We report here on a case of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in which liver involvement was the predominant clinical manifestation. A healthy 44-year-old man presented with upper abdominal pain, hepatosplenomegaly, thrombocytopenia, elevated AST, ALT and bilirubin, and marked elevation of lactate dehydrogenase and alkaline phosphatase. The abdominal CT scan showed only diffuse hepatosplenomegaly and uneven contrast enhancement of the spleen without any definite mass of the liver and spleen. US-guided aspiration biopsy of liver and the histologic examination confirmed a diagnosis of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, the diffuse large B cell type. Bone marrow biopsy showed the infiltration of malignant lymphoma cells. PET-CT showed an increased FDG uptake of the liver, spleen and long bones. The patient was treated with combination regimen of cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisone chemotherapy. Even in the absence of a mass lesion or lymphadenopathy, primary hepatic or hepatosplenic lymphoma should be considered in differential diagnosis of hepatitis or liver cirrhosis, especially for patients with diffuse hepatosplenomegaly and markedly elevated LDH.

세 어머니의 자녀교육 이야기: 유치원을 보낸 경험을 시작으로

The purpose of this study is to explore Korean mothers’ child education experiences and the meanings, by listening to stories of three mothers; who have sent their children to kindergarten that abide by the national curriculum and are now sending them to higher schools. Narrative inquiry was used as the research method. Three mothers were selected as research participants, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. First, the three mothers' experiences in child education varied according to their thoughts on education, life experiences, and surroundings. Second, the meanings of three mothers' education for children were as follows: the belief that my child's good character development is the best education in early childhood, the anxiety that keeps up like a tag, the various efforts to cope with anxiety, the desire for the best education, not the ordinary education, and the idea that my child's life is my life. This study is meaningful in that, by using the narrative inquiry, it was able to vividly capture the various incidents parents experience in educating their children in Korean society and their feelings, worries, and thoughts related those events. 본 연구는 국가수준 교육과정을 준수하고 있는 유치원에 자녀를 보냈고, 그 자녀를 현재 상급 학교에 보내고 있는 한국 어머니들의 자녀교육에 대한 이야기를 듣고 경험과 의미를 알아내는데 목적이 있다. 이를 달성하기 위해 내러티브 탐구를 연구 방법으로 채택하였으며, 세 어머니를 연구참여자로 정하여 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 세 어머니의 자녀교육에 대한 경험은 연구참여자가 가진 교육에 대한 생각, 이제까지의 경험, 주변 환경에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 둘째, 세 어머니의 자녀교육에 대한 의미는 내 자녀의 바른 인성 함양이 유아기 최적의 교육이라는 믿음, 꼬리표처럼 따라붙는 불안이라는 감정, 불안을 헤쳐 나가는 다양한 노력, 평범한 교육이 아닌 최선의 교육을 향한 갈망, 자녀의 인생이 곧 나의 인생인 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 연구참여자가 자녀를 교육하며 시공간적 삶 속에서 경험한 것들, 경험하고 있는 것들을 다각적으로 살펴보는 내러티브 탐구 방법을 사용함으로써 한국 사회에서 부모들이 자녀를 교육하면서 겪는 다양한 사건들과 그로 인한 부모의 감정과 고민, 생각 등을 생생하게 담아낼 수 있었다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

문화관광상품으로서의 넥타이 개발 : 공예염색과 DTP기법 효과를 통한 해양이미지 표현 중심으로

서해안고속도로와 KTX의 개통과 함께 최근 몇 년 사이에 서남권 지역의 바다를 찾는 관광객이 크게 중가 해옴에 따라 도서해양 특색이 가미된 해양문화관광상품의 연구개발이 절실히 요구되어졌다. 본 연구의 목적은 해양문화관광상품으로서 넥타이를 개발하는데 있어, 공예염색기법과 DTP(digital textile printing)기법을 적용하면서 해양이미지 특징이 각각 기법 효과에서 어떻게 표현되어 나타나는지 비교, 분석해 보는데 있다. 연구절차는 먼저, 낙지 등 해양의 특징적인 사진들을 통해 해양이미지의 색, 형태, 질감의 특징들을 발췌하였고, 그러한 특징들이 최대한 나타나도록 공예염색기법(주로, 홀치기기법과 번지기기법)과 DTP기법을 실험하면서 그 결과들을 넥타이에 적용시켜 비교, 분석하였다. 연구결과, 모든 염색기법들에서 해양이미지의 색 표현은 잘 드러났고 형태, 질감 효과면에서는 차이가 있었다. 홀치기염과 요소염색 적용 넥타이에서는 염료가 서로 침투되고 번지면서 자연스럽고 우연한 무늬와 돌출된 질감들이 표출되었는데 이들은 해양자원들이 가지고 있는 유동적인 형태와 질감들과 거의 비슷한 이미지로 나타난 것이다. 반면, DTP 기법 적용 넥타이에서는 해양자원들에서 보이는 수많은 작은 디테일까지도 반복적인 그래픽효과를 살려 의도적으로 무한대로 표현할 수 있었으나 홀치기염색에서처럼 실제 입체적으로 돌출된 효과는 낼 수 없었다. 또한, 공예염색 기법들이 제작시간과 노고가 많이 소요되어 단가가 비싸게 나온 반면 DTP기법은 대부분 컴퓨터와 프린트기계의 의해 작업이 진행되기 때문에 소요시간과 단가가 절약되고 재현과 수정변경이 용이하다는 장점이 있어 대량생산 가능성을 파악할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 통한 넥타이 상품이 질 좋은 해양문화관광상품을 제안할 수 있다는 점에서 의미있는 연구가 되리라 생각하며, 바다를 찾는 관광객들에게도 독특한 상품으로서 인상을 남길 수 있으리라 본다.

In this study, the occurrence and distribution of dictyostelid cellular slime molds was investigted from soils of typical forests in Mt. Nam and the effect of soil environmental factor on cellular slime molds was investigated. The fourteen species including two undescribed species were isolated as follows: Dictyostelium brefeldianum, Polysphondylium pallidum, P. violaceum, P. pseudo-candidum in Quercus mongolica-Sorbus alnifolia forests, D. purpureum, D. mucoroides var. stoloniferum, D. dimigraformum, D. brefeldiamum, P. pallidum, P. tenuissimum, P. violoceum, P. candidum, P. pseudo-candidum in Pinus densiflora forests, D. polycephahum, D. capitatum, d. brefeldianun, P. candidum in Robinia pseudo-acacia forests, D. purpureum, D. aureostipes var, aureostipes, D. polycephalum in Quercus acutissima forests, D. minutum, D. implicatum. in the site disturbed by human. The dominant species were P. pallidum, D. brefeldiamum, P. pseudo-candidum and D. dimigraformum were the undescribed species in Korea. Environmental factors such as soil pH, water content, organic content, total nitrogen and total phosphorus made a little effect on total species number, the number of clones.

언어치료임상실습에서의 임상장학이 실습생의 효능감ㆍ교수활동ㆍ대인관계에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적인 언어치료 임상 실습에서 임상장학이 실습생의 효능감과 교수활동, 대인관계에 미치는 영향 에 대해 규명하고자 연구를 실시하였다. 4주간의 언어치료임상실습 기간동 안 2명의 실습치료사들로 하여금 임상장학을 받을 수 있도록 지원하였고, 사전 · 사후 효능감 평가를 실시하여 변화 양상에 대해 알아보았다. 연구 결과 첫째, 임상장학을 실시한 경우 실습생의 효능감은 향상된 것으로 나타 났다. 둘째, 보육실습에서 임상장학이 실습생의 교수활동에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석한 결과 교사가 놀이 개입 시 상호작용하는 방법, 교구제작과 치 료계획안 작성, 아동의 행동관찰 기록에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아볼 수 있 었다. 이에 대해서도 임상장학을 실시했을 때 실습생의 두려움이 해소되고 자신감이 향상되는 등의 긍정적인 결과를 나타내었다. 셋째, 보육실습에서 임상장학이 실습생의 대인관계에 미치는 영향은 어떠한지를 분석한 결과실 습생 스스로의 행동에 대해 확신이 가지게 되었으며, 아동과 상호작용하는 것이 훨씬 당당하고 자신감 있어졌다는 것을 알 수 있었고 자신의 능력에 대한 믿음이 강해짐을 발견할 수 있었다.

NCS기반 바리스타 직무능력단위요소의 중요도와 만족도에 관한 연구 : 직무교육 이수기간을 중심으로

This study analyzed the level of importance and performance of coffee consumers considering the importance of barista education and competency unit element required to work as a barista during barista training period based on NCS - now rapidly expanding as an industry and job market in Republic of Korea. For this study, a survey was performed of coffee consumers in Busan that experienced coffee training more than once. The survey was made from Oct. 1 - Nov. 5 2017, and 223 valid samples were collected for empirical analysis(IPA) purpose. The summary of this study is as follows: First, the estimation result of importance and performance by the competency unit of research participants was that both milk steaming for coffee and coffee grinder were highly recognized in importance and performance. It seems to be that the visible performance is noticed by the same items during the training of research participants. Second, as for competency unit element of the research participants, level of importance and performance was high in coffee grinder operation/cleaning and espresso extracting etc. This is not only the most essential competency element in practical course of barista but also a basic element in coffee menu preparation, so it shows that the level of importance and performance is high both in basic course and in expert course.

The personal relationship is the interactive relationship among people. The behavior of a person influences directly or indirectly influence on other people. Variety of personal relationship is formed and developed differently in accordance with the kind of people relationship. Personal relationship is important factor influencing on personality and mental health. Yang, C. argues that the benefit of deep personal relationship in Christian life are as the followings: deep personal relationship makes people productive in his(her) work, it also gives spiritual stability and improves quality of life. Sweeten argues that the training program of personal relationship in the church inhances spirituality of the people. Therefore for further growth of the church it is very important to provide a training program or counseling service for improving personal relationship in the church. This paper discussed several methods for training and counseling under the Christian counseling approach. It is necessary to carry out further research on healthy personal relationship of church goers, which are urgently demanded in the current church.
