The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting satisfaction of the park by selecting Gyeongchun Line Forest Park as the target site to relieve the inconvenience of people using a park. As the number of park users increased after COVID-19, complaints about using the park also increased. Through the survery the factors affecting satisfaction were identified by dividing them into categories of saftey, accessibility, and comfort and do an on-site investigation. In order to increase the safisfaction of the park, lighting and visual connection were important in terms of saftey, accessibility and guidance width and movement speed were importatnt in comfort.
꽃꽂이시 절화조합이 장미의 절화수명과 미생물 증식에 미치는 영향

Various combinations of cut rose and other cut flowers were accomplished to provide basic data for vase life extension of cut rose. The vase life of cut rose combined with other cut flowers was as follows ;rose (8 days) > rose + gladiolus (6 days) > rose + calla (4 days) > rose + chrysanthemum (4 days) > rose + carnation (3 days) > rose + gerbera (2 days). The vase solution of cut rose without other cut flowers had the lowest concentration (1.2×105 CFU/mL) of bacterial cells. On the other hand, The vase solution of cut rose with gerbera had the highest concentration (9.3×106 CFU/mL) of bacterial cells. From the above results, it is concluded that vase life of cut rose is extended by reducing the bacterial cells in the vase solution though the proper combination with effective cut flowers.
電導性 Polyvinylidene fluoride/Polyacrylonitrile/Polypyrrole 複合體 필름의 製造와 電氣的 性質

Electrically conducting PVDF/PAN/poly(pyrrole) composite r s have teen prepared by polymerizing pyrrole vapor in PVDF/PAN composite films impregnated with ferric chloride as an oxidant. As polymerization of pyrrole proceeds, poly(pyrrole) has been observed as uniform continuous phase in PVDF/PAN composites. The electrical conductivities of composite films reach in the range of 10^-3∼10^-2S/cm and the stability of conductivity to the ambient air exposure is excellent. The formation of poll (pyrrole) in PVDF/PAN composites has induced increasing disorder in host composite matrix and increased the tensile elongation.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the association among nutrient intakes and health-related lifestyles with cardiovascular disease risk assessed by blood lipid profile according to Apolipoprotein E genotypes. Middle-aged industrial male workers who had completed their annual medical examination were recruited and data of 675 subjects who finished the nutrient survey were used in the analysis. Anthropometric parameters, dietary assessment (FFQ), health-related lifestyles and blood profiles were used for statistical analyses. Apo E genotype groups were classified into the following three genotypes: Apo E2 group (including E2/E2, E2/E3, E2/E4), Apo E3 group (including E3/E3), Apo E4 group (including E3/E4, E4/E4). The frequency of Apo E2, E3, and E4 allele were 13.3%, 75.0% and 11.7% respectively. There were no significant differences in the anthropometric parameters depending on different Apo E genotypes. Also, no significant differences in the nutrient intakes were found according to the genotype groups. The nutrient intakes of all subjects were similar to or higher than the level of KDRIs (Dietary Reference Intakes For Koreans) except for intakes of calcium (67.44% of KDRIs), vitamin A (73.83% of KDRIs) and vitamin B2 (78.02% of KDRIs). Also, there were no significant differences of health-related lifestyles according to Apo E genotype groups. As for the lipid profiles, Apo E4 group had significantly higher total and LDL-cholesterol concentrations than the Apo E2 group (p < 0.05). We confirmed that plasma total and LDL-cholesterol concentrations were greatly influenced by Apo E genotypes. However, nutrient intakes and health-related lifestyles were not associated with Apo E genotypes.
Nylon 6/Polyvinylalcohol 복합체의 비등온 결정화속도

The non-isothermal crystallization Kinetics of Nylon 6 from the blends of Nylon 6 and poiyvinylalcohol has been investigated by using differential scanning calorimetry. Avrami equation has been employed to analyze the non-isothermal crystallization behavior. By the addition of polyvinylalcohol the crystallization rate of Nylon 6 has been retarded and the crystallinity decreased. Rapid cooling or heating rates increase the crystallization rate due to the athermal nucleation. Avrami exponent n for non-isothermal crystallized samples was found to be in the range of 2.0∼2.3.

This paper described a collaborative exercise intended to see what kinds of short tandem repeat (STR) loci are used in different DNA typing laboratories in Korea and to compare their results for the demonstration whether uniformity of DNA profiling results from different laboratory could be achieved in Korea Laboratories were asked to test five tissue DNAs using methods routinely used in each laboratory and to report the results to the coordinating laboratory. The exercise demonstrated that each laboratory was using different STR loci for the typing with different STR numbers,2 VNTRS,36 STRs and amelogenin in total, and the direct comparison of the results from all the laboratory for the 18 loci could not be done as only one laboratory submitted typing results. Among 21 loci for which several laboratories submitted typing results, results for 14 loci were the same and results for the other 7 loci were different depending on the participating laboratory. D1S80, F13A01, D16S539, D21S11, D18S51, D3S1744 were the loci with different typing results. Even in the cases where commercial kits were used, the results were not the same depending on the machines used, that is the capillary electrophoresis or the gel based electrophoresis. The reason for the different results, points about the standardization of the methods arid the profiling data were described.
연신온도가 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트 필라멘트사의 인장특성에 미치는 영향

The tensile properties of poly(ethylene terephthalate) filament yarn have been investigated by varying the drawing temperature under the constant draw ratio of 3.0. The breaking strength and elongation increases with the drawing temperature upto 85℃, but above 85℃ they decrease with the drawing temperature. The yield stress and yield strain have also shown the similar trends. The density increases with the drawing temperature upto 85℃, but above 85℃ the density of 1.38g/㎤ has been maintained. Thus it is suggested that the optimum drawing temperature of poly(ethylene terephthalate) filament yarn is around 85℃ under the draw ratio of 3.0.
화훼꽃말의 표준화를 위한 화훼꽃말의 종류와 유래에 관한 연구

This survey was carried out to investigate kinds and origins of flower languages of common flowering plants and standardize them. A flowering plant has about 5 kinds of flower languages. Differnt literatures have different flower languages for the same flowering plant. So differnt flower languages need to have standard flower languages. Flower languages originate from shape(8.0%) > color(7.5%) > characteristics(4.4%) > mythology and legend(4.9%) > scientific name(2.3%) > flowering time(1.8%) > perfume(0.9%) > and others(1.7%). The origin of 68.5% of flower languages was found to be obscure.

The new types of iridium complexes with two kinds of (CˆN) ligands were designed and synthesized to improve the luminescence efficiency by avoiding triplet-triplet (T-T) annihilation. Ir(ppy)_(2)(piq) and Ir(ppy)_(2)(piq-F) were designed and prepared, where ppy, piq and piq-F represent 2-phenylpyridine, 1-(phenyl)isoquinoline and 1-(4'-fluorophenyl)isoquinoline, respectively. These heteroleptic complexes are expected to have a high luminescence efficiency by the intramolecular energy transfer from the energy absorbing ligand (ppy) to the luminescent ligand (piq derivatives), leading to a decrease on quenching or energy deactivation. Luminescent characteristics of the heteroleptic Ir complexes were inviestigated photophysically and compared with homoleptic Ir complexes, Ir(ppy)_(3), Ir(piq)_(3), and Ir(piq-F)_(3).
