형법적 제재를 부과하기 위해서는 의무침해가 있어야 하며, 사후적으로 의무침해가 있었는지를 판단하기 위해서는 사전적으로 행위자에게 그것에 상응하는 행위(작위 또는 부작위)의무가 있어야 한다. 행위자에게 사전적으로 의무가 있다고하기 위해서는 위험, 행위가능성, 인식가능성, 그리고 행위규범이 존재해야 하는데이를 제1차적 귀속이라고 한다. 개별적인 사례에서 제1차적 귀속이 긍정되면 제2 차적 귀속, 즉 행위주체가 그러한 의무에 따랐느냐 따르지 않았느냐에 관한 판단이 이루어지는데 이것은 사후적으로만 판단할 수밖에 없다. 사후적 판단의 구체적내용은 의무를 설정할 때 그에게 요구되었던 것과 동일하게 그 주체가 자신의 신체적 또는 인식적 능력을 사용했는지 사용하지 않았는지와 위험이 실현되었는지에 관해 판단하는 것이다. 민법과 같은 법률체계와는 달리 형법적 귀속, 특히 제2 차적 귀속을 위해서는 의무침해의 존재여부 이외에 작위인지 부작위인지, 고의인지 과실인지, 그리고 기수인지 미수인지에 대한 판단이 필요하다. 제2차적 귀속의전제조건들이 많이 충족되면 될수록 의무침해는 더욱더 강한 형법적 제재를 받게된다. 부작위, 과실 또는 미수의 경우에는 그것이 완전히 불가벌적인 것이 아니라면 작위, 고의 또는 기수에 비하여 경한 형벌이 부과되는 것이다. 사전 판단과 사후 판단 사이의 부합원칙은 단지 위험실현에 관한 판단, 즉 소위결과의 객관적 귀속가능성에 있어서만 핵심적 역할을 하는 것은 아니다. 고의와과실, 작위와 부작위, 기수와 미수 등 형법의 전반적인 문제에 있어서 부합원칙은모순 없는 형법적 귀속체계의 발전을 위해서 결정적인 의미를 가진다.

제브라피쉬 초기배아발생단계의 기형현상을 이용한 만성 NOEC의 예측방법 개발

This study has developed a new simplicity toxicity assessment method that can predict the chronic NOEC (No Observed Effect Concentration) value rapidly by observing the morphological abnormality at the low concentration area in the early embryonic development stage of Danio rerio. As a result, the acute LOEC (Lowest Observed Effect Concentration) values of Camptothecin, Camphor and Curcumin were calculated as 9.3 nM, 1248.4 μM and 18.3 μM, respectively. The morphological anomalies were observed to yolk sac edema (YSE), pericardial edema (PE), black yolk (BY), bent spine (BS), albinism (A), dyed yellow yolk (DY), collapse symptoms of fertilized embryo tissue (CPFE), no heartbeat (NHB), reduced heart rate (RHR), hatching delay (HD), short body length (SBL). And acute NOEC values were classified into A-type and B-type depending on the presence or absence of morphological anomalies. A-type morphological anomalies were observed at 6.2 nM, 832.3 μM and 9.2 μM, similar to the area near acute LOEC except for albinism (A), dyed yellow yolk (DY), collapse symptoms of fertilized embryo tissue (CPFE), and no heartbeat (NHB). On the other hand, morphological anomalies of B-type did not occur at all in 0.4, 4.0, and 0.1 within 4 days, and the acute NOEC values of B-type were consistent with the chronic NOEC values at 32 days. This means that the concentration without any deformity in acute toxicity test during 4 days is consistent with the chronic NOEC value. That is, it is also a means to quickly calculate chronic NOEC using the acute NOEC value through the presence or absence of morphological abnormality in the Danio rerio embryo development stage of short term.

The Worldwide Game Industry is getting recognized in the center of the culture contents industry, the total amount of the worldwide game industry is going to be over a hundred billion dollars in 2008 and the worldwide game industry will play a role of leading the growth of culture contents industry. To survive under the current circumstance, it is time to consider the research of the development direction and inspection of factors which Korea game industry has the superiority in the current worldwide game industry. As the result of the rapid growth of IT technology, home networking and ubiquitous environments are getting made up and the competition power of the worldwide game market is also getting hotter. The purpose of this thesis is to show the research and development direction of the organization system that has a effective texture mapping production pipeline among the whole game graphic production pipelines in order to have a international competition power and the future of Korea game industry. 세계적으로 게임 산업은 문화 콘텐츠 산업의 핵심으로 인정받으면서 2008년경에는 전체규모가 1,000억 달러를 넘어서며 문화 콘텐츠 산업 성장을 실질적으로 주도할 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 추세에 맞추어서 한국 게임 산업의 국제적인 경쟁력을 높이고 지배적인 위치를 점하기 위해서는 현재 세계적인 게임 시장 내에서 우의를 점하고 있는 요소들에 대한 재점검과 발전 방향에 대한 연구과 필요한 시점이다. 본 논문은 IT 기술의 급속한 발전과 그에 따른 홈 네트워킹, 유비쿼터스(Ubiquitous) 환경이 본격적으로 조성이 되면서 앞으로 세계시장에서 더욱 더 강한 경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 요소들 중 게임 그래픽 제작 파이프라인의 하나인 텍스쳐 매핑 제작 체계에 대한 효과적인 파이프라인의 구성에 대해 연구하고 발전방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다.
