Synthesis and characterization of silver particles for highly conductive metallic pastes

Synthesizing silver particles with tunable sizes in the sub-5 μm regime and good uniformity is essential for their applications in microelectronics. Here, we demonstrate a facile and scalable synthetic route to uniform silver particles in the range of 100 nm-5 μm based on an aqueous solution assisted synthetic method. A simple and effective approach to aqueous based synthesis of silver particles was demonstrated and the effect of temperature on controlling size of silver particles was studied. The focus is on efficient synthesis of pure colloidal silver particles with low sintering temperature and their potential application. The use of the microsized metallic particles allows the formation of the highly conductive patterns followed by heat-treatment at temperatures much lower than the bulk melting temperature. The resistivity variation and characteristic of the silver electrodes was monitored as a function of temperature using a four- point probe and SEM, XRD as well as TGA.

본 논문은 유비쿼터스 사회를 실현하기 위해 준비되어야 할 핵심기술을 정의하고 관련 최근 동향을 살펴봄으로써 현재 기술수준과 실현가능성을 가늠해 보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 먼저 유비쿼터스 사회의 모형이라고 할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 지능공간(Ubizuitous Smart Space)개념과 이를 구현하기 위해 필요한 5가지 핵심기술분야를 설명한다. 특히 U 컴퓨팅 인프라 기술을 고도지능화 기술과 네트워크 기술로 구분하여 집중 조명하여 요소기술분야를 설명한다. 특히 U 컴퓨팅 인프라 기술을 고도지능화 기술과 네트워크 기술로 구분하여 집중 조명하여 요소기술들과 기술개발 동향을 소개한다. 한편 국가별로 추진되고 있는 유비쿼터스 기술로 대변되는 미래기술개발 정책과 추진체계를 고찰함으로써 한국의 경쟁력과 우열을 비교하고 최근에 꾸준히 추진되고 있는 주요 프로젝트들의 구체적인 개발성과를 소개한다. 마지막으로 유비쿼터스컴퓨팅사업의 추진 경험을 통해 미래사회 요구사항을 만족하기 위한 바람직한 통합연구 개발 프레임워크를 제안한다.

본 논문에서는 B-ISDN에서의 동적 라우팅 성능을 비교 분석한다. B-ISDN은 여러 가지 다른 종류의 대역폭 요구조건을 가지는 서비스를 지원한다. 망은 K개의 트래픽 클래스를 제공한다고 가정하고, 유한 K차원 마르코프 사슬로 모델링한다. 설정된 라우트에서 필요한 만큼의 대역폭이 유효하지 않으면 도착된 호는 블록킹된다. 직접 라우팅, 우회 라우팅과 트렁크 예약방식이 성능비교를 위해 검토된다. 본 논문에서는 또한 제한적인 접속 제어를 동반한 우회 라우팅을 고려하는데, 이것은 좀더 높은 전송 순위를 가지는 트래픽 클래스에 일정량의 트렁크를 할당하는 방법이다. 반복적인 계산 기법을통해서 각 상태에서 머무르게 되는 평형 확률과 각 호가 겪는 불록킹 확률을 구하였다.

CIGS 박막태양전지를 위한 반사방지특성을 가진 용액공정 투명전극

Silver nanowire (AgNW) networks have been adopted as a front electrode in Cu(In,Ga)Se2 (CIGS) thin film solar cells due to their low cost and compatibility with the solution process. When an AgNW network is applied to a CIGS thin film solar cell, reflection loss can increase because the CdS layer, with a relatively high refractive index (n ~ 2.5 at 550 nm), is exposed to air. To resolve the issue, we apply solution-processed ZnO nanorods to the AgNW network as an anti-reflective coating. To obtain high performance of the optical and electrical properties of the ZnO nanorod and AgNW network composite, we optimize the process parameters - the spin coating of AgNWs and the concentration of zinc nitrate and hexamethylene tetramine (HMT - to fabricate ZnO nanorods. We verify that 10 mM of zinc nitrate and HMT show the lowest reflectance and 10% cell efficiency increase when applied to CIGS thin film solar cells.

가토신장의 Soluble-form Trehalase의 정제 및 성상

The purification and some properties of trehalase(α, α-trehalose 1-D-glucohydrolase, EC 3.2.1.28) in rabbit kidney has been studied. The activity of trehalase was measured by the method of lapp and mason. Soluble form trehalase was purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation, DEAE-cellulose and Sephadex G-200 column chromatography. The result obtained were as follows; 1. The activity of trehalase in rabbit kidney was 232 units/g. This enzyme was distributed in the cytosolic, mitochondrial and nuclei fraction. About 25% of the total activity was found in the cytosolic fraction. 2. The soluble form of trehalase was purified approximately 112-fold. 3. This enzyme was highly specific for trehalose as substrate. 4. The optimum pH of the trehalase was 6.0 in phosphate buffer. Acetate buffer, however, shifted the optimum pH to 5.2. 5. The optimal temperature of trehalase was 55℃. 6. The apparent molecular weight of the rurified enzyme was estimated to be 70,000 by Sephadex G-200 gel filtration.

조직문화유형이 교직원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 리더십유형과 직무소진의 매개효과 - 충청지역 대학교를 중심으로

Recently, the nation’s universities have focused on capacity building as they face social changes and survival crises stemming from low birthrates, aging populations, and the economic downturn. In particular, the school aims to overcome the crisis caused by the decrease in the number of college-bound students and the closure of some universities, and to establish an organizational system to cope with serious social and environmental changes. Therefore, in this paper, the mediating effect of leadership style and job burnout was studied on the effect of university organizational culture on the job satisfaction of staff. According to the research results, the job satisfaction of the faculty members increased when the organizational culture type of the university was the development culture or the consensus culture type, and decreased when the culture was hierarchical. In addition, In the case of supervisors’ transformational leadership and servant leadership, but decreased in transactional leadership. In the effect of leadership on job burnout, transactional leadership had a negative impact on national universities, and servant leadership had a positive impact. In the case of private universities, transactional leadership and servant leadership had a positive impact, while transformational leadership had a negative impact. Therefore, through the transformational leadership and servant leadership, the job burnout of the staff showed a lot of changes, and the suppression of transactional leadership showed the mediating effect of reducing the job exhaustion of the staff. Therefore, leadership was analyzed to have a great influence on the organizational culture and job satisfaction of university staff. 최근 우리나라의 대학들은 저출산과 고령화 현상 및 경기침체 등에 따른 사회적인 환경변화와 생존위기에 직면하면서 대학의 조직체계를 역량강화에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 특히 대학입학 학생 수의 감소와 일부 대학의 폐교에따른 위기감을 극복하고 심각한 사회적 환경에 대응할 수 있는 조직체계를 갖추는데 큰 목적을 두고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학의 조직문화유형에 따른 교직원의 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 리더십유형과 직무소진의 매개효과를연구하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 대학의 조직문화유형이 발전문화와 합의문화 유형일 경우 교직원의 직무만족은상승하였고, 위계문화일 경우에는 하락하였다. 또한 상사의 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십일 경우 직무만족은높아졌고, 거래적 리더십일 경우에는 낮아졌다. 리더십이 직무소진에 미치는 영향에서는 국립대학의 경우 거래적리더십이 부정적인 영향력이 있는 반면, 서번트 리더십은 긍정적인 영향력이 있었고, 사립대학의 경우 거래적 리더십과 서번트 리더십은 긍정적인 영향력이, 변혁적 리더십은 부정적인 영향력이 나타났다. 따라서 변혁적 리더십과 서번트 리더십을 통해 교직원의 직무소진이 많은 변화를 보였고, 거래적 리더십을 억제시키면 교직원의 직무소진을 감소시키는 매개효과가 나타났다. 그러므로 리더십은 대학교 교직원의 조직문화와 직무만족에 많은 영향을 준 것으로 분석되었다.
