청소년의 스포츠 참여와 대인관계성향 및 진로의식성숙의 구조적 관계 = Structural Relationships among Sports Participation, Interpersonal Orientation and Career Maturity of Adolescents

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

With assumption that sports participation of adolescents takes a role of mediator to improve interpersonal orientation and, as a result, enhance career maturity, this study identifies sports participation and interpersonal orientation as elements affecting enhancement of career maturity of adolescents and analyzes casual relationship with career maturity of adolescents. The purpose of this study is to prepare the theoretical ground for a role of sports participation on enhancement of career maturity of adolescents. To achieve the goal, a population was set with middle and high school students in Incheon, Cyeonggi, Chungbuk. Among them, 400 students were selected in quota sampling which is one of Non-Probability Sampling Methods. Finally, effective samples of 382 in total were secured for analysis, excluding non-respondents or insincere respondents. For study tool for collecting data, question items used in existing studies were revised and supplemented fit to the study. The statistical methods used for this study are exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, structure equation modeling analysis. The conclusion of this study are as follows: First, sports participation of adolescents had significant effect on interpersonal orientation. Second, sports participation of adolescents had not effect on career maturity Third, interpersonal orientation of adolescents had significant effect on career maturity.
