직업카드를 활용한 중학생의 진로 집단상담 프로그램개발 효과 연구 = The Effect of Career Counseling Program Using Vocational Cards of Middle School

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 직업카드를 활용한 중학생의 진로 집단상담 프로그램개발 효과를 알아보는데 목적을갖고, 서울시 소재 중학생을 각 학년별 12명씩 총 36명을 대상으로 총 13회에 걸쳐 실험을 실시하였다. 연구결과에 의하면, 첫째, 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향을분석한 결과 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로성숙도 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
둘째, 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로정체감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 진로 집단상담프로그램이 중학생의 진로정체감 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의 진로자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 진로 집단상담 프로그램이 중학생의전체 진로자기효능감과 하위영역별 자기평가, 직업정보, 목표선택, 미래계획, 문제해결 향상에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 진로상담의 경우 그동안 개인상담 위주의 운영과 실제 학생 스스로진로를 결정하였더라도 부모와 일치된 지지를 받지 못해 학생들 대다수가 낮은 효과를 보였던 점을고려할 때 본 프로그램은 운영단계에서 부터 부모의 참여를 통해 설정한 진로의 지지와 의사결정단계마다 직업카드를 통해 진도 및 진행함으로써 그 유용성을 실증해 준 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 직업카드를 활용한 중학생의 진로 집단상담 프로그램 개발은 유용하게 만들어졌으며, 직업카드를 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램은 학생들의 진로성숙도, 진로정체감, 진로결정 자기효능감에 긍정적인영향을 미쳤다. 이는 직업카드가 직업흥미 평가로만 사용하는 것이 아니라 중학생의 진로상담 평가로 다양하게 사용활 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한 직업카드를 활용한 진로 집단상담 프로그램은 중학교의 진로자유학기제를 맞이하여 중학생의 진로상담현장에서 집단상담 형태로 매우 유익하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to develop vocational cards for middle shool as a useful means to be applicable to middle carreer counseling, to carry out a career counseling program by using vocatiomal cards, and ultimately to determine the effect of the progrom on the career maturity of middle schoolers. The results are as follows: first, Career Group Counseling Program is a result of collective career counseling program analyzes the impact of career maturity of middle school students was found to be effective in improving career maturity of middle school students.
Second, Career Group Counseling Program is a result of analyzing the impact of career group counseling program on career identity of middle school students showed to be effective in improving career identity of middle school students. Third, career group counseling program for middle school students in the course of analyzing the impact on the efficacy results of the whole career group counseling program for career self-efficacy and self-assessment of each sub-area junior high school, career information, goal selection, future plans and troubleshooting to improve It appeared to be effective. This is through a parent's participation in this program from the operational phase, considering that seemed to operate even if the actual students themselves determine the course the students can not receive majority support for low matched the meantime, individual counseling and parent effectiveness of intensive case of career counseling One of setting and decision support career guidance and job cards by going through every step showed that given to demonstrate the usefulness. In conclusion, the vocational card for middle students developed in this study catered to the career development stage of elementary schoolers, and the career counseling program using the vocational cards had a positive effect on enhancing the career maturity of children.
