본 논문에서는 뇌졸중,치매 등 재활치료가 필요한 환자를 대상으로 하는 재활 프로그램을 Kinect와 Unity3D를 이용하여 구현하고,이를 제어하기 위한 효과적 인 제스처 기반 Natural User Interface를 적용하였다. 이는 동작 인식을 위해 Kinect 주변에 가까이 있기 어려운 프로그램 사용 환경을 원거리 조작이 가능케 하여 더욱 편하게 조작할 수 있게 하며,직관적이고 단순한 제스처를 정의함으로써 가정에서도 손 쉽게 사용할 수 있게 하였다.

OBJECTIVES:This study examined the association between high risk of Internet gaming disorder (IGD) and online game genres used by adolescents. METHODS: The data derived from the baseline data of the Internet user Cohort for Unbiased Recognition of gaming disorder in Early Adolescence. A total 1,532 middle school students who use online games included. The participants reported the names of the online games they used during the past year. Game genres were categorized into role playing games (RPGs), shooting, multiplayer online battle arena (MOBA), simulation, arcade, sports and action games. The risk of IGD was measured using the Internet Gaming Use-Elicited symptom Screen. The relationship between the experience of online game genre and high risk of IGD was analyzed using multiple logistic regression model. RESULTS: The game time of a student was longer if he or she had an experience of RPGs, shooting games, MOBA games, simulation games, and action games. The direct and independent association between high risk of IGD in adolescents and the genres of RPGs, simulation games and MOBA were found to be odds ratios 1.52 (95% confidence interval [CI], 1.03 to 2.26); 1.59 (95% CI, 1.03 to 2.45); and 1.51 (95% CI, 1.03 to 2.21), respectively after adjusted the potential confounding variables and the use of other online game genres. CONCLUSIONS: The present cross-sectional study has found an association between online game genres and the risk of IGD in adolescents attending a school. A cohort study should verify the causal association in future.
자율군집 IoT 플랫폼기반 실시간 생체신호 스트리밍 서비스 설계

수면장애로 고통을 받고 있는 사람들은 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며, 다양한 수면장애 원인이 존재한다. 따라서 수면장애를 겪고 있는 사람들에게 수면장애 원인을 진단하거나 수면상태 모니터링을 도와주는 수면 관련 헬스케어 산업이 각광받고 있다. 하지만 현재 서비스들은 모든 데이터를 원격지 서버로 전송해 서버에서 모든 것을 처리하는 단순 원격진료 서비스이기 때문에 데이터 집중현상에 취약하고, 원격지 피보호자의 다양한 생체 데이터를 동기화시켜 실시간으로 스트리밍하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 이 문제를 해결하기 위해, 중앙 서버가 없는 자율군집형 분산 미들웨어 플랫폼을 이용하여 피보호자의 생체 데이터를 실시간으로 병원 혹은 보호자에게 스트리밍하는 서비스 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 서비스 플랫폼의 기능검증을 위해 스트리밍 요청에 따른 서비스 시작 소요시간과 평균 지연시간을 평가하고, 효과적인 스트리밍 서비스의 제공이 가능함을 확인하였다. More and more people are suffering from sleep disturbance, which can have many different causes. The healthcare industry, which can help people with this disability, is one technology that is currently in the spotlight. However, current services are vulnerable to data concentration, because they are simple telemedicine services that transmit all data to a remote server and process the data on the server. They have a disadvantage in that the data cannot be streamed in real time by synchronizing the biometric data of remotely protected persons. In order to solve this problem, we propose a service structure for streaming biometric data of protected persons to a hospital or guardian in real time, using a self-organizing distributed middleware platform without a central server. We prove that it is possible to provide an effective streaming service by evaluating the service start time and average delay time.
LC-MS/MS를 이용한 갈색거저리 유충 중 Fenoxanil, Thiobencarb 및 Fludioxonil의 잔류분석

This study was designed to determine fenoxanil, thiobencarb, and fludioxonil residues in mealworms, the larvae of Tenebrio moliter using liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. These pesticides are officially applied for wheat cultivation, so can be found in wheat bran, recommended feed for mealworms in South Korea. In this regard, effective analytical method is urgently required because mealworms are used as food or feed as alternative protein sources. Acetonitrile (10 mL) was used to extract the target pesticides. Four clean-up procedures ((1) MgSO<sub>4</sub>+25 mg PSA+25 mg C18 (2) MgSO<sub>4</sub>+50 mg PSA+50 mg C18 (3) EMR-lipid™ tube, and (4) 10 mL n-hexane) were examined. The procedure (1) successfully removed lipids and proteins derived from insects with the satisfied recoveries of the target analytes at two spiking levels of 5 ㎍/kg and 10 ㎍/kg. The recoveries were 87.6-112.9 ± RSD 4.2-4.6% for fenoxanil, 83.3-87.6 ± RSD 1.3-4.6% for thiobencarb, and 76.9~82.0 ± RSD 3.4-7.2% for fludioxonil. Method detection limit was 1.0 Mg/L. The optimized method was also applied to real samples from 30 different farms across the nation. These data can be used to set maximum residual limit for the residues in edible insects in response to positive list system. The method developed in this study is expected to be also applied to other edible insects or matrices having high fat and protein contents.
P190 : Clinicopathologic study of 14 cases of eccrine poroma

Background: Eccrine poroma is benign skin appendageal tumor, arising from the eccrine sweat duct. Clinicopathologic studies of eccrine poroma are limited in Korea. Objectives: To analyze the clinicopathological characteristics of eccrine poroma. Methods: We reviewed the medical records, photographs and histopathological slides of 14 patients diagnosed with eccrine poroma at our clinic between 2001 and 2014. Results: The mean age of the tumors is 62.8 years old. The mean duration is 24.7 months. The average size was 0.8 cm. The most frequent location was sole and foot, followed by scalp, palm, trunk. The most common clinical feature was erythematous or flesh solitary nodule without symptom. Initial impressions on the first visit were poroma(n=3), verruca(n=3), soft fibroma(n=3), seborrheic keratosis(n=1), melanoma(n=1), melanocytic nevus(n=1), hemangioma(n=1), Bowen disease(n=1). Histopathologically, the majority of the cases showed highly vascular stroma, uniform cuboidal epithelial cells with clear cytoplasm and focal ductal differentiation. Cystic degenerations were seen in 3 cases, peritumoral cleft in 4 cases, melanin pigmentation in 5 cases, underlying dermal duct tumor in 1 case. Conclusion: Eccrine poroma should be included in differential diagnosis when patients show solitary erythematous or flesh nodule on sole and foot smaller than 2cm size without symptom. The matrix may contains highly vascular stroma with some clear cells, in addition to general feature of eccrine poroma.
