Cardiac tumors, especially the primary tumors involving any part of the heart are extremely rare and its relative incidence has been reported to be approximately 0.02%. We report a patient with huge cardiac hemangioma who complained of shortness of breath, general weakness, and dizziness, Imaging study by echocardiography and computed tomography of thorax revealed a huge lobulating mass like a bunch of grapes in the right chamber of heart. The surgical exploration of thorax was performed and a histological diagnosis of spindle cell hemangioma was obtained by microscopy. The patient was treated by surgical resection of the tumor and doing well after surgery. Our experience indicated that prompt diagnosis and treatment of cardiac hemangioma is imperative for patients' prognosis.

This paper purposes to analyze grammar description methods of current Korean language textbooks and introduces various learner-centered grammar description methods. The present state of grammar description in Korean language textbooks is analyzed in Chapter 2 which includes two sections: (1) the methods of managing grammar as a part of text constructions and (2) the internal description methods of grammar items. More specifically, in the first section, grammar items are described as isolated things, forms are distinguished from each other by their meanings, and grammar items are dependent on the primary dialogues and texts in textbooks. In the second section, eight methods of describing meanings and functions and seven methods of presenting grammar usage are introduced. Additionally, in Chapter 3, seven things that developers of textbooks must consider for self study of foreign learners are presented. They are as follows: that grammar categories should be illustrated clearly, that each grammar item should be presented in relation to the whole grammar system, that the description of items should be divided into two parts, meaning and usage, and that various methods for explaining the meaning of grammar items should be contemplated, that there should be close coordination between the explanation of the meaning and example sentences, and that there should be explanation of sentence patterns in the grammar explanation sections, and that forms which have similar meaning should be compared with each other. In sum, the purpose of this paper is to facilitate those developing Korean language textbooks for foreign students.
