The primary issues for museums of all types are cultural equity and equal access. In a multicultural society, the many museums begin to reexamine the entity we call the community. Museums are public institutions. Their mission to preserve, exhibit, and interpret these collections for the public-not some of the public, but all of the public. This study reviewed recent literatures of the role of museums as agents of social inclusion and multicultural society. The community is not only an ethnic group, a neighborhood, or the residents of a defined era. We find ourselves integrally involved with other and with many different communities simultaneously. In this regard, museums have the responsibility for coming to terms with our neighborhood community. Museums should embrace cultural diversities in terms of their operation, exhibition, program and audience development. The study represents recent paradigm for exhibition and educational program focused on cultural diversity and multiculturalism. However, more attention and consideration of multicultural programs in the museum environments should be researched and developed. Such programs can provide understanding of the environment new immigrants find themselves in and can offer them an opportunity to share their cultural identification with their neighbors. Developing the museum policy and multicultural program for the community are the best contemporary thinking, then it is about the changing role of the museums for the public in a multicultural society.

The development of social platforms and digital technology has promoted the age of the communication in our society. As online communication has become commonplace, expressing feelings, thoughts and experiences on the Internet has become an everyday routine. Among them, SNS is one of the representative platforms for expressing oneself easily and interacting with other users. The way of communicating with the SNS about what they did and what experiences they experienced from one’s everyday lives became more common. As a result, the museum makes various efforts to enhance visitors' attention and interest with the use of SNS. It provides a content-based programs and museum environment that allow visitors to enjoy playing and learning at the same time. This study will explore not only a simple appreciation, but also the way of communicating to everyday life in terms of the changes for museum environment through the development, implementation and adaptations of digital technology. Through this, mobile-based communication with SNS provides various values and quality of museum visit, can be completed with meaningful museum experience, and various roles and functions of the museum are examined in terms of social platform of experience.

Background: We investigated associations between perirenal fat thickness and atherosclerotic calcification in six different vascularbeds. Methods: Using a community-based cohort (n=3,919), perirenal fat thickness was estimated from computed tomography scans. Itwas classified as Q1 (the lowest quartile) to Q4 (the highest quartile) in each sex. Calcification in the carotid arteries, coronary arteries, thoracic aorta, abdominal aorta, iliac arteries, and renal arteries was evaluated. Results: Perirenal fat thickness was associated with older age (P<0.01) and a higher prevalence of obesity, hypertension, and dyslipidemia (P<0.01 for all). Perirenal fat thickness was independently associated with renal arterial calcification even after adjustment for age, sex, body mass index, hypertension, dyslipidemia, smoking history, and family history of heart diseases in first-degreerelatives (odds ratio [OR] per quartile of perirenal fat thickness, 1.25; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.09 to 1.44). Compared to Q1,the odds of renal arterial calcification in Q4 was about two times higher (OR, 2.05; 95% CI, 1.29 to 3.25). After adjustment for renalarterial calcification and atherosclerotic risk factors, the only other vascular bed where perirenal fat thickness showed a significantassociation with calcification was the abdominal aorta (OR, 1.11; 95% CI, 1.00 to 1.23; P=0.045). Conclusion: Perirenal fat thickness was independently associated with vascular calcification in the renal artery and abdominal aorta.

The purpose of the study examines the changes and challenges of museum operation, exhibition and visitors perception in terms of adaption and application of digital media and information communication technology. The study represents recent issues for exhibition and educational program focused on museum identity. Museums are looking forward to new direction and roles for the public. Mobile, social services as a new media extend the role of museums. In this situation, exhibition methods such as interactive storytelling and gaming technologies have great experience and appreciation for potential for engaging visitors with museum exhibitions. They make visitors relate both physical and virtual environment using interactive technologies. In recent years there has been a dramatic rise in the number of social media technologies, which mean have employed to engage people in new ways under the web 2.0. The study suggests some ways in which museum might design and evaluate their social and digital media initiatives to ensure their success and sustainability, and offer some questions for further research.
