Appropriate technology is the environment friendly hum an technology to increase the quality of life and satisfy the basic needs of people. In recent years as the international community is committed to utilizing the appropriate technology for the economic development of the country. This case study is measuring that could enable the healthcare industry by analyzing appropriate technology products and comparative analysis of foreign and domestic status. Through the analysis of this study, Germany is promoting effectiveness in terms of ODA and Japan is developing new markets and promoting aid effectiveness ODA. Appropriate technology products in healthcare industry are limited developed but found that has the potential future market. To take advantage of healthcare industry by studying examples of developed countries, one based on local needs and conditions, sustainable technology development and dissemination with commercialization strategy, support strategies and research for localization of technology, the need of development of human resource, the need for participation of global network and build, it suggested the need for activation of the control tower for healthcare technology industry.

코로나 19를 계기로 디지털헬스케어에 대한 중요성과 관심은 더 커졌으며, 주요국은 디지털헬스케어의 핵심 분야 중 하나인 헬스케어 모바일 앱 활성화를 위한 다양한 정책적 노력을 기울이고 있다. 우리나라도 헬스케어 모바일 앱 활성화를 위한 노력을 기울이고 있으나, 주로 허가 · 심사 등 규제정책과 관련된 내용이 주를 이르며, 구체적인 활성화 정책은 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 미국, 영국, 독일 등 헬스케어 모바일 앱이 실제 의료현장에서 도입 될 수 있는 정책을 펼치고 있는 나라의 정책을 분석하여, 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 국가별 정책을 살펴본 결과 공통적으로 헬스케어 모바일 앱에 대한 정의와 인허가 가이드라인을 제시하고 있으며, 국가 기관에서 이를 검증하고 있다. 또한 의료공급자 및 소비자가 검증된 모바일 앱을 안전하게 이용할 수 있도록 각 국가의 보건의료제도 정책에 적합한 다양한 정책을 펼치고 있다. 우리나라 역시 앞으로 국민들에게 보다 폭넓은 헬스케어 모바일 앱의 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 건강보험에서도 수가 지급 여부 결정에서 활용할 수 있도록 개선이 필요한 시점이다. With the Corona 19, the importance and interest in digital healthcare has grown, and major countries are making various policy efforts to revitalize healthcare mobile apps, one of the key areas of digital healthcare. Korea is also making efforts to revitalize healthcare mobile apps, but most of them are related to regulatory policies such as licensing and reviewing, and there is a lack of specific activation policies. In this study, we tried to draw implications by analyzing the policies of countries where healthcare mobile apps such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Germany are implementing policies that can be introduced in the actual medical field. In common, the definition and licensing guidelines for healthcare mobile apps are being provided and verified by state agencies. In addition, various policies are implemented to suit the health care system policies of each country so that medical providers and consumers can safely access proven mobile apps. It is also time for Korea to provide more extensive information on healthcare mobile apps to the public in the future, and for health insurance to be improved so that the number can be used in deciding whether to pay.

In this study, the effect derived through the energy performance analysis and consideration of the material cost for the shell part of the performance windows and insulation of the apartment houses. To be calculated by the priority given to the effect of the insulation and window selection options. Accordingly derived from simulation performance and material cost in the energy range of the design criteria of the state. As a result, the energy demand of the target building are brought to a constant change in accordance with the energy performance. However, considering the energy demand of deviation for the reference value of the material cost performance exhibited irregular pattern.

The purpose of this study is to comprehensively analyze the impact of science and technology on jobs, and to lay the foundation for future technological developments to lead to the creation of decent jobs. First of all, this paper analyzes the employment impact mechanisms of science and technology, focusing on recent literature analysis, and summarizes the stages and major types of technological development or innovation activities that affect the employment of firms. Second, we analyze key industry cases by type of corporate response strategy to the employment impact of technological development. - Cases focused on improving process efficiency due to digitalization: logistics industry - Examples of business model innovations, such as manufacturing services or entering new businesses: New Space - Collaboration between Humans and Machines: Changes in Healthcare Jobs Third, we analyze the effects of technological development in the domestic labor market and draw policy implications through the analysis of job changes in Korea centered on science and technology profession and the employment impact of corporate R&D investment. Lastly, by analyzing the current status and limitations of Korea’s fourth industrial revolution response policy, we draw implications for policy improvement direction, and suggest strategies and comprehensive policy plans to promote the creation of decent jobs through the development of science and technology.
