Scutellaria Radix, the dried roots of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi (Labiatae), has been used in oriental traditional medicine for treatment of fever urine disorder, diarrhea, inflammation. Present study was carried out for the gastroprotective effect of chrysin, baicalein, baicalin, wogonin from Scutellaria baicalensis. This reports evaluated antioxidant effect, antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori and HCI-ethanol-induced gastric lesion in rats and showed the significant effectiveness. It may be regarded that the antigastritic effects and antibacterial activity of baicalin, baicalein from Scutellaria baicalensis are originated from acid-neutralizing capacity, free radical scavenging effects and the antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori.

문학공간의 스토리텔링 방안 연구 -권정생을 중심으로-

문학공간의 스토리텔링 방안을 제시하는 일은 텍스트의 변용을 문화적으로 달성하고, 소비자들의 문화향수권을 담보할 수 있다는 가능성을 갖는다. 또한 지역문화 활성화에 대한 관심이 높은 오늘날에는 문학에 기반을 둔 문화콘텐츠로 향유자들의 정신적·물질적 가치를 고양하는 현장을 조성하고, 지역의 문화자원으로 활용할 수 있다는 점에서 주목받고 있다. 이 글은 권정생의 문학공간을 조망하여 스토리텔링 방안을 제시하는데 그 목표를 둔다. 알려진 바와 같이 권정생은 “파란만장한 민족의 역사를 응축해서 보여준 그의 삶과 문학은 이 땅에서 가장 폭넓은 공감을 자아”낼 수 있는 여러 편의 작품을 창작해 “한국 아동문학의 자존심”으로 불려왔다. 또한 안동시 일직면 일대는 작가가 보여준 검소함, 자연과 생명에 대한 애정, 사람들과의 끈끈한 정이 묻어나 대중의 흥미를 자극할 수 있다. 한편 스토리텔링 방안을 제안하는 일은 ‘권정생 동화나라’의 공간 구성의 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있어 문학연구의 실용성을 아우를 수 있다. To create a way of storytelling with authors, works, and the literary space can have the advantage of transmuting the literature as a cultural industry. In addition, It makes the consumers feel nostalgia for the culture. Especially, nowadays people are highly interested in using the local culture and ``cultural welfare``. So, cultural contents based on the literature receive a great deal of attention. There may be the reason that they make the basis to force up the mental and physical value to the consumer and can be used as resources of the local culture as well. In this article, we``ll look through the life of ‘Gwonjeongsaeng``, his works, and his literary space. Then, based on this, we find a small unit to make the story and present the storytelling methods. Gwonjeongsaeng is called “the pride of Korean juvenile literature.” His life and literary work gain the empathy from many people because they show “our rocky history”, therefore can be highly evaluated as a subject of study. And the literary space around the area of Andong Iljikmyeon also has a high value as a use of storytelling. The thrift over whole his life, his love about nature and life, his deep affection for people can be also possibly used as storytelling. And the storytelling created from his life could be used as a means to increase the utility value of ``Gwonjeongsaeng fairyland``, established in 2014.

재가 장애노인의 품위 있는 노화와 좋은 죽음 인식에 대한 질적사례연구

본 논문은 재가 장애노인이 생각하는 ‘품위 있는 노화’와 노화의 종결점인 ‘좋은 죽음’의 의미를 알아보고자 시도된 연구이다. 장애인의 노화 경험에 있어 차이점이 있다면 장애를 얻게 된 시기 및 장애의 중증도, 그리고 경제적 여건 및 함께 생활하는 가족 유무 등 현대사회에서 생활의 질 차이를 만드는 중요한 요인들이라고 생각하여, 이 요소들을 중심으로 참여자들과의 심층면접 내용과 이들이 쓴 글 등을 분석한 후 사례 간 공통점과 차이점을 알아보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 노화의 경험은 ‘통증과의 싸움’, ‘친숙했던 장애의 낯섦’, ‘외로움이 잠식하는 일상’, ‘낮아지기만 하는 삶의 질’, ‘무너져 내린 자존감’으로 정리되었고, 품위 있는 노화의 의미는 ‘자유와 초월’, ‘적응과 수용’, ‘성찰과 성숙’, ‘희망’, ‘향유’로 정리되었으며, 좋은 죽음의 의미는 ‘고통 없는 죽음’, ‘나를 정리할 수 있는 죽음’, ‘폐 끼치지 않는 죽음’, ‘존중 받는 죽음’, ‘도리를 다하는 죽음’으로 정리되었다. 이후 이를 다시 사례 간 상황분석을 실시하여 이론적, 정책적, 실천적 제언을 기술하였다. This study begins with the question of ‘how old people with disabilities perceive getting old and dying with dignity’. It tries to analyze commonalities and differences among the participants, considering that the participants would live a different life in a different conditions such as severity of impairment, time of disability-onset, economic environment, existence and nonexistence of family member living together. Indepth-interview, essays and diary which are written and permitted by participants for this study, study notes are used for analysis, and case study has been employed for methodology. The result of analysis has been organized into three themes: ‘The experience of getting old’, ‘Meaning of aging’, ‘good death’. ‘The experience of getting old’ has been arranged with ‘struggling with pain’, ‘becoming unfamiliar with his/her own disability’, ‘everyday life encroached by loneliness’, ‘decreasing life quality’, ‘collapsed self-esteem’, ‘Meaning of aging’ with ‘liberty and transcendence’, ‘adaptation and respectiveness’, ‘hope’, ‘enjoyment’, ‘good death’ with ‘death without pain’, ‘death after sorting the life’, ‘death not to cause trouble’, ‘death esteemed ’, ‘death after fulfilling duties’.

‘영남대로’의 브랜드스토리텔링을 위한 제언

‘옛길’이 지역의 역사문화자원과 생태환경을 선형으로 체험하는 대상이라는 의견은 낯설지 않으며, 이를 문화콘텐츠로 가공하여 지역경제를 활성화하려는 움직임도 어렵지 않게 찾아볼 수 있다. 그러나 대중에 선보인 다수의 ‘옛길’이 원래의 취지를 제대로 반영하지 못할 뿐 아니라, 대상의 고유한 의미와 정체성을 훼손한다는 지적에서 자유롭지 못하다. 이러한 지적은 왜 발생하고, 문제를 해결할 방법은 무엇일까? 본고는 질문에 답하기 위해 ‘영남대로’를 크게 세 가지 측면에서 살펴보았다. 이 길은 장구한 세월에 걸쳐 한반도를 종단하는 가장 빠른 길이자, 가장 긴 길로 ‘옛길’의 대표성을 지니며, 대중의 흥미를 자극할 수 있는 스토리가 곳곳에 서려 있어 문화산업적인 가치가 높은 편이다. 게다가 지금까지의 연구는 스토리를 발굴하고, 길의 정체성과 가치를 규명하기보다, 관련 건축물이나 시설물을 취합하는 수준에 머물러 있어 연구의 질적・양적 성장을 위해서도 논의가 필요하다는 점에서 논의의 가치가 있다. 본고는 선행연구의 한계를 보완하고, 활용에 실질적인 도움이 될 수 있는 방향제시와 시사점 도출을 위하여 첫째, ‘길’의 의미와 가치를 파악하고, 둘째, 중국의 ‘차마고도(茶馬古道)’와 일본의 ‘시오노미치(塩の道)’의 사례를 중심으로 ‘옛길’의 활용방안과 시사점을 검토하였으며, 셋째, ‘시간이 켜켜이 쌓인 길’과 ‘재화와 인재의 길’, ‘시대의 아픔을 함께 한 길’의 세 가지 화소를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 ‘영남대로’를 조명한 연구 성과가 많지 않고, 관련 콘텐츠가 거의 마련되지 않은 상황에서 촉발된 시론(試論)이나, 향후 관련 스토리텔링과 브랜드 구축에도 시사점으로 활용될 가능성을 아울러 갖는다. Contents based on the old road have been expected to function as a place where people can experience the distinctive historical resources and ecological environment of the region in a linear fashion, and to lead the revitalization of the local economy. However, contrary to expectations, related content was not free from the criticism that it would destroy its inherent meaning and identity. Why do these indications occur and how do I resolve related issues? In order to answer the questions above, we looked at “YeungNamDaero”(영남대로) in three major aspects. “YeungNam Daero” is the fastest road traversing the Korean Peninsula over a long period of time, and it is sufficient to represent the “old road” on the longest road, and there are stories hidden here and there that will be no shortage. This is also because previous research has been limited to collecting related buildings and facilities, rather than discovering the story and discovering the identity and value of the road, and there is a need for discussion about the quality and quantity of research. On the other hand, this paper proceeded with the following research in order to supplement the limits of the previous study and to derive the market for aromatic substances, which is a practical study for utilization, and suggested points. First, we understood the meaning and value of ‘Road.’ The second study focused on examples of the use and implications of “old roads” such as “Chama Gudao”(茶馬古道) in China an “Shionichi” (塩の道) in Japan. Thirdly, we presented three pixels of “The Roads Accumulated by Time,” “The Roads of Property and Human Resources,” and “The Roads Showing the Pain of Times.” This research is a trial study made in a situation where there is little research result that illuminates “YeungNam Daero” and there is little content related to it.In the future, we hope to this study can bring together the possibilities of being used as a suggestion for related story development and brand building.

생약복합제 Pulmuone Healthy Aloe Gel의 위장질환 개선 효과

Present study was performed for the development of a new supplementary product with gastroprotective effect. The preliminary screening were conducted for the effects of HCI.ethanol-induced gastric lesions in rats. Samples were aloe gel, active hexose correlated compound (AHCC) mentioned that have GI protective property and pulmuone healthy aloe gel (PHAG) that mixture of natural products from Pulmuone company. Aloe gel significantly inhibited HCI.ethanol-induced gastric lesions at the oral dose of 5 ml/kg. AHCC showed the strongest effectiveness at the oral dose of 1,200 mg/kg. PHAG also showed the significant effects at the oral dose of 10, 20 g/kg. In pylorus ligated rats, the treatments of aloe gel, AHCC and PHAG showed decrease in the volume of gastric secretion and acid output. And aloe gel, AHCC and PHAG significantly suppressed the aspirin-induced ulcer and chronic ulcer in pylorus ligated rats. The treatments of aloe gel and PHAG significantly reduced acetic acid-induced ulcer at the oral dose of 5 ml/kg and 10 g/kg for 12 days. In this study, we have found that PHAG had significant improvement in acute gastritis and ulcer at the dose of 20 g/kg and in chronic gastritis and ulcer at the dose of 10 g/kg. Also we evaluated the anti-bacterial activity against H. pylori treated with aloe gel, AHCC and PHAG. PHAG had a equivalent anti bacterial activity with ampicillin against H. pylori at the dose of 1 g/kg.

Angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma is a rare soft tissue tumor, occurring predominately in children and young adults, with a low grade malignant potency. This tumor should not be confused with, and is not identical to, the aneurysmal fibrous histiocytoma of skin. We reported a case of a 6-year-old female who presented with an asymptomatic 1.5 cm×1.5 cm sized erythematous nodule on the left knee of 3 years duration. The lesion showed a cystic tumor surrounded by fibrous pseudocapule in the dermis and subcutis and lymphoplasmacytic infiltrations in the perica-psular area. The tumor consisted of fibroblast-like and histiocyte-like cells and pseudovascular cysts. Clinical and histological findings led to the final diagnosis of angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma. 장애차별의 정치경제학적 분석: 장애차별과 사회정책의 관계를 중심으로

장애인의 사회적 차별과 배제, 그리고 이로 인한 사회적 지위를 설명하는 이론과 틀은 매우 다양하지만, 이러한 설명들 중 특히 정치경제학적 분석은 장애차별을 설명하는데 매우 중요한 기제라 할 수 있다. 그 이유 중 하나는 우리가 장애의 정치경제학을 통해 일상적인 삶에 와 닿는 중요한 영향들을 이해할 수 있기 때문이며, 또한 우리가 경험하는 장애의 모든 것들이 정치ㆍ경제와 분리시킬 수 없는 일들이기 때문이다. 이 글은 장애와 장애차별을 정치ㆍ경제학적 측면에서 분석해보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히 장애의 정치ㆍ경제적 성격이 강하게 드러나는 사회정책을 통해 어떻게 장애인을 통제하거나 배제하는가, 또한 그러한 사회정책이 어떻게 장애인의 임파워먼트에 도움이 되는가를 설명하려 한다. 먼저 왜 장애를 정치ㆍ경제의 결과물로 보아야 하는지에 대해 간략히 설명한 후 자본주의 경제구조 안에서 장애가 계급화되고 산업화되는 과정을 설명한다. 그리고 난 후 국가의 사회정책이 장애인에 대해 통제나 배제의 역할을 함과 동시에 장애인의 임파워먼트의 기제가 되고 있음에 대해 실례를 들어 설명할 것이다. Political-economic analysis, among other theories and expository frames, can be considered as one of the most important tools to explain the social status of and the social discrimination against disabled people. One of the reasons is that we can understand critical influences on daily life through political economics of disability, and that almost everything we experience in day-to-day context cannot be separated from political economics. This article aims to analyze disability and disability discrimination on the aspect of political economics. Especially this article tries to account for how disabled people have been controled or excluded through social politics, which reflect political economics of a certain society, and how they have been positively affected by social politics. Firstly, this article will explain why disability needs to be understood as a result of political economics. Secondly, it will look at the process of the classification and industrialization of disability within the frame of Capitalism. Lastly, it will claim that social politics can take an important role in empowering disabled people, even though it is undeniable that it has played as a mechanism of their social exclusion.

『노상추일기』의 현대적 가치와 활용방안

역사인물은 향유자에게 삶의 의미를 음미할 수 있는 계기를 제공하고, “우리 삶의 한 전형적인 인물의 삶이 이야기”하는 인류 보편가치를 환기하는 대상이다. 특히 지역의 입장에서는 “지역의 이미지를 창출하는 핵심 요소로 작용”할 수 있고, 역사인물이 ‘삶의 공간과 시간 매트릭스(matrix)’인 지역에서 강한 문화 생명력을 지닌 밈(meme)을 형성해 문화 의식과 정체성을 형성하는 데 도움을 주며, 지역의 문화자원을 촘촘히 연결하면서 독특한 장소성을 형성할 수 있다는 사실도 의미심장하다. 논자들은 논의의 구체성을 더하기 위하여 경상북도 구미시로 지역적 범위를 한정한 후 해당 지역의 출생자, 활동가, 묘소 등의 유적이 남아 있고, 지역에 일정한 영향력을 미쳤으며, 문화콘텐츠로 활용될 때 경제적･문화적 부가가 치를 창출할 수 있는 역사인물을 모색하였다. 이 과정에서 노상추(盧尙樞)와 그가 작성한 『노상추일기』에 주목, 텍스트에 서술된 일상을 바탕으로 노상추의 삶을 살피고, 현대적 가치를 도출하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 『노상추일기』는 사전적 의미의 일기를 초월하여 조선후기의 변혁기를 온몸으로 마주한 장남이자 가장이며 관직자였던 노상추가 가문과 문중, 향촌이라는 지역공동체, 나라에서 발생한 문제를 관찰하고, 올바르게 경영하고자 했던 고민이라고 보아야 타당하다는 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 또한, 노상추일기에 적용할 수 있는 물리적･환경적 요인을 중심으로 노철-노상추 부자의 인적･사회적 요인, 당대의 관찰자이자 기록자가 마주한 정서적･상징적 요인을 검토하고, 메타버스의 요소와 “노상추일기”를 연계하고자 하였다. 『노상추일기』로 노상추의 삶과 현대적 가치를 살피고, 그 결과를 메타버스로의 활용 가능성을 타전해 본 이 연구는 역사인물 노상추와 그의 일기를 구미시의 주요 문화자원으로 이해하는 계기가 될 것이다. Historical characters are objects that provide enjoyment with an opportunity to savor the meaning of life and evoke the universal value of humanity that “the life of a typical character in our lives tells.” In particular, it is also significant that the region can “act as a key element to create the image of the region,” contribute to forming a cultural consciousness and identity by forming a meme with strong cultural vitality in a region where historical and cultural resources are “space and time matrix of life.” We tried to proceed specifically with the research. We limited the scope to Gumi, Gyeongsangbuk-do Province. He then sought historical figures who could exert some influence on the region, function as a source of cultural content, and create economic and cultural added value as those who still retain the remains of the birthplace, activists, and graves. In this process, Noh Sang-Choo(盧尙樞) is the status and appearance of the prestigious four tribes from birth to death in Seonsangun(善山郡), and paid attention to the old lettuce, which had a identity of Yeongnam Namin(嶺南 南人). In addition, it was possible to gather opinions that his Noh Sang-Choo Diary( ) was a record that helped him understand the private and public areas. The authors tried to examine the life of the old lettuce and derive modern values based on the daily life described in the Noh Sang-Choo Diary. As a result, it was concluded that the Noh Sang-Choo Diary was a concern that Noh Sang-Choo, the eldest son, the head of the family, the family, and Social history of local regions(“Hyangchon”), who faced the transformation period of the late Joseon Dynasty, was considered appropriate. Focusing on the physical and environmental factors applicable to the Noh Sang-Choo Diary, the human and social factors of the Noh Sang-Choo management and the emotional and symbolic factors faced by the observers and recorders of the time were reviewed, and the elements of the metaverse were linked to the Noh Sang-Choo Diary. This study, which describes the life of the old lettuce, the present value derived from it, and the possibility of using it as a metaverse, which has recently become an issue, will serve as an opportunity to understand the Historical character, Noh Sang-Choo, and his diary as a major cultural resource in Gumi.
