      • 第7次 敎育課程에 따른 初等學校建築의 使用者 要求에 관한 硏究

        The purpose of this study is to seek the basic information for the planning of modernized elementary schools in response to the 7th National Curriculum. The results of this study are as follow; 1) A multi-purpose space is put with a corridor beside classrooms as a open classroom, therefore it is increasing to demand that the multi-purpose space should be separated from the classrooms and be closed up with fixed wall, because the property of open space, the use of sound-absorbing powerless finishing materials, scarce furnitures and deficient movable partitions raise noises. In addition, it is required to aid budget for teaching tools and furniture according to supplying multi-purpose space in response to various and particular education method, and it is needed to have mind to use multi-purpose space efficiently. 2) Teachers prefer that teachers' rooms (for a grade unit) are near to classrooms and they require to secure enough space to hold a grade unit meetings. 3) To solve the problems of the method of provision with meals, it is required to research and experiment. For example, I suggest to apply the method of classroom provision to low grade students and apply the method of dining room provision to middle and high grade.

        Within the sphere of their philosophy and ideology, Cooperative Associations in the world apply investment system and method of capital supply with modified form for supply smoothly a equity capital by investment. Through these studies, we have concluded as follows as possible means to improve the functions of the investment system in Cooperative 1.Gradually, Cooperative Associations have been converting their investment method from a fixed amount and invariable ratio per activities utilization to partner's wish. 2.From only members of cooperative investment to introduce preferred investment and reservation by use and on entrance fee system, they have been loosening the investor qualification not only members of cooperative but also users of cooperative business. 3.The divident ratio of Cooperative Associations has been approaching the marketing interest ratio tantamount to public interest ratio (one year term deposit interest ratio). 4.Because Cooperative Associations had expanded their management foundation, their equity capital supply increasingly has been dependent upon reserve fund from the investment.

      • 농촌지역 초등학교 유휴시설의 활용방안에 관한 연구 : 해남군 초등학교를 중심으로 Focused on the Elementary School in Hae-Nam

        Recently, number of elementary school students in the rural area have decreased due to move of population to the diminishment of birth population, the generation of idle facilities and even the trend of abolition of school presented problems. This paper was a study of the use plans and generation pattern of idle facilities in present school. And the targeted schools of this study were elementary schools located at Hae-Nam Province in Chun-Nam. The results are as follows : 1) While the number of the elementary school is continuosuly decreased up to now since 1980, the number of branch schools and closed schools is increasing and while general class is decreased continuously, multiple classes are increasing and so the utilization of idle facilities will be continued. 2) The utilization of idle facilities is most frequent in the use of school curriculm(67%), followed by the use of club activities and welfare facilities, but the use by residents is minimum. In the problems in using idle facilities, the lack of finance is most(68%), followed by the lack of illustrative data and technical problems and in the effects of using idle facilities, extra curriculum activities are best and followed by the use of local community and school curriculum. 3) In the most required facilities in using idle facilities, gymnasium and service area are highest and followed by laboratory, learning data room and library and in the common facilities with local residents, swimming pool is most frequent and followed by library.

      • 몰리브덴 퍼어말로이의 자기저항 효과에 관한 연구

        자기저항센서를 제작하기 위하여 Mo-permalloy(Ni:79.43%, Fe:14.47%, Mo:5.7%, Mn:0.38%, C:0.013%)를 슬라이드 그라스에 진공증착하여 sensor element를 제작한 후 포화자속밀도(B_(s)), 보자력(H_(c)), 자기이방성상수(K//), 자기저항변화율(ΔR/R)을 조사하였다. 진공증착된 permalloy 박막의 포화자속밀도는 0.746T 이었으며, 자화주파수 1kHz에서 보자력은 2.90A/cm(//),1.98A/cm(⊥) 이었고, 열처리 후에 1.79A/cm(//). 1.37A/cm(⊥)로 감소되었다. 한편 이 소자의 자기이방성상수는 1.38X10^(4)erg/cm^(3) 이었으며 5x1^(0-3)T의 자장변화에 대만 저항변화율(ΔR/R)은 2.0% 이었다. 앞으로 이 소자의 온도특성, 잡음특성 및 내열성 등을 조사하고자 한다. To fabricate magnetoresistive sensor, Mo-permalloy(Ni:79.43%, Fe:14.47%, Mo:5.7%, Mn:0.38%, C:0.013%) was evaporated on the slide glass. Saturation magnetic induction(B_(s)), coercive field strength(H_(a)), magnetic anisotropy constant(K), and magnetoresistance were measured for the fabricated samples. The evaporated samples show that saturation magnetic induction was 0.746T, and coercive field strengthes were 2,90A/cm(//) and 1.98A/cm(⊥), and this values were reduced to 1.79A/cm(//) and 1.37A/cm(⊥) respectively after annealing. For the measurement of coercive field strength, magnetizing frequency of 1kHz was used. For the fabricated sensor element, magnetic anisotropic constant was 1.38X10^(4)erg/cm^(3) and magneto-resistance change(ΔR/R) was 2.0% under the magnetic field change of 5X10^(-3)T, We will continue study on the characteristics for the temperature, heat resistance, and noise.

        Numerical analysis is performed for magnetic and MHD flow fields in Electro-Magnetic(EM) pump. A finite volume method is applied to solve magnetic field governing equations and the Navier-Stokes equations. Vector and scalar potential methods are adopted to obtain the electric and magnetic fields and the resulting Lorentz force in solving Maxwell equations. The magnetic field and velocity distributions are found to be influenced by the magnitude of the Reynolds number and the phase of applied electric current. Computational results indicate that the magnetic flux distribution with changing phase of electric current is characterized by a pair of counter-rotating closed loops. The velocity distribution of the flow field is influenced on the intensity of Lorentz force.

        Clinical outcomes and characteristics of acute myocardial infarction patients with developing fever after percutaneous coronary intervention

        The incidence of fever complicating percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is rare. However, little is known regarding the cause of fever after PCI. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the clinical characteristics of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), with or without fever, after PCI. We enrolled a total of 926 AMI patients who underwent PCI. Body temperature (BT) was measured every 4 hours or 8 hours for 5 days after PCI. Patients were divided into two groups according to BT as follows: BT<37.7°C (nofever group) and BT ≥37.7°C (fever group). The 2 years clinical outcomes were compared subsequently. Fever after PCI was associated with higher incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) (hazard ratio [HR], 1.56; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.07-2.28; P=0.021), all-cause death (HR, 2.32; 95% CI, 1.18-4.45; P=0.014), cardiac death (CD) (HR, 2.57; 95% CI, 1.02-6.76; P=0.049), and any revascularization (HR, 1.69; 95% CI, 1.02-2.81; P=0.044) than without fever. In women, prior chronic kidney disease, lower left ventricular (LV) ejection fraction, higher LV wall motion score index, white blood cell count, peak creatine kinasemyocardial band level, and longer PCI duration were associated with fever after PCI. Procedures such as an intra-aortic balloon pump, extracorporeal membrane oxygenation, continuous renal replacement therapy, central and arterial line insertion, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were related to fever after PCI. Fever after PCI in patients with AMI was associated with a higher incidence of MACE, all-cause death, CD, and any revascularization at the 2 years mark than in those without fever.

        Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin Induction Is Mediated by the Major Whey Proteins α-Lactalbumin and β-Lactoglobulin through the NF-κB Pathway in Immune Cells

        <P>α-Lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin are two major whey proteins that specifically bind immunoglobulin E and are suspected as major allergens causing cow’s milk allergy (CMA). Recent studies have shown that thymic stromal lymphopoietin is a critical factor linking at the interface of the body and environment to the T-helper 2 response. However, it is not known whether thymic stromal lymphopoietin expression is changed by α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin in immune cells. Using RT-PCR and ELISA, the present study was conducted to examine if intravenous injection of α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin increased pro-inflammatory cytokines, T-helper 2 cytokines, and thymic stromal lymphopoietin expression in several immune cells, including macrophages, mast cells, and keratinocytes. Results showed that α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin induced thymic stromal lymphopoietin, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor-α expression. It was concluded that the allergenicity of α-lactalbumin and β-lactoglobulin may be attributed to thymic stromal lymphopoietin induction, T-helper 2 cytokines, and pro-inflammatory cytokines.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/jafcau/2015/jafcau.2015.63.issue-50/acs.jafc.5b04790/production/images/medium/jf-2015-04790n_0007.gif'></P>

      • 전기안전을 위한 전기설비기술 로드맵

        전기안전에 대한 출발점은 안전한 전기의 공급 및 이를 이용한 전기에너지의 변환 및 사용에 있다. 이 중 전기에너지의 변환 및 사용에 가장 중요하게 위치하고 있는 것이 전기설비라 할 수 있다. 따라서 향후 더욱 안전한 전기에너지를 사용하기 위해 전기안전을 위한 전기설비기술 로드맵을 설계하였다. 설계를 위해 전기설비기술에 대해 정의하였으며, 대상을 선정하고, 기술트리를 작성하였다. 또한 포트폴리오 기법을 이용하여 원인분석, 설비보전 등의 기술분야에 대한 주요기술을 선정하였고, 이를 기반으로 매크로, 마이크로 로드맵을 설계하였다.
