유아교사가 인식한 원장의 감성리더십이 교사 직무만족 및 헌신에 미치는 영향 = Influences of Director`s Emotional Leadership on Preschool Teacher Job Satisfaction and Teacher Commitment

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is an empirical survey research to analyze the influence of Emotional Leadership recognized by early childhood teachers on teachers` Job Satisfaction and Commitment. For this, a survey of 264 teachers who work in kindergartens was conducted. The results were drawn as follows: First, early childhood education organizations have found that teachers` awareness of personal competence is higher than that of social competence in Emotional Leadership of directors of kindergartens and teachers` Job Satisfaction and Commitment were generally recognized as average. Second, the result showed the significant positive relationship between Emotional Leadership of directors and teachers` Job Satisfaction and Commitment. Third, Emotional Leadership of directors has found to have the significant effect on teachers` Job Satisfaction and Commitment. According to characteristics of early child education organizations which mostly consist of women, directors should properly demonstrate their leadership by emotional understanding and consideration for talented teachers so that they can show their competence without leaving the organizations that they belong to.
