        GIS기반 동남 광역권 산업체 정보시스템 구축 및 활용

        광역 교통망 및 통신기술의 발전에 따라 광역경제권의 활성화를 위한 협력체계의 중요성이 날로 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 동남권 광역경제권을 대상으로 GIS 기반의 산업체 정보 공유를 목적으로 동남권 산업체 정보시스템을 구축하였다. 동남권의 경우 제조업 중심의 산업 집적지로서 행정경계를 넘어 산업체간의 근접성과 연결성을 고려한 효율적인 산업 클러스터 및 협력체계 운영이 요구된다. 정보시스템의 DB 구축을 위해 부산, 울산, 경남에서 구축되어진 산업체 DB를 활용하여 정보시스템을 구축한 바, 각 지자체간 데이터의 불일치와 GIS기반의 위치정보 미흡으로 인한 여러 가지 문제점을 발견하였다. 이의 해결을 위해서는 수집 및 배포, 활용과정을 고려한 표준화가 시급한 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 산업체 정보의 공간정보화를 위해 지적도와 수치지도를 활용하여 웹상에서 관리자-사용자 쌍방향간의 정보생성 및 단계별 접근이 가능한 2-way 방식의 산업체 정보시스템을 구축하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 동남권 산업육성을 위한 협력체계 및 공동대응을 위한 산업체 정보 공유체계의 기초적 틀을 제공하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다고 하겠다. Following the technology developments of traffic network and communication for the wide area, the importance of the cooperation system to vitalize the wide area economy is increasing. Therefore, in this study, DongNam Kwon industry information system is established for the industrial information sharing based on GIS in the DongNam Kwon wide area economy. The DongNam Kwon is an industrial integration area centered with the manufacturing so that the operation of effective industrial cluster and cooperation systems are required across the administrational boundaries. To establish the database of the information, the information system was established utilizing already established industrial databases in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. But, various issues caused by the discordances among the data of each local government and the insufficiency of GIS based location information have been found. According to the analysis, the standardization considering the courses of collection, distributions and utilization are required immediately to solve the issues. This study establishes an 2-way industrial information system enabling the information creation and the phased approach between the administrator and the user in the bi-directions on the web by utilizing cadastral and numerical maps. The result of this study would have a meaning in providing a fundamental frame for cooperative responses and cooperation system for DongNam Kwon``s industrial promotion using industrial information sharing.

        NaOCl의 적용 후 치수강 상아질에 대한 결합강도의 변화와 Sodium Ascorbate에 의한 환원 효과

        본 연구에서는 치수강이 개방된 근관와동에 5.25% NaOCl용액을 각각 다른 시간 동안 적용시킨 뒤 접착레진에 의한 미세인장결합강도의 변화를 측정하였으며, 10% sodium ascorbate를 NaOCl 용액에 일정시간 노출시킨 상아질에 다시 10분 동안 적용하여 결합강도에 미치는 효과를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구결과 본 실험에서 상부 치수강 상아질과 하부 치수강 상아질에 대한 결합강도는 모든 실험군내에서 유의한 차이 (p > 0.05)를 보이지 않았다. 5.25% NaOCl 용액을 적용하지 않고 치수강 상아질에 접착시킨 대조군에 비해 20분간 적용시킨 실험군에서는 결합강도의 감소가 초래되었으나 통계적인 유의성 (p > 0.05)은 없었다. 그러나 5.25% NaOCl 용액을 40분과 80분 동안 치수강 상아질에 적용시킨 실험군에서는 대조군에 비해 유의하게 낮은(p < 0.05) 결합강도의 변화를 나타내었다. 5.25% NaOCl 용액을 40분동안 그리고 10% sodium ascorbate를 10분간 처리한 실험군에서는 유의한 결합강도의 회복을 나타내었다. 그러나 5.25% NaOCl 용액을 80분 동안 그리고 10% sodium ascorbate를 10분간 적용한 실험군에서는 대조군에 비해 통계적으로 유의한 차이(p < 0.05)를 보임으로써 여전히 결합강도가 회복되지 못하고 있음을 나타내었다. 5.25% NaOCl 용액을 5분간 적용한 뒤 10% sodium ascorbate를 10분간 적용한 실험군에서는 오히려 대조군에 비해 높은 결합강도(p < 0.05)를 보여줌으로써 높은 회복효과를 나타내었다. Clinical suggestion for the limitation of application time of NaOCl solution is needed to avoid large reductions in resin-dentin bond strength. The aim of this study was to measure the change of -tensile bond strength after the various application time of 5.25% NaOCl solution to pulp chamber dentin in endodontic access cavity, and to evaluate the effect of 10% sodium ascorbate application for 10 min on bond strength after the treatment of 5.25% NaOCl solution. In this experiment, there were no statistical differences(p > 0.05) in bond strengths between upper chamber dentin and lower chamber dentin. NaOCl-treated group for 20 min did not show any significant decrease(p > 0.05) in bond strength than non-treated control group. In contrast to that, bond strengths of NaOCl-treated groups for 40 & 80 min were significantly lower(p < 0.05) than that of non-treated control group. 10% sodium ascorbate retreated group for 10 min after 5.25% NaOCl application for 40 min to chamber dentin showed the recovery of bond strength significantly. However, the bond strength of sodium ascorbate retreated group after 5.25% NaOCl application for 80 min was still significantly lower(p < 0.05) compared to the non-treated control group, which means the reductions in resin-dentin bond strength were not fully reversed. On the contrary, sodium ascorbate retreated group after 5.25% NaOCl application for 5 min showed significantly higher(p < 0.05) bond strength compared to the control group, which demonstrates its superior recovery effect. In SEM exminations of specimens retreated with 10% sodium ascorbate after NaOCl application for 40 & 80 min showed that resin tags were formed clearly and densely, but weakly in density and homogeneity of individual resin tag compared to the control specimen.

        In this study, the seismic analysis procedure of foundation-soil interaction system is presented. With the assumption of isotropic material properties and infinitesimal strain theory, the boundary element models of three dimensional foundation plate an semi-infinite soil medium are coupled together, using the compatiblity condition of displacements and equilibrium condition of surface tractions on the contact surface. Through the results of the examples in which the seismic responses of the foundation subjected to the SV-wave and the P-Wave, it is shown that the translational motions are decreased and the rocking motion is occured in higher frquency range.

      • Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase와 Cyclodextrinase를 생산하는 Bacillus 속 세균의 분리와 그 효소들의 특성

        A bacterium producing Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase (CGTase) and Cyclodextrinase (CDase) was isolated from soil, and named as Bacillus stearothermophilus KJ16 . The growth of the isolated strain occurred in two steps, and syntheses of CGTase and CDase were dependent on the growth cycle of the cell. CGTase was constitutively synthesized during the 1st growing phase. while CDase was synthesized inducibly during the 2nd growing phase. When the medium pH was controlled at 7.0, the maximun enzyme activities of CGTase and CDase were increased by 12-fold (1300 mU/ml) and 2-fold (225 mU/ml), respectively, compared with the pH-uncontrolled batch culture. The CGTase of the isolate converted soluble starch to CDs with the ratio of α-CD:β-CD:γ-CD=42:46:12 at 55℃. The optimal pH and temperature of CGTase were 6.0 and 60℃,respectively and the optimal pH and temperature of CDase were 6.0 and 55℃. The molecular weights of the purified CGTase and CDase were estimated to be 65,000 and 68,000 dalton, respectively, Among serveral substrates, γ-CD was most rapidly hydrolyzed by the purified CDase.

      • 12주간의 인삼복용이 점증적 최대운동시 중도 정신지체인의 대사관련 호르몬에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 12-weeks ginseng supplementation on metabolic-related hormons (Insulin, Glucagon, Catecholamins) in males and females with moderate mental retardation. Subjects were divided into ginseng supplementation (n=7; males 4, females 3) and placebo (n=7; males 4, females 3) groups and had similar intelligence quotients (IQs). All subjects were classified as a moderate mental retardation status as their intelligent quotients (IQs) was shown from 35 to 49. All subjects were either supplemented a standardized ginseng capsule (containing 300 mg of ginseng in each capsule for the ginseng supplementation group) or ingested a placebo capsule (containing 300 mg of rice powder in each capsule for the placebo group) for 12-weeks. Both types of capsules used in this study had the same size, weight, shape, and color. All subjects in this study were given a 90 days of supplementation either the ginseng or placebo capsules and they were instructed to consume nine capsules per day (3 capsules/meal). Before and after the intervention, each subjects performed incremental cycle ergometer test under the controlled laboratory conditions. All exercise sessions took place on a Monark ergometer (50 RPM), performing 20 minutes of cycling at either 2 kp for males subjects or 1 kp for females subjects. After 20 minutes, work rate was gradually increased (1 kp for males [0.5 kp for females]/every 3 minutes) until exhaustion. Blood samples were obtained before, immediately after and 30 minutes later exercise session. Body weight, %body fat, VO₂ peak did not change with ginseng treatment. Insulin concentration did not induce any significant change with acute and chronic exercise. The concentration of glucagon increased significantly immediately after exercise and returned to near-pre exercise with 30minutes later. Serum epinephrine concentration was significantly increased immediately after exercise and returned to near-pre exercise level with 30minutes later. Interestingly ginseng supplementation enhanced recovers time in epinephrine with 30minutes later. Acute exercise increased serum norepinephrine concentration but ginseng supplementation did not induce any significant change. In conclusion, acute exercise increased metabolic hormone concentration and ginseng supplementation exerts a significant role in recovery time.

      • 종이상자포장기의 개발에 관한 연구

        The paper describes the development of a new automatic wrapping machine using paper films as it has not been used so far. The most of the automatic wrapping machine have used the vinyl film causing environmental pollution, the paper films, however, have a weak point in the aspect of high temperature adhesion. Therefore, the mechanism of the existing wrapping machine should be altered to prevent it from curling effect through the technical know-how. A new method and technology reducing the curling effect in the automnatic wrapping machine are demonstrated by using developed blower. Thus it is exqection and will decrease environmental pollution.

      • 합성옥신물질 5,6-Cl_(2)-IAA에 의한 사철나무와 주목 녹지삽수의 발근촉진

        The promotive effect of rooting with a newly developed synthetic auxin, 5, 6-dichloro-indole acetic acid (5, 6-Cl_(2)-IAA), was investigated with softwood cuttings of Euonymus japonicus Thunb, and Taxus cuspdata Sieb. et Zucc. Dipping the basal end of cuttings in 5, 6-Cl_2-IAA solutions of different concentrations enhanced the rooting of Euonymus japonicus cuttings in sand medium under mist propagation bench. Treatment of 100 ppm 56-Cl_2-IAA was more effective than IBA treatment at the same concentration. In Tuxus cuspidata,, significant rooting promotion was obtained with 10- 100 ppm basal dippings in solutions of both 5, 6-Cl_(2)-IAA and IBA. However, the root elongation appeared to be promoted by low concentrations of 5,6-CL-IAA as compared to that of IBA treated cuttings.

From the NMR spectrum of the products obtained, the mixing ratio of LAS to AES was determined and the presence of branched alkylbenzene sulfate(ABS) in LAS was determined.
