슬관절 자기공명영상에서의 골손상 : 위치와 동반 손상과의 관계

Purpose : The purpose of the study was to evaluate the relationship between the location of bone signal abnormality and associated injury, as seen on MR, in patients with acute knee joint injury. Materials and Methods: Thirty-six patients with acute knee injury and bone signal abnormalities on MR were included in this study. The femur and tibia were each divided into six compartments, namely the anteromedial, medial, posteromedial, anterolateral, lateral, and posterolateral ; these were obtained in each knee joint. We evaluated the location of bone signal abnormality and the corresponding arthroscopic or operative findings of injury to ligaments and menisci. Cases with signal abnormalities involving more than three compartments were excluded. Results : Bone signal abnormalities were demonstrated in 51 compartments. Most(84%, 43/51) were noted in the lateral half of the knee joint, the most common location being the tibio-posterolateral compartment(13/51). The femoro- lateral(11/51) and tibio- anterolateral compartment(8/51) were the next most common locations. All cases(13/13)with bone signal abnormality in the tibio- posterolateral compartment had tears at the anterior cruciate ligament, while 9 of 11 cases(81%) with abnormality in the femoro- lateral compartment had tears at the anterior cruciate ligament. Six of eight cases(75%) with signal abnormality in the tibio- anterolateral compartment had tears at the posterior cruciate ligament ; 31 of 43 cases (72%) with abnormality in the lateral half of the knee joint had tears at the medial collateral ligament. Six of eight cases(75%) with signal abnormality in the medial half of the knee joint had tears at the medial meniscus, but no lateral meniscal tear was found. Among patients with signal abnormality in the lateral half of the knee joint, the tear was lateral meniscal in nine of 43 cases(21%) and medial meniscal in six of 43(14%). Conclusion : The location of bone signal abnormality, as seen on knee MR, inpatients with acute knee joint injury could be an important finding suggesting associated injury.
Geoffrey Chaucer 의 The Canterbury Tales 에 나타난 내레이터와 청중/독자의 관계

이 논문은 Geoffrey Chaucer의 The Canterbury Tales의 주요 작품들이 내레이터와 청중/독자의 관계를 교묘하게 설정함으로써 문학적 효과를 거두고 있는 방법을 설명하고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 The General Prologue, The Pardoner's Tale and Prologue, The Wife of Bath's Prologue and Tale에 나타난 내레이터와 청중/독자의 관계를 분석하였다. 이 분석을 통하여 우리는 작가 Chaucer가 각각의 Tale속에 독특하고 개성 있는 내래이터를 창조하고 있으며 작가는 이 내레이터를 텍스트의 안과 밖에 존재하는 청중과 관련시켜 작품을 전개시킴으로써 텍스트의 의미를 명시적 및 암시적으로 증대시키고 있음을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 문헌분석방법을 사용하여 이원순의 생애에 초점을 두고 그의 체육활동이 우리나라 체육에 주는 의미를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이에 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 1890년 서울 을지로에서 출생한 이원순은 유년기 시절 배재학당, 관립외국어학교, 보성전문학교를 비롯해 미국으로 건너가 하와이대학 부동산학과에서 공부하는 등 당대의 지식인이었다. 둘째, 이원순은 대조선독립단 및 대한인동지회 회장을 역임했으며 대한민국임시정부를 조력(助力)하는 등 독립활동에 적극적인 행보를 보인다. 셋째, 이원순은 한국의 올림픽 참가를 위해 심혈을 기울였고, 제40차 IOC총회에 참석하여 한국NOC의 인준을 얻어 한국의 올림픽 참가의 길을 열었다. 이와 같은 이원순의 성공적인 IOC 가입 활동은 한국스포츠발전사의 획기적인 전환점이 된 것으로 평가할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to use the literature analysis method to discover the meaning of Won-soon Lee’s sports activities to the nation’s sports with to focus on his life. The study led to the following conclusions: First, Won-soon Lee was born in Eulji-ro, Seoul, in 1890, Afterward, he continued his education at Foreign Language School and Bosung Professional School before moving on to the University of Hawaii for his major in real estate. He was one of the fore-running intellectuals of the time. Second, Won-soon Lee served as president of the Korean Association for the Independence of the Chosun Dynasty and Korean Association and was actively engaged in independent activities such as assisting the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea. Third, Won-soon Lee strived to find ways for South Korea’s participation in the Olympics and attended the 40th IOC General Assembly, obtaining the approval of the NOC for Korea and enabling South Korea to participate in the Olympics.

Polyimide is used in various industries as a representative engineering plastic. Its application to flexible displays, solar cells is increasing. However, harsh movements inherent in flexible devices during their use, along with the brittleness of the colorless polyimides (CPIs), can easily cause micro-level damage during service. To solve this problem, in this study, self-healing polymer bilayer films (PBFs) were designed in response to various environments. CPIs was used for the bottom substrate, and a polydimethylsiloxane film impregnated with microcapsules (LOMC) containing linseed oil was used as the upper healing layer. PBF loaded with 5wt% of LOMC showed excellent transparency and self-healing properties under various conditions. The proposed approach advances the extrinsic healing of colorless polymers in a kinetically effective way without compromising their chemical composition.
