        스캠퍼(SCAMPER)기법을 적용한 창작무용수업이 중학생의 신체적 자아개념과 창의적 인성 및 신체표현능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of a creative dance class applying the SCAMPER technique on middle school students' physical self-concept and creative personality and physical expression ability. The subjects of the study were selected from the first-year students of B Middle School in Jeollabuk-do, consisting of 102 male and 110 female students, totaling 212 students. As a result, first, among the general characteristics of students participating in creative dance classes using the SCAMPER technique, physical self-concept according to gender was significantly higher in male students than in female students, there was no significant difference in creative personality between genders, and physical expression was significantly higher in male students than in female students. The ability of female students was significantly higher than that of male students. Second, physical self-concept was found to have a significant positive effect on creative personality. In other words, as physical self-concept increased, creative personality increased. Third, physical self-concept was found to have a significant positive effect on physical expression ability. In other words, as physical self-concept increased, physical expression ability increased. Fourth, creative personality was found to have a significant positive effect on physical expression ability. In other words, as creative personality increased, physical expressive ability increased.

        코로나-19 이후 시대의 생활체육활동 참여결정요인 분석을 통한 생활체육 참여 활성화 정책 방안

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct factors to increase participation in sports activities after COVID-19 to identify the main variables that affect the revitalization of sports activities, and to present policy directions to increase participation in sports activities. As of 22021, the research subjects conducted frequency analysis, cross-analysis, technical statistical analysis, and dichotomous logistic re- gression analysis on a total of 9,000 people who participated in the 2021 National Livelihood Sports Survey. First, among demographic variables, statistically significant differences were found according to gender, age, job status, and income. Second, there was a statistically significant difference in the size of the city and participation in sports activities. Third, it was found that there was a statistically sig- nificant difference in participation in sports activities in sports facilities and types. Fourth, there was no statistically significant difference depending on the degree of health perception, but according to the current status survey, the participation rate was high if perceived as healthy, indicating that those who generally perceived healthy participated in sports for all. Policy support needs to be provided to in- crease the participation rate based on factors affecting participation in these sports activities.

      • 말라리아 감염의 신속 진단을 위한 Parasite Lactate Dehydrogenase-based Immunochromatographic Antigen Assay (DiaMed OptiMAL<sup>�</sup>)의 유용성

        배경: 말초혈액도말법은 현재까지 말라리아 감염의 진단에 있어 표준검사법으로 이용되고 있지만 정확한 판독에는 많은 시간과 노력이 필요하다. 최근 말라리아 원충에 특이적으로 존재하는 대사효소인 parasite lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH)에 대한 단클론항체를 이용하여 빠른 시간 내에 말라리아 감염을 진단할 수 있는 면역크로마토그라피법(DiaMed OptiMAL test )이 국내에 소개되었다. 따라서 이 검사법을 말초혈액도말법과 비교하여 말라리아의 신속 진단에 있어 그 유용성을 평가해 보고자 하였다.<br> 재료 및 방법: 임상적으로 말라리아가 의심되어 말초 혈액도 말검사가 의뢰된 44명 환자의 총 58 검체(진단 당시 44검체, 치료후 추적관찰 14검체)를 대상으로 본 연구를 시행하였다. 환자의 EDTA 전혈 한 방울을 pLDH에 특이한 단클론항체가 도포된 dipstick과 반응시킨 후 발색된 band의 유무와 위치로 결과를 판정하였으며 모든 결과는 말초혈액도말법의 결과와 비교하였다.<br> 결과: OptiMAL 검사는 100%인 민감도와 특이도를 나타내었으며 말초혈액도말법과 정확히 일치하였다. 원충 수가 증가할수록 band의 염색강도는 증가하였다. 치료 후 추적검사시 치료에 따라 band 염색강도가 약해졌으며 말초혈액도말법에서보다 먼저 음성소견을 나타내었다.<br> 결론: OptiMAL 검사법은 말라리아 진단에 있어 간단하고 신속하며 정확한 검사법으로, 말라리아의 초기 진단뿐만 아니라 치료 효과 판정 및 추적검사에도 유용한 것으로 생각되었다. Background: Microscopic examination of peripheral blood smears has been a standard diagnostic test for malarial infection for a long time, but it is labor-intensive and time-consuming. Recently, a rapid diagnostic test for malarial infection containing a dipstick bearing monoclonal antibodies against the intracellular metabolic enzyme, parasite lactate dehydrogenase (pLDH), was introduced (DiaMed OptiMAL ). We evaluated the usefulness of the OptiMAL test in malaria diagnosis by comparing with a microscopic examination of peripheral blood smears.<br> Methods: Fifty-eight (initial 44 and follow-up 14) whole blood samples were obtained from 44 patients who were suspected of having malarial infection. After 1 drop of whole blood reacted with the dipstick, band numbers and positions on the dipsticks determined the results. All results were compared to those of microscopic examination findings.<br> Results: The OptiMAL test revealed 100% sensitivity and specificity by comparing with the microscopic examination. The intensity of stained bands showed positively correlated with the severity of parasitemia. The OptiMAL test revealed a more rapid negative conversion than the microscopic examination after treatment.<br> Conclusion: The OptiMAL test is a simple, rapid and accurate test for diagnosis of malarial infection; moreover, it is good tool for monitoring after treatment.

        초등학교 사회 검정 교과서에 나타난 정치 참여의 개념과 양상 연구

        본 연구는 2015 개정 교육과정기 초등학교 사회 검정 교과서에 제시되어 있는 정치 참여의 개념과 양상을 분석하여 정치 참여 교육의 개선 방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 4-1, 6-1 사회 검정 교과서에 담긴 정치 참여의 내용 구성과 학습 활동을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 초등 4-1 교과서에의 주민 참여는 지역 문제와 연계하여 다루어지고 있었고, 인습적 정치 참여의 비중이 높았다. 주로제시되는 참여 유형은 시민단체 활동, 캠페인, 공청회, 주민회의, 서명운동, 청원 등이었다. 또한 4-1교과서에 참여와 관련된 활동 자료가 충분히 제시되지 않고, 학생들의 참여 사례나 학생이 주체적으로 참여를 계획, 실천하는 활동이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 초등 6-1 교과서에서의 시민 참여는 민주주의 발전과 연계하여 정치 참여를 다루고 있었고, 이 또한 인습적 정치 참여의 비중이 높았다. 주로 제시되는 참여 유형은 시민 단체 활동, 캠페인, 선거 참여, 서명운동, 집회, 미디어를 통한 참여 등 다양하였다. 또한 대부분의 교과서에 참여와 관련된 탐구 활동이 수록되어 있으나 3-4학년군과 유사한 내용과 활동이 반복되었으며, 아동⋅청소년의 참여 사례보다는 성인의 참여 사례를 읽기 자료로 제시하는 경우가 많았다. 분석 결과를 바탕으로 초등학교급에서부터 정치 참여를 체계적으로 다룰 필요가 있고, 다양한 학생 참여 사례를 제시하는 등 교과서 개선이 필요하다는 점을 제언으로 제시하였다.

        2022 개정 사회과 교육과정의 인권교육 관련 내용 분석

        This study aims to analyze the content related to human rights education in the 2022 revised social studies curriculum and explore significant changes and future improvement directions. To achieve this, the study extracted and analyzed human rights-related content from the sections ‘Characters and Objectives’, ‘Content Structure and Achievement Standards’ and ‘Teaching-Learning and Evaluation’ presented in the 2022 revised social studies curriculum documents. A comparison with the human rights education in the 2015 revised social studies curriculum was also conducted to understand the changes brought about by the curriculum revision. The analysis revealed that human rights education content was covered in most subjects within the social studies curriculum, but there were variations in the quantity and quality of the content depending on the subject. Compared to the 2015 revised curriculum, the 2022 version showed increases in the inclusion of human rights education elements in the achievement standards and in the achievement standards that involve understanding human rights-related issues and seeking solutions to address them. However, the specific human rights education content elements emphasized in each area of social studies varied. Based on these findings, the study suggests that the organization of content from a human rights perspective should be more precise. The content categories and domains of human rights education should be appropriately distributed across different school levels, and the reflection of human rights perspectives should be expanded beyond content elements to other areas. Furthermore, it is recommended that the curriculum should encompass various human rights-related issues prevalent in contemporary society for further improvement. 본 연구는 새롭게 도입된 2022 개정 사회과 교육과정에서의 인권교육 관련 내용을 분석하여 주요 변화 및 앞으로의 개선 방안을 탐색하고자 하는 연구이다. 이를 위하여 2022 개정 사회과 교육과정 문서에 제시된 세부 과목의 ‘성격 및 목표’, ‘내용 체계 및 성취기준’, ‘교수⋅학습 및 평가’의 내용에서 인권과 관련된 내용을 추출하여 분석하고, 2015 개정 사회과 교육과정에서의 인권교육과의 비교를 통해 교육과정 개정에 따른 변화를 파악하였다. 분석 결과, 사회과 대부분의 과목에서 인권교육 관련 내용이 다루어지는 것으로 나타났으나, 과목에 따라 그 양과 질에는 차이가 있었다. 2015 개정 사회과 교육과정과 비교하면 기존의 인권교육 내용이 상당수 유지된 가운데 추가로 인권교육 내용 요소가 반영된 성취기준이 나타났으며, 인권과 관련된 문제 상황을 파악하고 해결 방안을 모색하는 성취기준이 증가하였다. 그러나 사회과의 각 영역별로 주로 다루는 인권교육 내용 요소에 차이가 있었다. 이러한 분석 결과를 바탕으로, 인권 관점에서의 내용 체계화가 보다 정밀하게 이루어져야 하고, 인권교육의 내용체계를 고려하여 학교급별로 내용범주 및 내용영역이 적절히 배분되어야 하며, 내용 요소 외의 영역에서도 인권적 관점의 반영을 확대하고, 현대 사회의 다양한 인권 관련 문제를 포괄해야 함을 앞으로의 개선 방안으로 제시하였다.

        중동호흡기증후군과 지카바이러스의 대응사례분석을 통한 해외유입 신종감염병 예방시스템 구축 방안

        Objective: The outbreak of Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) started in South Korea in May 2015 and the end of crisis was declared in December 2015 by Korea Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC). However, Zika virus emerged in less than 2 months following MERS and showed higher mortality than other countries. This study is to assess the current prevention system of overseas infectious diseases, based on MERS and Zika virus outbreak and to suggest effective response system for the future. Methods: We conducted two surveys on medical specialists working at tertiary general hospitals regarding the effectiveness of responding system by KCDC against MERS and Zika virus and education in individual medical institutions using 5-Likert points. Response system was examined in three different periods as initial period, spreading period, and post disease period. Results: Although medical specialists received the notifications in initial period, no practical prevention was proven to be placed in responding stage by medical facilities (averagely 3.5/5 points in total and sub-analyses). During spreading period, there were several academic seminars conducted, which were evaluated as helpful. In post disease period, all answered that there were changes on patient treatment in all medical facilities, with mainly report system and the treatment regulations in case of suspicious patients for infection. Only 49% respondents answered positive on the possibility of initial responses. For questionnaire items regarding Zika virus, all answered that there were notifications prior to the first outbreak of the infected patient. Eighty% of respondents were aware of 'the Guideline system for traveling to dangerous areas', and answered that the system was moderately effective (averagely 3.8/5 points in total). For the effectiveness of prevention measures for foreign novel disease by KCDC, the average point was 3.0 in both of total and sub-analyses. Conclusion: There is not enough response system to prevent infectious disease in medical institutional and governmental levels in Korea. It would warrant the modification of overall medical system to improve preventive measures for initial spread of such diseases.

        지역문화콘텐츠의 공간 요소와 스토리텔링 서사 분석 - 강릉 사례를 중심으로

        Local cultural resources are accompanied by economic and cultural values as well as social values. Therefore, this study focused on storytelling among cultural content development strategies to secure regional competitiveness. To this end, the core role of storytelling was examined through literature research. In addition, the physical elements of the local space and the narrative structure of storytelling were explored for the Gangneung area, and the relational characteristics between the two elements were analyzed. The direction of Gangneung's spatial storytelling derived through analysis is as follows. First, the density of spatial experience is strengthened by storytelling accompanied by interactivity. Therefore, the necessity of discovering and developing various storytelling to revitalize the local space was confirmed. Second, physical and temporal constraints of spatial experience are inevitable. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various contents using digital media to overcome place limitations. Third, various discourse on space strengthens the connection between space and people and content while aggregating space and visitors, and induces visitors' participation and immersion in space. In addition, communication and immersion in space expand the role of visitors as the subject and communicator of experience production. Therefore, it is required to develop long-term and systematic local cultural contents using storytelling and establish strategies for utilization.

        구조기능론, 발달론 및 건강가정 관점에서 비교한 고등학교 1학년 기술·가정 교과서 '가족' 관련 단원 내용 분석

        This research analyzed the contents of the high school home economics textbooks within the 7th Curriculum from three theoretical viewpoints: structure functionalismfamily development and healthy family. A quantitative and in-depth content analysis were carried out with the six elements of family structure, family role, family relation, family life cycle, adjustment to the aged, marriage and childbirth. From the in-depth analysis, a healthy family viewpoint was reflected in the family structure, family role, adjustment to the aged, marriage and childbirth elements and a structure functionalist viewpoint was found in the family relation element. The family life cycle elements reflected a strong tendency of family development theory. The quantitative content analysis consisting of pictures, illustrations, examples indicated that a structure functional viewpoint was prevalent in both the family structure and family role elements.Overall, structure functionalism and healthy family viewpoint were reflected at similar level in the textbook. Implications for curriculum development, teaching methods and future study were suggested.
