가족기능 및 자아정체감이 고등학생의 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Family Function and Ego Identity on Career Decision-Making of High School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of family function and ego identity on career decision-making of high school students. The subjects in this study were 368 high school students in Busan. The collected data were analyzed by using correlational analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows:First, according to the analysis of the correlation in family function and career decision-making, family cohesion and rational style had a static correlation. intuitional style and a family adaptability had, too. But the dependent style and family function had not. Second, to affect of the family function on the career decision-making, the family cohesion had an effect on rational style and the family adaptability impacted intuitional style. But the family function didn't influence dependent style which was a subordinate in career decision-making. Three, to effect of ego-identity on career decision-making, target directivity, cognitive role of personnel relationship and self-assertion in rational style were important variables. Self-assertion and self-acception in intuitional style were important variables. Self-acception and cognitive role of personnel relationship in dependent style were important variables. In all, the important variables that had a positive effect on reasonable decision-making on their career include family cohesion, family adaptability and ego identity.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 가족기능 및 자아정체감이 고등학생의 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향력을 알아보고자 하는 것이다. 연구대상은 부산시 소재의 A고등학교(인문계) 6개 학급과 B고등학교(전문계) 6개 학급 및 C고등학교(전문계) 2개 학급을 대상으로 설문지 400부를 배부하여 미회수 4부 및 불성실한 답변을 한 28부를 제외하고 368부를 통계처리 자료로 사용하였다. 측정도구로는 가족기능 검사, 자아정체감 검사, 진로의사결정유형 검사를 사용하였고, 연구문제 검증을 위한 통계처리는 상관분석과 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며 연구의 결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다.
첫째, 가족기능과 자아정체감 및 진로의사결정간의 상관분석에서는 전반적으로 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 가족기능이 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향을 보면, 합리적 유형에는 가족응집성이 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났고, 직관적 유형에는 가족적응성이 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 그러나 진로의사결정의 하위변인인 의존적 유형에는 가족기능이 유의한 영향력을 나타내지 못하였다. 셋째, 자아정체감이 진로의사결정에 미치는 영향을 보면, 합리적 유형에는 목표지향성, 대인관계역할인지, 자기주장이 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났고, 직관적 유형에는 자기주장, 자기수용이 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났으며, 의존적 유형에는 자기수용, 대인관계역할인지가 중요한 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가족기능 및 자아정체감이 고등학생의 진로의사결정에 영향력이 있다는 것을 말해 준다. 따라서 가족기능에 대한 만족도와 긍정적인 자아정체감 형성으로 진로의사결정시 고등학생에게 도움을 주기 위한 방법모색의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.
