This study examines the characteristics and the degree of inhabitant's mental against to their residential environment which was developed within the boundary of Haedo Dong in Pohang City during the 1970s and the early of 1980s and currently designated as programed site for Urban Maintenance Project. Findings from the study are as follows; First, the numbers of household occupied by lessee were greater than the numbers of household occupied by homeowner. Second, most of the lessee was living in single family household. Third, although the degree of satisfaction for their residential environment was not so good in general perspectives the degree of satisfaction of the long term residents for their residential environment was slightly higher than the others. Fourth, the degree of satisfaction for their neighborhood was the most while the degree of satisfaction for public facilities such as parks was the least. Fifth, Urban maintenance project shall be proceeded to raise re-settlement ratio of residents, to enforce a business by steps, to lead positively participation of a resident and to enlarge role of administration.

윤리적 의사결정에 있어서 영향을 주는 요인들은 대부분의 경우 윤리적 문제가 개인의 양심과 관련된 사적인 문제라고 간주되어 왔다. 그러나 기업에서 발생하는 조직구성원의 비윤리적인 행동은 그 행위를 저지른 개인이 지니고 있는 개인 특성적 문제라기보다는 기업구조 및 문화와 관련된 경우가 많다. 따라서 윤리적 의사결정이 조직성과에 미치는 조직적인 요인을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과 첫째, 윤리적 의사결정의 조직성과에 대한 영향력은 대내적인 의사결정이 대외적인 의사결정에 비해 높은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 근로자의 직무만족, 신뢰, 윤리적 분위기 및 도덕적 역량 등은 기업외적 윤리적 의사결정의 평가 요인보다 내부적 요인에 의해 직접적인 영향을 받고 있음을 것을 시사한다. 둘째, 높은 조직의 장기비전 인지와 팀워크와 권한위양의 정도가 높을수록 윤리적 의사결정과 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 조직에서 구성원들과의 파트너십에 입각한 비전제시가 기업 및 근로자의 발전에 결정적이라는 것을 시사한다. 윤리적 의사결정은 조직문화에 의하여 영향을 받고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 조직문화는 단기간에 조성되는 것이 아니기 때문에 장기적 시각을 가지고 장기 전략의 일환으로서 윤리적 분위기 및 개인적 역량을 구비할 수 있는 경영기법과 교육훈련 등의 체계적인 도입이 이루어져야 할 것이다. Ethical-Decision Making is affected by various variables such as organization, personal, organizational situation. Ethical-Decision Making is caused by personal characteristic but it is more related with structure of corporation and organizational culture than personal characteristic. So Ethical-Decision Making is caused by personal characteristic and personal characteristic is considered role as a variable for Ethical-Decision Making of characteristic of organization. The result is as below. First, If there is ethics charter in organization and strength of its execution is higher, recognition of members is affected to Ethical-Decision Making that value pursued by corporation is getting higher. It means it is affected directly due to inner factor than evaluation of external Ethical-Decision Making of corporation. It is necessary that decision making of corporation is conducted clearly and member of organization is recognized that. Second, organizational culture is independent variables but control variables for High recognition for long term-vision regarding Ethical-Decision Making of corporation in recognition of long term vision and team-work/ empowerment. And also it is aware that there is difference of level of Ethical-Decision Making between many variables for control variables. That is, it is related with organization culture and differentiated education is required in consideration of characteristic of control variables in order to execute the future Ethical-Decision Making properly.

Eosinophilic gastroenteritis is a rare disease of unknown etiology. It is characterized by massive tissue infiltration of eosinophils in the layer of any area of gastrointestinal tract, increased peripheral blood eosinophil count and various gastrointestinal symptoms. There are mucosal, muscular, and subserosal types, of which the subserosal type may result in the development of eosinophilic ascites. The cancer antigen (CA) 125 tumor associated antigen can be produced by normal cells of different tissues derived from the celomic epithelium. Serum CA-125 serum level can be increased in a diversity of physiological nonmalignant and malignant conditions. We experienced a 23-year-old female patient with eosinophilic gastroenteritis, who was presented with abdominal distention. The patient`s serum and ascitic fluid revealed increased CA-125 level. Serum CA-125 level was normalized following the administration of corticosteroids. We report this case with a review of relevant literature. (Korean J Asthma Allergy Clin Immunol 2006;26:167-171)
