      • 딥러닝을 이용한 한반도 주변 파랑예측

        본 연구는 한반도 주변의 기상정보로 파랑을 예측하고 CCTV 영상에서 월파를 감지하는 기술을 개발하였다. 성능의 우수성이 널리 알려진 인공신경망(Artificial Neural Network, ANN)의 한 종류인 합성곱신경망(Convolutional Neural Network, CNN)을 사용하여 파랑예측과 월파감지 모델을 구축하였다. 파랑예측에 사용된 CNN모델은 U-net을 기반으로 구축하였으며 월파감지에 사용된 CNN모델은 객체 검출 모델을 사용하였다. 파랑예측 모델의 입력 자료는 일본 기상청(Japan Meteorological Agency, JMA)의 대기 예측정보인 MSM(Meso Scale Model)을 사용하였다. 합성곱신경망 파랑예측 모델의 학습데이터는 ADSWAN(ADCIRC + SWAN) 파랑모의 결과의 위도 30˚ ∼42.75˚, 경도 122.5˚∼135.25˚영역을 사용하였으며 격자 간격은 0.05˚로 설정하였다. 파랑 예측 모델의 정확도 향상을 위해 기존 U-net 구조의 인코더와 디코더 레이어의 깊이를 7층으로 확장하여 사용하였다. 상관성 분석 결과, 파고와 주기는 각각 풍속과 파고에 상관성이 높게 나타나 바람장 정보로부터 유의파고를 예측하고 예측된 유의파고로부터 주기를 예측하는 두 단계의 예측 모델을 구성하였다. 예측 결과에서 ADSWAN 파랑모의와의 상관성은 0.93, 관측치와의 상관성은 0.83으로 분석되었고 1시간 예측에 약 0.024초가 소요되었다. 월파감지 모델의 학습데이터는 삼척과 주문진의 CCTV 1년 1개월 분량의 영상(2018.10.01. ∼ 2019.10.31.)에서 월파가 발생한 프레임을 수동으로 추출하여 약 2만장의 데이터를 구축하였다. 월파의 기준은 탐지된 파도 영역이 난간을 넘는 것으로 설정하였으며, 난간을 넘지 않는 파도를 구분하기 위해 배경과 파도를 분리하고 난간 구역과 비교하여 여과하는 알고리즘을 구축하였다. 또한, 해수면과 분리된 파도 영역을 비교하여 실제 처오름높이를 산정하였으며, 월파감지의 정확도 분석 결과 mAP<sub>50</sub>은 0.60, 속도는 80.5fps로 나타났다. In this study, we developed a technology to predict wave using atmospheric modeling data around the Korean Peninsula and to detect wave overtopping using CCTV images. For the development, we adopted Convolutional Neural Network(CNN), a kind of Artificial Neural Network(ANN) known for its high performance. Wave prediction model is based on U-net, whereas overtopping detection model makes use of object detection models. Input data for the wave prediction model is MSM (Mesoscale Model) atmospheric forecasting data from the Japan Meteorological Agency(JMA). The training data for wave prediction model is ADSWAN(ADCIRC+SWAN) wave simulation results, whose spatial extension is 122.50°E 135.25°E, 30.00°N∼42.75°N with resolution of 0.05°. In order to improve the accuracy of wave prediction model, we extend the depth of the encoder and decoder layers from the U-net structure to the seventh layers. Correlation analysis shows that wave heights are highly correlated with wind speeds while wave periods are with wave heights. Thus, we constructed a two-step model that predicts wave heights from the former and wave periods from the latter. In our prediction results, correlations with ADSWAN wave simulation results and observation were found to be 0.93 and 0.83 respectively. The 1-hour prediction took about 0.024 seconds. The training data for overtopping detection model is around 20,000 frames manually extracted from one year-long CCTV video images (2018.10.01. ∼ 2019.10.31.) from Samcheok and Jumunjin. We defined wave over the fence as a overtopping event, and developed a filtering algorithm to separate the background from the wave by comparing regions. Furthermore, we estimated wave run-up height from the separated wave regions and preformed the accuracy analysis, mAP<sub>50</sub> being 0.60 and the processing speed being 80.5fps.

        Compatibility를 이용한 다수 전문가의 가중치 종합화에 관한 연구

        The objective of this study is to propose a new procedure to synthesize the multi-experts priorities in AHP. if multi-experts with different expertise are involved in a AHP decision, we need some way to aggregate their opinions. AHP model used to do numerical aggregation by taking only the geometric mean or the weighting geometric mean in past. To aggregate the multi-experts priorities, in this paper, we suggest a way which Decision Maker can exclude outlier matrix from group using the concept of the Compatibility and we introduce Delphi method to use Compatibility in AHP. A numerical example is shown to illustrate the procedure.

        소아의 치계성 악안면 근막극 농양에 관한 치험례

        Odontogenic maxillofacial space abscess in children was treated by the surgcal intervention combined with antiboitic therapy. Followings are the results after monitoring its progression. 1. Maxillofascial space abscess is mainly from the odontogenic infection and it may result in the severe states with the various fascial spaces and their relatives. So their early detection and treatment are needed. 2. The most common symptom in patients was the pain under palpation with painful swelling and the mouth floor elevation was observed in the sublingual space abscess. 3. In most cases, for its treatment, symptomatic therapy, antibiotic therapy, surgical incision and drainage were executed. If the infected tooth is possibly conserved, endodontic treatment is preferred, otherwise, it will be extracted as soon as possible.

        설명기반 유전알고리즘을 활용한 경영성과 데이터베이스의 데이터마이닝

        In recent environment of dynamic management, there is growing recognition that information and knowledge management systems are essential for efficient/effective decision making by CEO. To cope with this situation, we suggest the Data-Miming scheme as a key component of integrated information and knowledge management system. The proposed system measures business performance by considering both VA (Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA (Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. To mine the new information & knowledge discovery, we applied the improved genetic algorithms that consider predictability, understandability (lucidity) and reasonability factors simultaneously, we use a linear combination model for GAs learning structure. Although this model's predictability will be more decreased than non-linear model, this model can increase the knowledge's understandability that is meaning of induced values. Moreover, we introduce a random variable scheme based on normal distribution for initial chromosomes in GAs, so we can expect to increase the knowledge's reasonability that is degree of expert's acceptability. The random variable scheme based on normal distribution uses statistical correlation/determination coefficient that is calculated with training data. To demonstrate the performance of the system. we conducted a case study using financial data of Korean automobile industry over 16 years from 1981 to 1996. which is taken from database of KISFAS (Korea investors Services Financial Analysis System).

      • 백서 치아 발거후 잔존 치주인대가 발치와의 치조골 재건에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of the periodontal ligament on the healing and the formation of alveolar bone in the extraction socket, when this ligament had artificially remained in the socket during the tooth removal. Twenty rats aged 4 weeks were used and devided into the control groups (10) and the experimental groups (10) in this study. The maxillary right and left first molars were extracted in both groups. In the experimental groups the periodontal ligament was remained in the extraction sockets using 0.4% fl-aminopropionitrile, and in the control the periodontal ligament was completely removed by curettage. At 1, 3, 5, 7 and 14 days after the tooth extraction, rats in both groups were serially sacrificed. And the specimens were prepared with HematoxyIin-Eosin stain for the light microscopic evaluation. The results ofthis study were as follows ; 1. On 1 day, the periodontal Iigament was only found in the extraction socket walls of the experimental groups, and there was not the distinguishable difference between the control and the experimental groups. 2. On 3 days, there were more collagen fibers and the appearance of higher cellular density in the experimental groups than in the control. And the cells and collagen of the periodontal ligament were so actively proliferated and synthesized that invaded into the connective tissue of the extraction sockets in the experimental groups. 3. In the experimental groups, the trabecular bone was formed on the basal and lateral bone surface on 5 days. However, there was not the new bone forming appearance in the control groups at this time. 4. On 7 days, the trabecular bone was formed in the control groups. 5. On 14 days, the extraction sockets were almost entirely filled with the bony trabeculae in both groups. But, compared to the control group, the experimental groups showed the prominent differences in the amount & the density of the new bone formed. In conclusion, it was suggested that the residual periodontal ligament tissue in the extraction socket will play a major role as the important cell source in the healing and the new bone formation of the extraction socket.

        Recently, management decision making method has been changed towards a system of applying statistical method for understanding the change of phenomenon and forcasting the future from that of unscientific and intuitive method in the past. To positive cope with this situation, this paper maps out the theoretic approach system on applying multivariate statistical method for making causal structure in measurement factor management performence. For this purpose, we'll consider the special features and limitations about correlation analysis, regression analysis and path analysis as existing causal analysis methods as well as suggest modified covariance stucture analysis procedure which is combination of combined existing covariance structure analysis with two factors ; 1) statistical factor analysis, 2) classification of theoritic model An example is also presented to demonstrate the practical application of this approach.

      • 藥物의 吸收 排池에 關한 硏究(第6報) : 病態白鼠에서의 Sulpyrine 吸收에 대하여 Absorption of Sulpyrine in Pathological Rats

        Studies on the gastrointestinal absorption of sulpyrine was examined by rats pretreated with alloxan on carbon tetrachloride(CCl_4). Gastric absorption was increased in proportion to pH addition Alloxan diabeted group was increased rather than control group but hepatic disorder group was repressed more or less. Intestinal absorption of sulpyrine by in situ recirculating perfusion was increased in alloxan diabetes group and was repressed in hepatic disorder group, too. Absorption half-life of control, alloxan diabetes and hepatic disorder groups was 54.57, 36.32 and 72.63 minutes in separate. The transmucosal fluid in the intestine of alloxan diabetic rats was abserlved to be increased but CCl_4 hepatic disorder's rats be depressed. But the rate of transmucosal fluid was not in proportion to absorption of drugs.

      • 강모단 하방에 용수철이 부착된 칫솔의 치태 제거 효과에 관한 임상적 연구

        Oral examinations were conducted before the experiment started. The students were given common toothbrushes (control group) or spring-attached toothbrushes (experimental group) and instructed to brush their teeth by scrubbing method. Measurement of plaque index and count of salivary bacteria were done at 0, 1, 3, and 5 weeks. 1. Mean plaque index was significantly reduced at week 1 compared with at week 0 in both groups. (P<0.05) 2. Mean plaque index was significantly reduced at week 3 compared with at week 1 in the experimental group. (P<0.05) 3. Mean plaque index was significantly reduced at week 5 compared with at week 3 in the experimental group. (P<0.05) 4. There were no significant differences of mean plaque index among week 1, week 3, and week 5 in control group. (P>0.05) 5. The number of salivary bacteria was slightly reduced during the experiment, however there was no statistical significance. (P>0.05) To reduce the plaque effectively, the use of spring-attached toothbrush should be recommended, and adequeate instruction for children is needed.

      • Lutembacher 증후군 환자 증례 보고

        Lutembacher's syndrome is rare combination of mitral stenosis (MS) and atrial septal defect (ASD). The hemodynamic interplay between the MS and ASD leads to wide variation of clinical presentation. Here we describe a 43-year-old female with Lutembacher's syndrome and tricuspid regurgitation with pulmonary hypertension, who underwent direct closure of ASD and tricuspid valvuloplasty successfully. We also reviewed other literatures in an effort to increase awareness of this condition.

      • 방사선으로 照射된 Polyethylene의 光電氣傳導

        Electronic conduction in various polymeric insulating material was investigated. Specially photo-current was observed in low density and 30 μ thick polyethylene when the sample was exposed by low-intensity white light from a tungsten lamp. A large photo-current was observed for the pre-irradiated sample by high dosage γ-ray. Photo-current was measured for many factors, wave length, voltage, temperature. Photo-current is fairly sensitive to photons with a certin range of energy (about 0.83eV), which might support that charge carriers are optically released from trap centers, it has approximately the same activation energy as the dark current. A tentative energy diagram for irradiated polyethylene is proposed on the assumption of band model. It includes two kinds of shallow trap and deep trap which are considered to play an important role in electrical conduction of polymeric insulator.
