삼단봉으로 대상을 가격했을 때 손에 전달되는 충격력에 관한 연구

This study intends to suggest a supplementary point in the situation where there is insufficient research on safer and more efficient use of the samdanbong, which is used by security guards, the police, and even the general public for self-defense and situation-solving in emergency situations. We propose a three-stage rod to reduce damage from the impact force transmitted to the hand when using the three-stage rod. The three-stage rod proposed here alleviates the impact force transmitted from the intermediate rod by inserting an elastic body into the portion connected between the handle rod and the intermediate rod among the rods constituting the three-stage rod. In order to verify this, as a result of comparative analysis of the existing triple rod and the proposed triple rod through computer simulation, it was confirmed that the impact force transmitted by hand in the triple rod proposed in this study was reduced compared to the existing triple rod. 본 연구는 경비원과 경찰, 일반 국민들까지도 긴급한 상황에서 호신 및 상황 해결을 위하여 사용하고 있는 삼단봉과 관련하여 보다 안전하고 효율적인 사용에 대한연구가 미비한 실정에서 이에 대한 보완점을 제시하고자 한다. 삼단봉을 사용하여 물체를 타격할 때 손에 전달되는 충격력으로부터 피해를 줄이기 위한 삼단봉을 제안한다. 여기서 제안한 삼단봉은 삼단봉을 구성하는 봉 중에손잡이 봉과 중간 봉 사이에 연결되는 부위에 탄성체를 끼워 설치함으로써 중간 봉으로부터 전달되는 충격력을 완화 시켰다. 이를 검증하기 위해서 기존 삼단봉과 제안한 삼단봉을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해비교 분석한 결과, 본연구에서 제안한 삼단봉이 기존 삼단봉보다 손으로 전달되는충격력이 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다.

손에 전달되는 충격력 완화를 위한 경찰 삼단봉에 관한 연구

In order for police officers to suppress criminals during their duties, there are various suppression equipment, but in general, they are often suppressed using a three-stage rod. Three-stage rod Peak, which is currently distributed and used by police officers, is used with inconvenience because the impact force generated during the strike is greatly transmitted to the police officer's hands. Accordingly, this study proposed a three-stage rod with enhanced impact force mitigation function transmitted by hand. Police equipment with safe and excellent performance will increase the work efficiency of police officers, which will lead to securing the safety of the people. As a result of comparing and analyzing the police three-stage rod used by the existing police and the police three-stage rods proposed in this study through computer simulation, it was confirmed that the impact force of the police three-stage rods proposed in this paper was reduced by hand. When hitting an object with the proposed police three-stage rod, the impact transmitted to the intermediate rod through the upper rod can be mitigated in the process of passing through the elastic rod, 경찰관이 임무 수행 중에 범죄자들을 제압하기 위해서는 다양한 진압장비가 있으나 일반적으로 삼단봉을 사용하여 진압하는 경우가 많다. 현재 경찰관들에게 보급되어 사용되고 있는 삼단봉은 타격 시에 발생 되는 충격력이 경찰관 손에 크게 전달 되어져 사용하는데 불편함을 지닌 채 사용 하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 손으로 전달되는 충격력 완화기능이 강화된 삼단봉을 제안하였다. 안전하고 우수한 성능을 지닌 경찰장비는 경찰관의 업무 효율을 높이고 이는 국민의 안전을 확보하는 결과로 이어질 것이다. 기존 경찰에서 사용하는 경찰 삼단봉과 본 연구에서 제안한 경찰 삼단봉을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통해 비교 분석한 결과, 본 논문에서 제안한 경찰 삼단봉이 기존 삼단봉보다 손으로 전달되는 충격력이 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다. 제안한 경찰 삼단봉으로 물체를 타격할 때 상단 봉을 통하여 중간 봉으로 전달된 충격은 탄성체 봉을 통과하는 과정에 완화할 수 있도록 하여 손잡이 봉으로 전달되는 충격력이 완화되는 효과를 확인하였다.

공공 클라우드 환경에서 보안성 향상을 위한 전송계층 프로토콜 분석・평가

Governments and public agencies try to use the cloud to carry out their work and provide public services. However, a public cloud is vulnerable to security side because it has a structure to support services using public networks (i.e, the internet). Thus, this paper finds the general security vulnerabilities of a network and compares and analyzes the characteristics of transport protocols (UDP, TCP, SCTP, and MPTCP) on the basis of their security vulnerabilities. This paper uses a reliability and security factor for the comparative analysis, evaluates the security exposure, and chooses a suitable protocol considering the security of the transport protocols in the cloud circumstance. 정부 및 공공기관에서는 업무 및 서비스 제공에 있어 공공망을 활용한 클라우드 서비스를 촉진하고자 하나 공공망(인터넷)을 이용하는 구조로 인해 보안상의 취약점이 발생하기 쉽다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공공망을 사용하는 클라우드 네트워크의 일반적인 보안 취약점을 도출하고, 이를 기준으로 UDP와TCP 계열 프로토콜(TCP, SCTP, MPTCP)의 보안 관련 특성을 비교 분석하였다. 비교 분석에는 신뢰성 및 보안성 요소를 사용하였으며, 보안 노출도를 평가하고 전송 프로토콜 중 보안성 측면에서 가장 적합한 프로토콜을 선정하였다.

Wir leben heute in der sosenannten Wissensgesellschaft. Diese Geseilschaft kann durch den Zugang zu immensen Wissens- und Informationsbestanden sowie durch einen fruher nicht denkbaren Grad an $Akualit\"{a}t$ dieser Informationen gekennzeichnet werden Deutsche Unternehmen haben bereits erkannt, dass das Wissen ihrer Mitarbeiter den Wert eines Unternehmens $ma{\ss}geblich$ bestimmt. Deshalb fordern sie von ihren Mitarbeitern, sich immer speziellere, immer neuere Wissensinhaite bzw. Informationen immer schneller anzueignen. Dies gilt auch $f\"{u}r$ Fremdsprachen, deren Kenntnis im Prozess der weit vorangeschrittenen Internationalisierung und Globalisierung als ein wesentliches Instrument vorausgesetzt wird. Der Hangel an fremdsprachlichen $F\"{a}higkeiten$ in Betrieben wirkt sick vol allem auf ihre Kompetenz im Umgang mil einer steigenden Anzahl von $Gesch\"{a}ftskontakten$ und ihre $ausl\"{a}ndischen$ $M\"{a}rkte$ aus. D. h. er bedeutet in einer durch zunehmenden Wettbewerb bestimmten Weit Marktverluste. Unternehmen sollen Herausforderungen $bew\"{a}ltigen$, die $gro{\ss}e$ interaktive und kommunikative $F\"{a}higkeit$ erfordern, $Ver\"{a}nderungen$ zu begreifen, sich ihnen zu stollen und sie zu $\"{u}berwinden$, um erfolgreich einen $gr\"{o}{\ss}eren$ Wirkungskreis auf den $Weltm\"{a}rkten$ zv erreichen. Deutsche Unternehmen erkennen inzwischen die besondere Bedeutung von $Fremdsprachenf\"{a}higkeiten$ ihrer Mitarbeiter $f\"{u}r$ Erfdlgssicherung und -ausbau. Diese Erkenntnisse ergeben sich auch aufgrund von Unternehmensbefragungen (z.B. vom Institut der deutschen Wirtschafi, $K\"{o}ln$). In fast allen Unternehmen ist Englisch die Fremdsprache Nummer Eins. Sie brauchen allerdings mehr als eine Fremdsprache. In der Regel werden zwei bis drei Fremdsprachen pro Betrieb $ben\"{o}tigt$. Wie $gro{\ss}$ der Fremdsprachenbedarf ist, $h\"{a}ngt$ von verschiedenen Faktoren ab: 1) Je $gr\"{o}{\ss}er$ ein Betrieb ist, desto wichtiger werden die fremdsprachlichen $F\"{a}higkeiten$ seiner Mitarbeiter. 2) In Firmen mit Auslandsverbindung und Unternehmen, die Teil eines $ausl\"{a}ndischen $Betriebes sind bzw $ausl\"{a}indische$ Niederlassungen haben, ist der Fremdsprachenbedarf von $gro{\ss}er$ Bedeutung. 3) Nach Branchen ist der Fremdsprachenbedarf differenziert. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind im exportorientierten produzierenden Gewerbe unverzichtbar. 4) In den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen werden Fremdsprachenkenntnisse differenziert $ben\"{o}tigt$. Funktionsbereiche wie Verkauf und Kundenbetreuung haben den $st\"{a}rksten$ Fremdsprachenbedarf, Kommunikation ist eine wesentliche Voraussetzung $f\"{u}r$ erfolgreiche Verhandlungen. Je $gr\"{o}{\ss}er$ die sprachliche $F\"{a}higkeiten$ und das Geschick der Mitarbeiter sind, umso besser laufen die $Gesch\"{a}ftsverhandlungen$. Damit wird klar, weshalb sich viele deutsche Unternehmen beim Fremdsprachenlernen, bzw. bei der Fort- und Weiterbildung von Fremdsprachenkenntnissen ihrer Mitarbeiter spendabel zeigen.
