드론 산업 활성화에 따른 항공기와 드론 간 공중 충돌 회피 시스템에 관한 고찰

우리나라는 국토교통 7대 신산업 중 하나로 무인 항공기의 하나의 종류인 드론 산업을 선정하여 드론 산업 활성화를 위해 드론특별자유화구역을 선정하고 드론 관련 법안을 신설, 개정하는 등의 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 노력을 통해 향후 드론 택배, 드론 택시 등이 운용될 것으로 보인다. 이에 드론과 고정익, 회전익 등의 기존 항공기들과의 다자간 충돌 회피 시스템을 구축하여 발생 가능한 드론과 항공기간 공중 충돌에 대비하여야 한다. 이에. 그 방안을 제시하려 한다. South Korea is making efforts to select a drone industry, a type of unmanned aerial vehicle, as one of the 7 major industries in the country, to select a drone-specific liberalization zone and to establish and revise a drone-related bill. Through these efforts, drone delivery and drone taxis are expected to be operated in the future. Therefore, a multilateral collision avoidance system with existing aircraft such as drones, fixed-wing and rotary-wing should be established to prepare for possible drone and air-borne collisions.
무인항공기 기반 빅데이터 처리 시스템의 프로토타입 설계

최근 국내는 물론 전 세계적으로 새로운 관심을 끌고 있는 기술은 무인 항공기이며, 과학, 군사, 마케팅, 스포츠, 엔터테인먼트등 다양한 분야를 가리지 않고 발휘하는 다재다능함이 드론 열풍의 원동력이다. 또한 활용 범위가 광범위한 만큼 향후 산업화된 다면 그 잠재력 또한 무궁무진할 것으로 기대된다. 본 논문에서는 무인항공기 기반의 빅데이터 처리 시스템의 프로토타입을 설계 및 제안 하였다. Recently, the unmanned aerial vehicle Drone technology is attracting new interest around the world. The versatilities in science, military, marketing, sports, and entertainment fields are the driving force of the drone fever. Thus, the potential power of future industrial is expected as the application range is extensive. In this paper, we design and propose the prototype of unmanned aerial vehicle-based bigdata processing system.

The recently recognized immunodeficiency syndrome of idiopathic CD4+ T-lymphocytopenia was defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to include depressed numbers of circulating CD4+ T-lymphocytes (<300 cells/㎣ or <20% of total T cells) on more than one occasion, no laboratory evidence of infection with human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HIV-1) or type 2 (HIV-2), and the absence of any defined immunodeficiency or therapy associated with depressed levels of CD4+ T cells. We had experienced one case of Idiopathic CD4+ T-lymphocytopenia without HIV infection, combined with Kaposi`s sarcoma and Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia. She had visited to emergency room due to moderate dyspnea and fever for about three months. On physical examination, multiple purple colored mass lesions were detected on lower back, both upper and lower extremities and right tonsillar area. Skin biopsy on mass of right lower extremity revealed Kaposi`s sarcoma. On HRCT of the chest, patch bilateral, symmetric reticulonodular infiltration were founded. So, we performed sputum cytology repeatedly, we identified pneumocystis carinii cysts. Idiopathic CD4+ T-lymphocytopenia is rare and represents various clinical and immunologic states. It is perhaps more important to work harder to track the epidemiologic feature of this syndrome closely, to define the associated immune deficits carefully, and to search broadly for the cause. Further epidemiologic, immunologic, and virologic studies will aid in the characterization of this newly recognized condition.
당뇨병성 미세혈관 합병증 및 신경병증 환자에서 혈청 Lipoprotein ( a ) 의 농도

Background: Several epidemiological studies have shown that high plasma concentration of lipoprotein(a) [Lp(a)] is associated with an increased risk for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and works as an independent risk factor for atherosclerosis. But, the significance of Lp(a) in diabetic microangiopathy & neuropathy is unclear essentially due to a paucity of relevant studies. This study was designed to evaluate whether Lp(a) concentration may be increased in patients with diabetic microangiopathy & neuropathy. Methods : We studied 96 patients who visited the department of internal medicine in Pusan National University Hospital from May 1995 to May 1996. The patients were grouped according to the presence of diabetic complications(microangiopathy and neuropathy, microangiopathy included retinopathy and nephropathy) and therapeutic modalities(diet, insulin, insulin with oral hypoglycemic agent, and oral hypoglycemic agent). Results: 1) Concentration of Lp(a) was significantly higher(p<0.05) in patients with diabetic retinopathy(nonproliferative, 38.6±33.6 mg/dl, proliferative, 39.5±32.1 mg/dl) than that of patients without retinopathy(23.3±25.3 mg/dl). The duration of diabetes was significantly longer(p<0.05) in patients with diabetic retinopathy(nonproliferative, 12.0 years, proliferative, 13.2 years) than that of patients without retinopathy(5.9 years). 2) Concentration of Lp(a) was significantly higher(p<0.05) in patients with diabetic nephropathy(36.5±39.3 mg/dl) than that of patients without nephropathy(23.3±17.8 mg/dl) and the duration of diabetes was also longer in patients with diabetic nephropathy(10.7±7.2 years vs 6.3±5.8 years, p<0.005). 3) Concentration of Lp(a) was significantly higher and the duration of diabetes was longer in patients with diabetic neuropathy than that of patients without neuropathy(35.9±31.7 mg/dl vs 23.2±25.1 mg/dl, p<0.05 and 10.8 years vs 6.2 years, p<0.005). 4) Concentration of Lp(a) was significantly higher in patients with three complications(53.6 mg/dl, p<0.005) and duration of diabetes was significantly longer in patients with two or three complications(11.3 years, 13.6 years, respectively, p<0.0001). than those in patients without complications. 5) When the patients were subgrouped according to the treatment modalities, there were no significant difference in Lp(a) concentration, however the duration of diabetes was longer in patient group treated with combination of insulin and oral hypoglycemics than that of the other groups(p<0.05). 6) In multivariate logistic regression analysis, concentration of Lp(a) ≥ 50 mg/dl was significantly correlated with diabetic retinopathy & nephropathy, but was not significantly correlated with diabetic neuropathy. Duration of diabetes(≥7 years) and total cholesterol(≥20 mg/dl) were signi5cantly correlated with diabetic retinopathy, nephropathy and neuropathy. Conclusions: Lp(a) concentration is increased in patients with diabetic microangiopathy and neuropathy compared with patients without these complications. So, Lp(a) may works as risk factor for diabetic microangiopathy and neuropathy, and further study to evaluate the role of Lp(a) as a risk factor of such complications would be necessary in large number of patients.
급성 췌장염을 동반한 췌장의 Mucinous Ductal Ectasia 1예

We have experienced a case of mucinous ductal ectasia of the pancreas. The patient visited hospital with the symptoms of acute pancreatitis. The plasma levels of amylase and lipase checked at hospital were elevated. Abdominal ultrasonography and CT scan showed cystlike, intrapancreatic defects localized in the uncinate process of pancreatic head, On duodenoscopy, bulging ampulla of Vater and patulous papillary orifice were seen. Mucin leaked out of the patulous opening. Endoscopic retrograde pancreatography was performed and the localized, grape-like cyatic dilatation of the side branch of a main pancreatic duct on the uncinate process was shown. The main pancreatic duct was also dilated and had multiple filling defects in it. Whipple' s operation was performed and the histologic diagnosis was a benign intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm of the pancreas.
