진정성 리더십이 심리적 계약에 미치는 영향: 절차공정성과 상사신뢰의 매개효과

This study investigated the influence of authentic leadership on psychological contract. In addition, through mediation analysis, mediating roles of procedural justice and leader trust were examined. The data was collected from 180 employees working with several companies based in Korea. Furthermore, 162 responses were put into analysis after filtering out inappropriate responses. The results showed that authentic leadership has positive relationship with psychological contract, procedural justice, and leader trust. Additionally, both procedural justice and leader trust have positive relationship with psychological contract. Mediation analysis suggested significant mediating effects for both procedural justice and leader trust. Finally, based on the result of the analysis, implications, limitations and suggestions for future research were discussed.

This study attempted to observe muscle activity and muscle fatigue among isotonic exercise of Biceps Brachii and Deltoidus Medius, which correspond to upper limb muscles, using metronome. For the experiment, 13 adult men participated to evaluate biosignals (ECG, EMG). For quantitative evaluation, 1RM and MVIC test were carried out and a constant pace isotonic excise session was conducted. Five sets of exercise were performed, and each set proceeded to the failure point while the speed condition (30bpm) was assigned. As a result of the experiment, muscle activity in both muscles was significantly reduced in fifth set compared to first set. Muscle fatigue has been confirmed to occur at a significant level within the set, but there was only a significant difference in both muscles in the first and second sets between sets. This is similar to the results of previous studies that gives the same rest time(2min), but further research is needed to see if the conditions for the number of repetitions are affected. Based on the recent increase of interest in muscle strength exercise, this study was conducted to observe the results by varying the conditions of common exercise.
DS-확산대역 시스템에서 격자형 IIR 노치필터를 이용한 협대역 간섭신호 제거 알고리듬

본 논문에서는 DS-확산대역 시스템에서 격자형 IIR 노치필터를 이용하여 협대역 간섭신호를 제거한다. 이를 위하여 우선 갑섭신호의 주파수와 파워가 격자형 IIR 노치필터에 의ㅏ형 추정된다. 그리고 또 다른 IIR 노치필터를 수긴기 닾에 위치시키고 노치의 위치가 추정된 갑섭신호의 주파수에 있도록 한다. 그러나 단워원 위에 영점이 존재하는 IIR 노치필터는 간섭신호 뿐만 아니라 노치부분의 신호 성분도 제거하므로 데이터의 왜곡이 발생하게 된다. 따라서 이러한 데이터의 왜곡을 줄이기 위해서 필터의 노치 깊이를 조절하는 알고리듬을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 노치필터 출력의 신호 대 잡음비를 필터 파라미터에 대한 식으로 유도하고 이를 최대로 하는 최적의 노치 깊이를 구하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 제안한 알고리듬이 기존의 FIR 노치필터나 FIR LMS 알고리듬에 비해 좋은 성능을 갖는다는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
침대 형태에서 기능성 직물 전도성 전극 위치에 대한 심전도 측정 방법의 Pilot Test

Electrodes are one of the types of biosensors capable of measuring bio signals, such as electrocardiogram (ECG) and electromyogram (EMG) signals. These electrodes are used in various fields and offer the advantage of being able to measure ECG signals without the need for skin attachment, compared to Ag/AgCl electrodes. The pur- pose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of conductive textile electrodes in collecting ECG signals in a bed- like environment. Three adult participants were involved, and a total of 30 minutes of ECG signals were collected for each participant. The collected ECG signals were analyzed to determine the heart rate, normLF and a comparison was made between the conductive textile electrodes and Ag/AgCl electrodes. As a result, the change in heart rate and normLF could be observed, and in particular, the difference between the two electrodes decreased. This study confirmed that conductive textile electrodes can effectively collect ECG signals in a bed-like environment. It is hoped that this research will lead to the development of a system that can detect various sleep-related diseases through the use of these electrodes.
