        진주검무 반주음악에 대한 연구

        Jinju sword dance was designated as the National Intangible Cultural Property No.12 in 1967 in recognition of its artistic value worth preservation of its original form. When Jinju sword dance was designated as a cultural asset, the accompaniment associated with it was also recognized for its significance with its artistic talents designated as well. A total of eight holders of the intangible cultural property were designated in 1967, all of whom were Choi Sun-yi’s disciples. The historic records say that Choi Sun-yi, the last successor of the sword dance that was frequently performed at Jinju Gyobang, learned music and dance at Jinju Gyobangcheong, practiced at Jangagwon (Royal Music Institute) upon being summoned as a temporary servant, and performed a sword dance in front of Emperor Gojong (1906). Among the first generation holders of the cultural property, there is only one holder of instrumental music named Kim Su-ak, who was designated as a sword dance and percussion, but since percussion alone is not enough to play accompaniment, the musicians at the National Classical Music Institute came over to Jinju to play accompaniment. The music was played after it was restored based on the melody of Samhyeon-yukgak in Gyeonggi region and this music has been used as accompaniment for a variety of dances since then. During the second generation period in 1990s, Gang Gwang-geun (Daegeum) and Cho Sun-ae (Haegeum) were he designated as full-time apprentices, enabling the independent operation of Jinju sword dance accompaniment through cultural transmission. In 2002, the Jinju sword dance Preservation Society created its own new accompaniment music with the melody of the Korean traditional classical music to emphasize the fact that Jinju sword dance is a royal music, and established the framework of royal music by adding Bak and Ajeng and having instrumental musicians wear red royal costumes similar to those worn back then. This has successfully led to the third generation holders as of 2017. The year 2017 marks the 50 year anniversary since Jinju sword dance was designated as a national cultural asset in 1967. The accompaniment of Jinju sword dance has developed independent melodies and tunes as it went through three holders through 50 years of period. It used Daepungryu of Gyeonggi Samhyeon-yukgak as accompaniment during the period between 1970 and 1992 and since 2002, it has used the music of Jinju sword dance Preservation Society only until today. This confirms that the Jinju sword dance, which used to be performed only via traditional Korean dances regardless of groups, has had a clear distinction from the external influence and that it has developed its own unique tunes and melodies. When it comes to understanding the origin of the accompaniment melodies and the artistic value, further studies on the transmission of Samhyeon-yukgak in Jinju region will be required. In addition, it is necessary to ensure a proper transmission and to preserve the artistic value through the value of preserving the original form of Jinju sword dance all the more because of its vulnerability to the exposure to external environment.

        위암에서 내시경적 초음파단층술의 유용성에 대한 평가

        Background: Endoscopic Ultrasonography(EUS), a combination of endoscopy and ultrasonography is one of the most useful tools for diagnosis of digestive system diseases. EUS is useful in staging the primary tumor invasion and regional lymph node metastasis because of its ability to image the gut wall and adjacent structures in unique detail. We performed a study preoperatively for assessing the accuracy and limitation of EUS in gastric carcinoma. Methods: In 75 patients(Male 54, Female 21, Mean age 62.3 years) with a gastric carcinoma confirmed by endoscopic biopsy, we performed EUS preoperatively. The results were compared with the postoperative histopathologic staging. Results: 1) In assessing the depth of tumor invasion, EUS accuracy on depth of invasion was 76.0% and overstaging and understaging were 14.7% and 9.3%, respectively. 2) In assessing the lymph node metastasis, the accuracy rate of EUS was 65.3%. A rate of false-positive diagnosis was 27.3%, and a rate of false-negative diagnosis was 24.5%. 3) In assessing the incidence of lymph node metastasis for each T stage, the involve rate was 10.5% in pT1, 36.4% in pT2, 95.7% in pT3, 100% in pT4. Conclusions: EUS is the most accurate diagnostic methods presently available to determine tumor infiltration depth and lymph node metastasis.

      • 진주검무에 내재된 무악 고찰

        본 연구는 진주검무의 춤동작과 반주음악을 중심으로 진주검무의 생성과 변천과정, 현재를 살펴보고 앞으로의 연구과제 방향을 그 목적으로 하였다. 지금까지 시행되어 온 진주검무에 대한 연구는 그 시도와 연구방향이 다양한 데 비해 진주검무 반주음악의 연구는 부족하였다. 1967년, 국가무형문화재 제12호로 지정된 진주검무와 당시 반주음악의 중요성을 인정받아 함께 문화재로 지정된 악사들에 의하여 행하여진 음악을 살펴보고, 1984년 국립국악원에서 첫 초연당시 행하여진 음악을 살펴보았다. 기존 연구를 통해 살펴본 결과, 춤에 대한 연구보다 반주음악에 대한 연구의 시도와 다양성이 부족하였다. 본 연구를 통해 앞으로 진주검무음악의 다양한 연구방법을 제시하고자 한다.

      • 활성화된 반응성 산소에 의한 Al2O3 증착

        현대 과학에서 나노 기술은 가장 주목 받고 있는 분야이며 나노 수준의 초미세 크기의 구조물 제작에 관한 기술이 크게 세계적으로 관심과 투자로 활발히 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이 중 한 물질로 산화알루미늄 박막 은 유전체로서 반도체나 커패시터 소자로 많이 응용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 활성화 반응에 의한 Al2O3 박 막 제작 시 활성화 산소의 박막 제작에 미치는 역할을 조사하였다. 통상 스퍼터링 증착에서 산소 기체를 그대 로 주입하나, 여기서는 유도 결합 플라즈마 방식으로 산소 기체를 이온화 시켜 진공 용기 내에 주입함으로서 증착율의 변화를 조사하려한다. 기체의 유량과 활성화 정도에 따른 산화박막을 제작하여 필름의 물리적 특성 변화를 연구하였다. 유도 결합 플라즈마로 활성화된 산소를 주입함으로서 작은 양의 산소로 산화박막 증착율 을 높일 수 있었으며, 필름 또한 기판에 더 단단하게 흡착되어 경도가 증가함을 알 수 있었다.

        신경망 기반 음성, 영상 및 문맥 통합 음성인식

        The recent research has been focused on fusion of audio and visual features for reliable speech recognition in noisy environments. In this paper, we propose a neural network based model of robust speech recognition by integrating audio, visual, and contextual information. Bimodal Neural Network(BMNN) is a multi-layer perceptron of 4 layers, each of which performs a certain level of abstraction of input features. In BMNN the third layer combines audio and visual features of speech to compensate loss of audio information caused by noise. In order to improve the accuracy of speech recognition in noisy environments, we also propose a post-processing based on contextual information which are sequential patterns of words spoken by a user. Our experimental results show that our model outperforms any single mode models. Particularly, when we use the contextual information, we can obtain over 90% recognition accuracy even in noisy environments, which is a significant improvement compared with the state of art in speech recognition. Our research demonstrates that diverse sources of information need to be integrated to improve the accuracy of speech recognition particularly in noisy environments. 최근 잡음환경에서 신뢰도 높은 음성인식을 위해 음성정보와 영상정보를 융합하는 방법이 활발히 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이절적인 정보의 융합에 적합한 신경망 모델을 기반으로 음성, 영상 및 문맥 정보 등 다양한 정보를 융합하여 잡음 환경에서 고립단어를 인식하는 음성인식 기법에 대하여 기술한다. 음성과 영상 특징을 이용한 이중 모드 신경망 BMNN(BiModal Neural Network)을 제안한다. BMNN은 4개 층으로 이루어진 다층퍼셉트론의 구조를 가지며 각 층은 입력 특징의 추상화 기능을 수행한다. BMNN에서는 제 3층이 잡음에 의한 음성 정보의 손실을 보상하기 위하여 음성과 영상 특징을 통합하는 기능을 수행한다. 또한, 잡음환경에서 음성 인식률을 향상시키기 위해 사용자가 말한 단어들의 순차 패턴을 나타내는 문맥정보를 이용한 후처리 방법을 제안한다. 잡음환경에서 BMNN은 단순히 음성만을 사용한 것 보다 높은 성능을 보임으로써 그 타당성을 확인할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 특히 문맥을 이용한 후처리를 하였을 경우 잡음 환경에서 90%이상의 인식률을 달성하였다. 본 연구는 잡음환경에서 강인한 음성인식을 위해 다양한 추가 정보를 사용함으로써 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 제시한다.

        경피경간적 담도내시경을 이용한 거대 총담관결석의 전기수압쇄석술과 Endocoil 삽입

        Background/Aims: Electrohydraulic lithotrypsy(EHL) under cholangioscopic control has been performed for difficult bile duct stones. The percutaneous transhepatic approach is technically easy and useful in diagnosis and treatment of bile duct obstruction and stones. Biliary stenting with self expanding metal stent is gaining increasingly wider acceptance as a palliative treatment of bile duct obstruction. Methods: Between Sep. 1994 and Sep. 1996, EHL under choledochoscopy by percutaneous transhepatic approach was performed in 30 cases(Male: 13, Female: 17). After PTBD with 7F pig tail catheter, the percutaneous transhepatic passage was dilated over guide wire with dilaters of increasing size up to 16Fr in 3-Sdays. In one week, after fistula had been estabilished, choledochoscopy was performed. Results: (1) Mean age was 61.3 years. Mean stone number was 2.5. And mean stone size was 1.6 x 2.3 cm. (2) Com.plete removal of the stone was achieved in all patients(100%). (3) There were no serious complications. (4) In six cases, Endocoils were implanted with successful decompression of obstructions and simultaneous removal of biliary stones located at both side of stricutre. Conclusions: Percutaneous transhepatic choledochoscopy is easy and safe and assists in the diagnosis and treatment of biliary stricture and the management of difficult CBD stone.
