Objectives This study aimed to identify the differences and the profiles of cognitive deficits in remitted patients with schizophrenia and first-degree relatives of schizophrenic probands. Methods A total of 26 remitted states of schizophrenia patients were included in the study and the same number of unaffected first-degree relatives of schizophrenic probands and healthy controls were matched for age, sex, years of education. Cognitive function of all participants was measured by using the Digit span test, the Continuous performance test, the Rey auditory & visual learning test, the Complex figure test, the Verbal fluency test, the Wisconsin card sorting test and the Finger tapping test. The effects of subsyndromal symptomatology and general intelligence score were controlled. Results Schizophrenia patients' group showed more significant impairment than other groups in verbal memory (learning, immediate recall, delayed recall), visual memory (copy, immediate recall, delayed recall) and cognitive flexibility domains. The family group and the patient group commonly performed significantly worse than healthy controls in working memory and verbal fluency (category) tests. There were no differences in sustained attention, psychomotor performance. Conclusions Our research shows that the deficit in working memory and verbal fluency could be strong candidates of endophenotypic marker in schizophrenia.

전치의 심미치료를 위해 투명교정장치를 사용한 다각적 진료접근법

심미적인 전치부의 모습은 자연스럽고 건강한 미소를 위한 필수요건이며 대인관계의 자신감을 위해서도 중요한 요소이다. 전치부의 총생이=나 전돌이 존재하는 경우 단기간에 해결하기 위해 근관치료 및 과도한 치아삭제가 요구되는 경우가 많다. 하지만 이런 술식은 지속가능한 심미적 결과를 만들기 어렵다. 이런 경우 교정치료가 병행되어야만 수복이 필요한 치아들도 잔존 치질을 최대한 보존할 수 있을 것이다. 중장년층 환자들의 경우 교정 치료의 필요성을 절감하면서도 사회적 시선을 의식하여 브라켓을 이용한 전통적 방식의 교정치료 방법을 주저하는 경우가 많다. 이런 경우 투명교정장치는 좋은 선택지가 될 수 있다. 이에 투명교정만으로 심미적 요구를 해결한 증례와, 투명교정을 동반한 새로운 수복치료를 통해 만족스러운 결과를 얻은 다른 증례를 보고한다. The aesthetic appearance of the incisors is essential for a natural and healthy smile, and it is also an important factor for confidence in interpersonal relationships. If there is crowding or protrusion of the anterior teeth, root canal treatment and excessive tooth removal are often required to resolve it in a short period of time. However, it is difficult to achieve sustainable aesthetic results. In this case, orthodontic treatment will be necessary to preserve the remaining tooth structure as much as possible. Middle-aged and elderly patients are often aware of the need for orthodontic treatment, but they are hesitant to use the traditional orthodontic treatment method using brackets because of the social gaze. In this case, clear aligners can be a good option. So, in this article, a case in which aesthetic needs were resolved with clear aligners alone and another case in which satisfactory results were obtained through restorative treatment following clear aligners application are reported.

세라핀 투명교정창지를 이용한 포괄적 교정치료 증례 보고

현재 치아 교정 분야에서 투명교정의 중요성이 점점 더 부각되고 치아 교정 시장에서의 점유율도 점점 높아지고 있다. 현재 세계 1등 기업이 전 세계 시장의 대부분을 차지하고 있고 수많은 후발 주자들이 제품 개발에 많은 공을 들이고 있다. 국내에서도 많은 회사에서 투명 교정 시스템을 개발하고 있고 그 중에 세라핀 투명 교정 시스템은 세계 1등 기업의 제품과 마찬가지로 단순한 부분 교정이 아닌 포괄적 교정 치료를 지향하고 있다. 본 증례 보고에서 세라핀 투명 교정 시스템을 이용한 두 증례를 보고하고자 한다. These days, Clear aligners occupy an important position in dentistry, and have increased in popularity and in the market share of orthodontic treatment system. Currently, the world's No. 1 company occupies a significant portion of the global clear aligner market, and many latecomers are trying to follow. Serafin clear aligner system, which is one of domestic clear aligner systems pursues comprehensive orthodontic treatment, not just target tooth movement. Here I report two orthodontic treatment cases using Serafin clear aligner system.

Since the red grouper was declared to be overfished, the Gulf of Mexico Fishery Management Council must prepare for a rebuilding plan following the obligation under the U.S. Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act that the target stock size must be accomplished within a maximum 10-year period. In order to achieve the management goal, three fisheries management policies were proposed by the Council.This study was aimed to analyze the economic and biological effects of each fisheries management policy using a bioeconomic model. The model results indicated that otherwise the recreational catch was controlled, the target stock size was not attained in all management policies. When the recreational catch was regulated by the TAC policy, the target stock size was achieved under all policies. While both fleets gained an increased economic welfare under the policy 1, there were significant distribution effects on the different components of the fleet under the policy 2 and 3.Considering regional problems that the commercial sector might lose some of its market because of the inability to provide continuous supplies under the 5-month season closure policy and the longline fleet has serious negative impacts on the marime environment, management policy 2 was concluded to be most efficient.

As on advancement of touch screen technology and mobile communication, the use of smart phone has been growing explosively. Especially the development of application in smart phone is remarkable. The visibility and controllability according to the application layout are investigated in this paper. Moreover, the appropriate layout of application icon is derived. Experiments are conducted, in which performance time and preference scores are measured. It is found that the layout with grid and full size icon which is adopted in smart phone keypad control has the most preference and the highest performance. The results of the study can help the designer to optimally layout various functions.

전자거래에서의 블록체인 기반 전자문서 활용 연구 방안

블록체인은 어떠한 데이터를 네트워크 내의 참여 노드애 분산화하여 저장하는 기술이다. 이 목적은 기존의 인터넷 기술에서 보장하기 어려웠던 특정 데이터에 대한 무결성 보장을 실현할 수 있다. 기존의 인터넷 환경에서 데이터의 무결성 보장이 힘들었던 문제를 비잔틴 장군 문제라고 한다. 이 문제는 단지 시스템이 멈추거나 에러 메시지를 내보내는 것과 같은 장애뿐 아니라, 잘못된 값을 다른 시스템에 전달하는 등의 좀 더 그 원인을 파악하기 어려운 장애들까지 포함한다. 기존의 인터넷 보안 기술로는 Failure Model에서 Fail-stop, Crash, Omission, Performance까지는 해결할 수 있었지만 비잔틴 장애 허용은 명확한 해결방법이 없었다. 특히 전자거래에서 발생하는 전자문서가 저장, 보존, 공유 시에 블록체인 기술로써 무결성을 보장받는다면 현재 비대면 패러다임에서 전자거래가 더욱 활성화된다는 것은 틀림없다. 따라서 전자거래 시에 블록체인 기반의 전자문서 활용은 필수적이다. 본 글은 기존의 전자거래 및 전자문서의 문제점과 현재 연구 중인 사례를 제시하고 블록체인 기술의 활용 단계와 적용 방안을 제안한다.

Web1.0과 프로슈밍기반 Web2.0 서비스 가치생태계 비교

We first develop a value ecosystem framework to model the SDP(Service Delivery Process) of web services. Since the web service has been evolving from the basic web architecture (e.g., traditional world wide web) to a prosuming platform based on virtualization technologies, the proposed framework of the value ecosystem focuses on capturing the key characteristics of SDP in each type of web services. Even though they share the basic elements such as PP(Platform Provider), CA(Customization Agency) and user group, the SDP in the traditional web services (so-called Web1.0 in this paper) is quite different from the most recent one (so-called Web2.0). In our value ecosystem, users are uniformly distributed over (0, ?), where ?represents the variety level of users" preference on the web service level. PP and CA provide a standard level of web service(s) and prosuming service package, respectively. CA in Web1.0 presents a standard customization package(sa) at flat rate c, whereas PP and CA collaborate and provide customization service with a usage-based scheme. We employ a multi-stage game model to analyze and compare the SDPs in Web1.0 and Web2.0. Our findings through analysis and numerical simulations are as follows. First, the user group is consecutively segmented, and the pattern of the segmentations varies across Web1.0 and Web2.0. The standardized service level s (from PP) is higher in Web1.0, whereas the amount of information created in the value ecosystem is bigger in Web2.0. This indicates the role of CA would be increasingly critical in Web2.0: in particular, for fulfilling the needs of prosuming and service customization.
