자폐스펙트럼장애유아의 유아보육현장에서의사회적 경험에 대한 해석학적 이해 = A Hermeneutic Understanding of Social Experience of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Nursery School

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study tried to understand the educational implication of social experience inthe existential situations of the life-worlds of infants with autism spectrum disorderin a nursery school by practical hermeneutic method.
For the study, I selected 3 infants who had attended S Nursery School in J city.
Through the hermeneutic inquiring of the life-worlds of the 3 infants, I collected somematerials to write research texts by literatures analyses, participative observationsand non-structural interviews for 12 months from May 2011 to April 2012, andinterpreted them. The results to interpret and signify the texts to reveal socialexperience of infants with autism spectrum disorder were as followed:Firstly, the infants with autism spectrum disorder revealed their mind by bodilyexpression such as sudden bursts of activities. They, with bodily self, grew up basedon bodily subjectivity so that it might be necessary to achieve the bodily intersubjectiverelationships with other bodily self in their life-worlds.
Secondly, if some syndromes of the infants with autism spectrum disorders wereaccepted as any difference from general infants’ behaviour rather than as some deficiencyresulted from their social maladjustment and immaturity of their emotional expression,they would, without any objection, be acknowledged as persons with their own existenceand identity and naturally be integrated into the unity as one of the communitymembers.
Lastly, there needed community’s cooperative efforts to orient towards “belongingtogether ”, based on “belonging together” revealed those infants’ individuality, in which individuals joins with each other in the community.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 자폐스펙트럼장애유아들이 유아보육현장의 생활세계에서의 실존적 상황과 그교육적 의미를 실천적 학문인 해석학적인 탐구방법을 원용하여 자폐스펙트럼장애유아들의사회적 경험에 대해 이해하고자 하였다.
해석학적 탐구방법을 적용한 탐구활동에서 2011년 5월부터 2012년 4월까지의 12월간에 J시에 거주하는 S어린이집원아 3명을 대상으로 문헌분석, 참여관찰, 비구조적 면담,협의 등의 방법을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 해석하였다. 연구자가 자폐스펙트럼장애유아들의 사회적 경험에 대한 텍스트를 해석하고 의미부여한 결과는 첫째, 자폐스펙트럼장애유아의 돌발행동 등의 신체적 표현은 그들의 마음과 생각을 드러낸 것이다. 신체적 자아를지닌 자폐스펙트럼장애유아는 신체적 주관을 바탕으로 성장하므로 생활세계 내에서 외부세계와 타아와의 상호 신체적 주관의 관계를 이룩할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 우리는 자폐스펙트럼장애유아의 사회 부적응이나 감정 드러내기의 미성숙함을 결함으로 보기보다는 일반유아와의 다름으로 받아들일 때 자폐스펙트럼장애유아의 존재성의 인정이 가능하며 그들은 공동체에서의 일원으로서 자연스럽게 하나 될 수 있다. 셋째, 개인성을 드러내는 자폐스펙트럼장애유아의 “더불어 속함 ” 을 바탕으로 하여 공동체와 어우러져 함께하는 “더불어 속함”으로 나아가기 위한 공동체의 노력이 요구된다.
