다변량 잠재성장모형을 활용한 청소년의 자기주도학습능력과 진로성숙도의 종단적 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to verify the longitudinal relationship between self-directed learning ability and career maturity, using multivariate latent growth modeling. The 6-waves of the Seoul Education Longitudinal Study (SELS) dataset were used. The results of this study are as follows. First, the unconditional model analysis indicated that self-directed learning ability and career maturity’s change patterns were curvelinear (U-shaped). Second, the initial status of the self-directed learning ability was positively related to the initial status of the career maturity. However, the initial status of the self-directed learning ability was negatively related to the growth rate of the career maturity, and was positively related to the quadratic growth rate of the career maturity. The results showed that the effect of the self-directed learning ability on the career maturity was longitudinally significant. Based on these results, the implications of this study were discussed.
