진로교육에서 직업카드 활용의 현황과 과제

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study analyzed and compared vocational cards that have been developed and utilized in Korea, in order to find out what should be considered for reasonable and effective development and utilization of vocational cards in the future. To achieve the research goal, the research questions were set as follows. First, what are the
facts and figures of vocational cards in Korea in terms of development and utilization? Second, how is the current research trend in Korea related to vocational cards? Third, what should we consider in the future for the rationalization and efficiency in developing and utilizing vocational cards? To solve these questions, this study collected and analyzed literature and materials related to vocational cards and existing vocational cards and theses. Next, this study conducted FGI three times with experts related to vocational cards. The research results are summarized as follows. First, since 2002 when a vocational card was developed for the first time, a total of 14 vocational cards have been developed so far and the subjects comprised many classes such as elementary and middle school students, and adults. Second, considering the vocational cards developed for various classes and sort activities, it was shown that vocational cards have had a positive influence on improvement in variables related to career development. Third, the suggestions presented in terms of development and utilization of vocational cards include development of more specified and diverse kinds of vocational cards. The verification and preciseness of vocational card sort, and activation for the development of a group career guidance program utilizing vocational cards. It is also suggested that activation for research
on effect verification of vocational card sort, including various variables is conducted.
