    The purpose of this study was to investigate how undergraduate students feel job seeking stress as effects of perfectionism and perceived parenting style to help them effectively preparing to be the one of this society.

    The research questions were set up as follow:
    First, is there a differences in the undergraduate students' job seeking stress according to perceived parenting style?
    Second, is there a differences in the undergraduate students' job seeking stress according to perfectionism?
    To gain answers about these questions, a survey targeting the graduate students in Busan was made. 500 survey questionnaires were distributed, and 423 responses were collected. The data were analyzed by t-test.
    Results of this study were as follow.
    First, the group of lower care experienced higher job seeking stress, personality stress, family stress and expectation stress than the other. And, the group of higher protection experienced higher job seeking stress and all of sub-scale stress.
    Second, the group of higher self-oriented perfectionism students experienced more school stress than lower one. Other-oriented perfectionism students experienced more job seeking stress, personality stress and study stress. And social prescribed perfectionism group was suffer from all of sub-scale stress more.
    Second, the results of correlation modeling supported by the conclusion that other-oriented perfectionism and socially prescribed perfectionism are partial mediator in the relationship between father and mother's parenting style and job-seeking stress.
    As a result of this, when we work with a university student suffering from job-seeking stress, we need to consider about their parent and characteristics.
