The diagnosis and monitoring system of abnormal cutting condition is necessary to realize precision machining process and factory automation, which are final goal of metal cutting. In order to develop this system, the image processing technique has been investigated in machining process. In this paper, the measurement system of tool wear using computer vision is designed to detect the wear pattern by non-contact and direct method and get the realiable wear information about cutting tool. We measured the area of the side and front part of the diamond core drill which is used in 40 kHz ultrasonic vibration machine.

Vending machines to release single-use RF(Radio Frequency) transport cards at Seoul Metro stations are operated under unmanned facility and have release & charge function. This Paper introduces function, configuration of vending machine to release single-use RF transport cards, the basic concepts & overview about vending machine’s operating system. And suggests programming procedure to develop OS image of Windows Embedded operating system which is onboard the main board’s electronic circuitry.
원자로용기 외벽냉각시 형성되는 자연순환 이상유동의 1차원 해석 연구

During a severe accident in a nuclear power plant, the decay heat from a molten corium in a reactor vessel should be removed to maintain the integrity of the reactor vessel. For this purpose, the external reactor vessel cooling(ERVC) strategy has been suggested. HERMES-HALF experiments have been conducted in KAERI to evaluate two-phase natural circulation flow occurred in the annular gap between the reactor vessel and the insulation. The facility was scaled down as a half size of the APR1400 reactor vessel, and the air-water flow was used in a working fluid. In this study, the 1-D loop analysis of the HERMES-HALF experiments was carried out using the one-dimensional drift flux model. With varying some parameters, which were inlet/outlet areas, shape factors, and gas injection rates, the calculated circulation mass flow rates were compared with experimental data.

본 원고는 직류전원에서 사용하는 직류용 소형전동기(motor)로 전력용 반도체 제어소자인 Power Transistor, MOSFET를 이용하여 전동기(motor) 구동의 드라이브 회로를 구성하고 전동기 동작원리와 정 · 역회전의 회전방향 제어에 대하여 다루고자 한다. 그리고, 제동운전 및 펄스폭 변조(PWM)에 의해 가변되는 회전속도제어 방법에 대해 기술하여 직류용 전동기(motor)의 기본적인 원리를 이해함과 더불어 마이크로프로세서를 이용한 다양한 전동기(motor) 제어방법을 제시하였다. This paper treats the method to build up Motor drive-circuit using semi-conduct control part like power transistor, MOSEFT and refers to the operation theory, forward, reverse rotation control and speed control method which is changed by PWM. And also, this paper mention to the basic principle of DC Motor and various Motor control method using micro-processor.

During a severe accident in a nuclear power plant, the decay heat from a molten corium in a reactor vessel should be removed to maintain the integrity of the reactor vessel. This feasible strategy can be achieved by an external reactor vessel cooling(ERVC) which requires a coolant to be circulated sufficiently. So, a T-HERMES program has been performed in KAERI to evaluate the two-phase natural circulation flow occurred in the annular gap between the reactor vessel and the insulation. In this paper, T-HERMES-1D study which is one of the T-HERMES programs was performed. The one-dimensional, a half scaled-down height, air-water experimental facility was prepared to simulate the two-phase natural circulation phenomena under the ERVC condition of APR(Advanced Power Reactor) 1400. From the T-HERMES-1D experiments, circulation mass flow rates through the annular gap were measured at various air injection rates and coolant inlet areas. Also, loop analyses of the T-HERMES 1-D experiments were carried out using the drift flux model, and the results were compared with experimental ones.
