        호텔종사원의 체면민감성과 직무열의, 조직시민행동의 구조적 관계: 경력성장기회의 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study surveyed hotel employees who served for five-star hotels located in Seoul and Busan. The convenience sampling was used for the sampling method, and the questionnaire survey was conducted for about two months from June 2019 to July 2016. 279 questionnaire copies were used for data analysis. As a result of testing the hypothesis, first, it was found that the hotel employees’ social face sensitivity had significant negative (-) effects on their job engagement, and thus it can be seen that the higher the social face sensitivity, the lower the job engagement. Second, it was found that the hotel employees’ job engagement had significant positive (+) effects on their organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, it was found that the influence of the hotel employees’ social face sensitivity on their job engagement varied according to the extents of career growth opportunity, showing the moderating effect of career growth opportunity. This study carries significant theoretical implications in that it identified for the first time the moderating effect of career growth opportunity on the relationship between hotel employees’ social face sensitivity and job engagement. Based on the results of this study, the hotel company will have to build a human resources system that implements fair promotion, opportunities for internal training, and the strengthening of job competences, in order to satisfy its members’ expectations that their career will grow through their jobs.

        호텔종사원의 체면민감성과 조직몰입, 혁신행동과의 구조적 관계 -조직신뢰의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to verify the moderating effect of organizational trust in the structural relationship between social face sensitivity, organizational commitment, and innovative behavior of hotel employees. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted for the employees of first-class and second-class hotels in three locations; Daegu, Busan, and Jeju Island. The convenience sampling was used for the sampling method. The survey was conducted over a three month period from January to March 2018. A total of 370 questionnaires were distributed and 337 copies were used as final analysis data. Analysis result was performed using SPSS 20.0 program and AMOS 20.0 program, To start with, hypothesis 1 was adopted because a negative influence relationship was formed between social face sensitivity and organizational commitment of hotel employees. Accordingly, Hypothesis 2 was adopted because the organizational commitment of hotel employees had a positive influence on innovation behavior. Third, as a result of verifying the moderating effect of organizational trust in the relationship between social face sensitivity and organizational commitment of hotel employees, Hypothesis 3 was rejected because no significant relationship was formed. Through this study, it was confirmed that hotel employees with high sensitivity to social face did not easily attain organizational commitment and could not expect innovation behavior. Therefore, psychological and educational programs are deemed necessary for purposely managing social face sensitivity of hotel employees. Furthermore, it is suggested that hotel human resource management is fundamental, such as measuring social face sensitivity in advance during the hiring process 본 연구의 목적은 호텔종사원의 체면민감성과 조직몰입, 혁신행동과의 구조적 관계에서 조직신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하고자 대구·부산·제주도에 소재한 특급호텔 종사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 표본추출방법은 편의 표본추출방법을 사용하였다. 설문조사는 2018년 1월부터 3월까지 약 3 개월에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 설문지는 370부를 배포하여 337부를 최종 분석 자료로 활용하였다. SPSS 20.0프로그램과 AMOS 20.0프로그램을 활용한 분석 결과 첫째, 호텔종사원의 체면민감성과 조직몰입과의 부(-)의 영향관계가 형성되어 가설 1은 채택되었다. 둘째, 호텔종사원의 조직몰입은 혁신행동에 정(+)의 영향관계가 형성되어 가설 2는 채택되었다. 셋째, 호텔종사원의 체면민감성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향은 조직신뢰에 따라 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나 가설 3은 기각되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 체면에 대한 민감성이 높은 호텔종사원은 조직몰입에 쉽게 도달하지 못하고 나아가 혁신행동을 기대하기 힘들다는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고 조직신뢰는 체면민감성이 높은 종사원의 조직몰입에 영향력을 행사하지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 호텔종사원의 체면 민감성을 관리할 수 있는 심리적ᆞ교육적 프로그램을마련하고 나아가 채용과정에서 사전에 체면민감성을 측정하는 등 섬세한 호텔 인적자원관리가 필요함을 제언하고자한다.

        In order for humans to enjoy a healthy lifestyle, physical and mental health must be in harmony. Middle-aged women face conflict and difficulties. In this study, it is meaningful to confirm the relationship between psychological crisis, psychological well-being, and bondage and It was necessary to attempt a study on whether leisure experience would have a positive effect. 243 copies of data were collected for middle-aged women aged 40 to 60 and A structural equation model (SEM) was performed using IBM SPSS Amos 20.0 and χ² difference verification was performed to verify the moderating effect. First, the psychological sense of crisis in middle-aged women showed negative (-) significant predictive power in psychological well-being. Second, it was found that the psychological sense of crisis showed positive (+) significant predictive power in the sense of bondage. Third, it was found that leisure experience had a moderating effect in the relationship between psychological crisis and psychological well-being. Fourth, it was found that leisure experience had a positive buffering effect in the relationship between psychological crisis and bondage.

        약물 사용에 따른 선택적 레이저 섬유주성형술의 장기 안압하강 효과 비교

        Purpose: To assess the efficacy and safety of selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) as initial and adjunctive treatment for ocular hypertension and open angle glaucoma. Methods: Twenty-four eyes with ocular hypertension and 63 eyes with open angle glaucoma were treated with a frequencydoubled, Q-switched Nd:YAG laser. Intraocular pressure (IOP) was measured prelaser treatment, one week, one, two, three, six, 12, 18, and 24 months after treatment. Results: The average pre-laser IOP of 87 eyes was 21.6 mmHg. The mean IOP percent reductions at 1 week, one, two, three, six, 12, 18, and 24 months were 15.3%, 20.0%, 21.3%, 19.6%, 23.4%, 23.4%, 20.5%, and 20.9%, respectively. The IOP percent reductions in the initial treatment group at one, 12, and 24 months were 21.1%, 24.8%, and 22.8% respectively. The IOP percent reductions in the adjunctive treatment group at 1, 12, and 24 months were 19.6%, 22.9%, and 20.2% respectively. There were no differences in IOP percent reduction between the initial treatment group and the adjunctive treatment group. Conclusions: Selective laser trabeculoplasty has shown reasonable efficacy in lowering IOP over two-year follow-up period as initial and adjunctive treatment for ocular hypertension and open angle glaucoma.

        호텔종사원의 소명의식과 조직동일시, 혁신행동의 구조적 관계 -조직후원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the individual variables of hotel employees’ calling, organizational identification, innovation behavior and perceived organizational support, and to further analyze their relationships comprehensively. In addition, this study intends to ascertain whether the effects of calling on organizational identification vary according to the levels of hotel employees’ perceived organizational support. For this study, a questionnaire survey of employees who served for five-star hotels located in Daegu, Busan, and Jeju was conducted using convenience sampling for the sampling method. The questionnaire survey was carried out for about three months from May to July in 2021. 300 questionnaire copies were distributed, and 264 copies among them were used as data for analysis. The results of hypothesis testing are as follows: First, it was found that the hotel employees’ calling had significant positive (+) effects on their organizational identification, showing that the higher their perceived calling, the higher their organizational identification. Second, it was found that the hotel employees’ organizational identification had significant positive (+) effects on their innovation behavior. In addition to that, the influence of the hotel employees’ calling on their organizational identification varied according to the levels of their perceived organizational support, and thus confirming the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. It may be said that this study upholds notable significance to the verification of relationship between hotel employees’ calling and their organizational identification. Furthermore, the importance of this study rests on the fact that it is an empirical study that used perceived organizational support as a moderator in order to identify a psychological mechanism that moderates the positive effects of hotel employees’ calling on organizational identification. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that hotel companies evaluate their employees’ contribution on the basis of trust and provide positive support to them, thereby enabling their employees to identify themselves with their organizations and thus creating innovative organizational culture. 본 연구는 호텔종사원을 대상으로 소명의식과 조직동일시, 혁신행동 그리고 조직후원인식의 개별 변인들에 대한 연구뿐만 아니라 이들의 관계를 통합적으로 분석하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 또한, 소명의식이 조직동일시에 미치는 영향은 호텔종사원이 지각하는 조직후원인식의 수준에 따라 차이가 있는지를 확인하고자 한다. 본 연구는 대구, 부산 그리고 제주도에 소재한 5성급 호텔에 근무하는 종사원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며 표본추출방법은 편의 표본추출방법을 사용하였다. 설문조사는 2021년 5월부터 7월까지 약 3개월에 걸쳐 조사하였다. 설문지는 300부를 배포하여 264부를 분석 자료로 이용하였다. 가설검증결과 첫째, 호텔종사원의 소명의식은 조직동일시에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되어 소명의식을 높게 지각할수록 조직동일시가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 호텔종사원의 조직동일시가 혁신행동에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 호텔종사원의 소명의식이 조직동일시에 미치는 영향은 조직후원인식 수준에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타나 조직후원인식의 조절효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 호텔종사원의 소명의식과 조직동일시와의 관계를 검증하였다는 점에서 의의를 가질 수 있다. 나아가 호텔종사원의 소명의식이 조직동일시에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 조절하는 심리적 기제를 확인하기 위하여 조직후원인식을 조절변수로 사용한 경험적 연구라는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 호텔기업은 종사원의 공헌에 대하여 신뢰를 바탕으로 평가하고 긍정적인 지원을 함으로써 종사원들이 조직을 동일시하여 혁신적인 조직문화를 만들 수 있도록 노력하여야 할 것이다.

        호텔종사원의 코로나19 두려움과 고용불안정, 직무스트레스의 구조적 관계: 조직후원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로

        COVID-19 has dealt a huge blow to most countries and industries around the world, and in the case of the hotel industry in particular, profitability has deteriorated significantly as people's movement is restricted. In particular, due to the spread of COVID-19, representative hotels in Korea have been closed, and the sharp decline in domestic travelers has resulted in paid or unpaid leave, or dismissal, except for the minimum manpower required for hotel operation. This restructuring acted as a cause of increased job instability and job stress among hotel employees. Therefore, this study analyzed the relationship between fear of COVID-19, job insecurity, and job stress perceived by hotel employees in relation to these social phenomena, and analyzed the moderating effect of perceived organizational support among variables. To achieve the purpose of the study, an online survey was conducted between June and August 2022 targeting employees working at 5-star hotels located in Busan and Jeju Island, and the collected survey data was used to prove the research hypothesis. did As a result, it was found that the Fear of COVID-19 affected job insecurity, and job insecurity also affected job stress. And, among other things, perceived organizational sponsorship has been shown to moderate the relationship between Fear of COVID-19 and job insecurity. Based on these findings, this study discussed the managerial implications of how hotel companies will respond to job insecurity caused by COVID-19. -

        결혼이주여성의 문화적응 스트레스와 우울, 가족레질리언스의 관계 : 문화관광경험은 스트레스대처효과가 있는가?

        The purpose of this study is to empirically investigate the moderating effects of cultural tourism experience on the relationships of married immigrant women's acculturation stress with depression and family resilience. The analysis of the data revealed the following five characteristics. First, social prejudices, culture shock, and hostility among sub-factors of acculturation stress had partially significant influences on depression. Second, social prejudices and culture shock among sub-factors of acculturation stress significantly influenced family resilience. Third, the interaction term between social prejudices and cultural tourism experience and the interaction term between communication and cultural tourism experience had significant explanatory power about depression. Fourth, the interaction term between communication and cultural tourism experience had significant explanatory power about family resilience. Fifth, the effects of culture shock among sub-factors of acculturation stress on family resilience showed significant differences according to the levels of cultural tourism experience. The results of this study will serve as theoretical grounds for the development and application of preventive and psychological therapeutic programs on married immigrant women's acculturation stress.

        稱讚知覺尺度의 開發 - 관광기업 종사원을 대상으로 -

        This study was to examine the elements of praise that tourism employees perceive, to develop a reliable and valid scale of perceived praise, and to investigate the positive effects of the perceived praises on the work attitudes of employees in tourism industries. 15 tourism specialists tested the face validity of the initial scale. Then, data were collected from 255 employees in the tourism industry to test the validity and reliability of the final scale. Results of empirical analysis suggested four sub-dimensions of perceived praises scale(i.e., verbal praise, physical praise, gesture/expression praise, and materialistic praise) with 19 detailed items. The concepts and the scale of perceived praise that was developed in this study could be utilized usefully in many study fields such as management, pedagogy, industrial psychology, administration and sociology.

        호텔종사원의 역할과부하와 일-가정균형만족, 조직시민행동의 구조적 관계: 조직후원인식의 조절효과를 중심으로

        This study surveyed hotel employees who served for five-star hotels located in Seoul and Busan. The convenience sampling was used for the sampling method, and the questionnaire survey was conducted for about two months from June 2019 to July 2016. 279 questionnaire copies were used for data analysis. As a result of hypothesis testing, first, it was found that hotel employees’ role overload had significant negative (-) effects on their satisfaction with work-family balance, which shows that the higher the role overload, the lower the satisfaction with work-family balance. Second, it was found that hotel employee’s satisfaction with work-family balance had significant positive (+) effects on their organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, it was found that the influence of hotel employees’ role overload on their satisfaction with work-family balance varied with the degrees of perceived organizational support, confirming the moderating effect of perceived organizational support. This study carries significant implications in that it is the first study identifying the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between hotel employees’ role overload and their satisfaction with work-family balance. Given the results of this study, hotel companies will have to improve organizational culture by providing job resources based on emotional bonds so that the organizational culture can contribute to job performance and organizational performance. For example, it is necessary to review plans for actively introducing systems like core time, flextime, and family day in order to create an organizational culture of work & life balance.

        다문화가정 이주여성의 문화관광경험의 효과

        The objective of this research is to shed light on the effect of emotional intelligence control in relationship between cultural adaptation and cultural tourism experience of immigrant women of multi-cultural family. In order to accomplish the objective of this research, 228 multi-cultural family immigrant women living across the nation was analyzed. The research was conducted from January to June, 2014. Through analysis, six traits were found. First, aesthetic experience and educational experience, which are two of the factors in cultural tourism experience, showed partially significant predictability in cultural assimilation. Second, aesthetic experience, educational experience, and the sense of freedom showed significant predictability in cultural integration. Third, cultural adaptation showed entirely significant predictability in family resilience. Fourth, interaction between psychological experience and emotional application was found to have significant explanation in cultural assimilation. Meanwhile, interaction between educational experience and the understanding of self-emotion was found to have significant explanation in cultural integration. Fifth, the effect of cultural tourism experience on cultural assimilation did not show much significant difference according to the level of emotional intelligence. Sixth, the effect of cultural tourism experience in cultural integration did not display much significant difference according to the level of emotional intelligence. The result of this research would be of great use for the realistic education, consultation, and psychological therapeutic programs for the multi-cultural family immigrant women.
