Purpose – The purpose of this study is to identify factors influencing overseas expansion from various perspectives through prior research, and to identify the impact of sub-factors on the intention of the overseas expansion of medical institutions. Design/Methodology/Approach – In this study, factors influencing overseas expansion were classified into a resource-based view, an industrial organization view, and view of CEO characteristics, and were empirically identified through multiple regression analysis. Findings – As a result of analyzing the intention of domestic medical institutions to advance overseas, it was confirmed that in resource planning from a resource-based perspective, a department dedicated to overseas expansion had a positive (+) effect, market size and government support policies had a positive (+) effect from an industrial organization perspective, and experience and entrepreneurship from a managerial perspective . Research Implications – The overseas expansion of medical institutions has many different parts in the export and overseas expansion direction of general companies. In the public medical field of health and medical care, the overseas expansion of medical institutions has a strong aspect of profit generation, and the number of medical institutions interested in overseas expansion is inevitably small due to environmental uncertainty. In this respect, the results of this study, which analyzed the impact on the intention to advance into medical institutions, can be used in terms of creating an ecosystem for the overseas expansion of medical institutions by the government and supporting institutions.
노인일자리 지원을 위한 기초자치단체 조례 분석 : 서울특별시의 자치구 조례를 중심으로

본 연구는 노인일자리 지원조례의 형식과 내용을 분석하여 해당 조례가 형식적 타당성과 실효성을 갖고 있는지를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울특별시 내 자치구의 조례 13건을 분석대상으로 선정하여 각 조례의 내용과 구성을 분석하였다. 분석결과 조례의 제정목적과 사업내용 등 주요한 형식구성에는 큰 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 그러나 정책 적용대상 범위와 전달체계 관련 조항 유무에는 각 조례별 차이가 확인되었다. 특히 서비스에 대한 주민의 권리는 모든 조례에서 존재하지 않았으며 노인일자리 제공에 대한 자치단체장의 의무는 그 구체성이 부족하여 개선이 필요하였다. 실효성 측면에서는 전달체계 관련 조항이 없거나 규정의 강행적 성격이 부족하였으며 위원회 구성과 권리구제 관련 조항은 전반적으로 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 이 같은 분석을 기반으로 조례의 개선·보완 방향을 제안하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form and content of the Ordinance on Job Support for the Elderly, and to verify whether the Ordinance has formal validity and effectiveness. For this purpose, the 13 local ordinances of the municipal governments in Seoul were selected for analysis and the contents and composition of each ordinance were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, no major difference was found in the main form of the regulations such as the purpose of enactment of ordinances and contents of business. However, the scope of the policy application and the provision related to the delivery system were confirmed to be different by each regulation. In particular, residents' rights to services did not exist in all ordinances, and the obligation of local governors to provide jobs for the elderly was lacking in specificity and needed improvement. In terms of effectiveness, there are no provisions related to the delivery system or the mandatory nature of the regulations. Based on this analysis, this study proposed the directions of improvement and supplement of the ordinances.
주민자치회는 민주시민교육의 장이 될 수 있는가? : 춘천시 신사우동 주민자치회 사례를 중심으로

주민자치회는 민주주의의 원리와 가치를 생활세계에서 실현할 수 있는 제도적 공간이며, 시민으로 서 주민들이 스스로 책임지고 결정하는 민주주의 실천의 가장 중요한 단위이다. 본 연구는 주민자치회 의 실제 사례를 하버마스가 제시한 논증의 구조에 따라 실제 현상들을 이해하고, 주민자치회의 성공적 인 정착과 확산을 위한 작동기제가 무엇인지 분석하였다. 또한 자료와 실제적 현상을 설명해 주는 법 칙적 근거와 이를 지지하고 정당화 시켜주는 논의를 통해 주민자치회가 민주주의의 원리와 가치들을 내포하고 있으며, 민주시민교육의 장으로서 기능할 수 있는 가능성을 모색하였다. 본 연구는 첫째, 주 민자치회는 실질적인 주민자치를 이루기 위한 시민의 역량을 함양하는 민주시민교육의 장이 될 수

This paper proposes a novel design of a self-driving vending-robot and describes the prototype implementation results. The proposed robot generates the global rotational path from the waypoints selected by the human operator. Subsequently, the robot repeatedly drives itself along the global path. In the autonomous driving process, when the robot recognizes a person with a target gesture (i.e., purchaser), it approaches the purchaser and sells the products. Once the selling process has been completed, the robot returns to the global path and resumes driving on the path. To generate the global path and ensure that the robot can move along the path, we introduce a waypoint-based path generation and navigation algorithm. Furthermore, we develop a deep-learning-based purchaser recognition algorithm. To validate the proposed self-driving vending robot design, we implement the prototype on the ROS framework. The prototype robot can successfully operate under four scenarios, and the findings validate the proposed design for a self-driving vending robot. .

This study was carried out to investigate the possibility whether Metal Injection Molding (MIM) process could be applied to 95wt.%W-3.5wt.%Ni-1.5wt.%Fe heavy alloy in order to obtain an intricate shape. Methylcellulose was used in the injection molding for binder. $FeCl_2-4H_2O$ was added in solvent substituting Fe powder and $FeCl_2$ was doped on W-Ni premixed powder. When $FeCl_2-4H_2O$ was added in solvent, the binder separation occurred for injection molding so that the matrix content was changed. Such problem was solved when $FeCl_2$ was doped. In this study. the debinding process did not affect residual carbon content. The sintered microsouctures as addition methods of Fe element and the sintering temperature from $1420^{\circ}C$ to $1470^{\circ}C$, which are around the temperature of liquid phase formation, were observed.
