포천시 도시계획 도로시설의 미집행에 미치는 영향요인분석

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study set up two hypotheses for analyzing the effect of factors on unexecuted urban planning facilities. First, ‘location, local circumstance, and the characteristics of facilities affect unexecuted rate of urban planning facilities.’ Second, ‘the factors influencing unexecuted rate are different depending on the scale of urban planning facilities and also the measures are different.’ As for subject, 338 facilities(64%) among 609 nunexecuted urban planning facilities in Pocheon-city were selected and many of them were urban planning roads and for the analysis of a dependent variable, unexecuted rate, partly executed 146 facilities among the urban planning roads were used and as for independent variables, the survey was conducted by selecting 17 variables related with each characteristic, location, and region characteristics of urban planning facilities and regression analysis was conducted to investigate the effect of factors on unexecuted rate. The analysis results showed that the effect of main factors on unexecuted rate of the whole urban planning facilities were ‘number of connected roads’, ‘length of roads’, ‘total working expenses’ and in the case of roads above middle class, ‘number of connected roads’ affected the unexecuted rate and in the case of roads less than middle class, ‘number of connected roads’, ‘land proportion’, and ‘proportion of nationalㆍpublic land rate’ affected the rate. So, local government managing urban planning facilities will need to reflect ‘number of connected roads’, ‘land proportion’, and ‘proportion of nationalㆍpublic land’ as a consideration standard in the event of determining and reconsidering urban planning facilities for the solution of unexecuted urban planning facilities.
