국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 최근 높은 청년실업률로 대학생들이 겪는 취업스트레스와 대학생활 적응 간에 어떠한 상관관계가 있는지, 취업스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 목적이 있다.
대학생의 인구 통계학적 특성인 성별, 학년, 생활정도, 전공만족도의 요인으로 살펴 본 대학생활 적응 결과는 학년, 전공만족도에서 유의미한 차이를 보였으나, 성별, 생활정도 변인에서는 유의미한 차이를 보이지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 취업스트레스와 대학생활 적응 간의 상관관계 분석결과, 학교환경 스트레스, 사회적 적응, 신체적 적응을 제외한 모든 변수 간의 상관관계가 ±0.2이상 ±0.7미만으로 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 취업스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석한 결과, 취업스트레스의 하위요인 중 학업 스트레스, 학교환경 스트레스, 취업불안 스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 통계적으로 유의미하게 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 세 하위요인 중 학업 스트레스는 값이 -.466으로 나머지 두 하위요인보다 대학생활 적응에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생의 취업스트레스가 대학생활 적응에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 취업스트레스를 완화시켜주는 완충요인이 필요하며, 효과적인 대학생활 적응에 대한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다.
