미술치료사가 경험한 반응작업에 대한 질적메타합성 = A Qualitative meta-synthesis of Response Art experience by Art Therapists

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 미술치료사들의 반응작업 경험에 대한 기존의 개별 질적 문헌들을 합성하여, 임상감독에 창조적 개입 방식인 반응작업에 대한 종합적이고 심층적인 이해와 새로운 통찰을 제공하고자 했다. 이를 위해 질적메타합성의 방법 중 Noblit와 Hare(1988)의 7단계를 적용했다. 선별된 6개의 논문을 합성한 결과 3개의 상위 개념과 10개의 하위 개념이 도출되었고, 구체적인 내용은 ‘언어를 초월한 전문성 진보의 장이 형성’, ‘창조성을 기반한 성찰적 지혜의 심화’, ‘내담자를 위한 미술치료적 기예의 실천’이고 종합적 개념은 ‘인간의 내적 성숙과 발달을 위한 기틀’이다. 즉, 미술치료사들은 반응작업 경험을 통해 미술치료사 발달에 핵심적 기제들을 자연스럽게 훈련하고, 미술치료학 이론을 실무에 적용할 수 있는 성찰적 실천가로서의 역량이 이전보다 더 숙련되었다. 이는 내담자 치료과정과 결과에도 긍정적인 영향을 주어, 결국 반응작업이 인간의 내적 삶의 질을 높여줌을 추론할 수 있겠다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점에 대해 논의하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study synthesized existing individual qualitative literature on art therapists' experience of response art and attempted to provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding and new insights into response art, with a creative intervention method in clinical supervision. For this purpose, the 7 steps of Noblit & Hare(1988) were adopted from the qualitative meta-synthesis methods. As a result of synthesizing 6 selected papers, 3 high-level concepts and 10 low-level concepts were derived, and detailed contents were ‘the formation of a field for professional advancement beyond language.‘ 'deepening reflective wisdom based on creativity,’ and 'for clients, it is the practice of art therapeutic techniques.’ And the comprehensive concept was ‘the foundation for human internal maturity and development.’ In other words, art therapists naturally trained the core mechanisms for the development of art therapists through response art experience and became more skilled than before in their capacity as reflective practitioners who can applied art therapy theory to practice. This had a positive effect on the client's treatment process and results, and it could be inferred that response art ultimately improved the quality of human life. Based on these research results, the significance and limitations of this study were discussed.
